“What a find! I found this a bit off the beaten path. But SOOO worth it! The 'Everything' sauce 9n the Fish and Chips was amazing! Almost seemed like they were using the pickled banana peppers as the base. Tie that with cilantro and a few other items and you have a real winner here.The sauce on the Shrimp had a similar flare to it, but tomato based (or just mixed in).So think about this a minute. You have a sauce with some pickle flavor. You add salt to your liking (I added a lot) and you have a very interesting flavor for the fries! Genius!The Chicken Dinner was an outside the box way for me to go surf and turf. The seasoning had explosive flavor. Just wonderful!I can't wait to go back for the Salmon!“

“We were at Patriot Place, and it was too late for lunch and too early for dinner, so check out area restaurants. We settled with Horse N Carriage, something new and different. I got the London broil special ( they have a 2 pm to 415 time frame for certain meals 19.99 they come with soup entrée and dessert) my got cheese burger with a split fries and Onion rings. We each had drink and bill was 60$ plus 4$ tax. We enjoyed our meals.

Sunday my wife and I had Cape Cod Maki and a Snow Mountain with Clams Casino as an appetizer and then a broiled seafood over spinach combo for me and steak tips for her and we were thoroughly satisfied until we got home at 6pm. Parking: The one issue I had was people who were driving thru to go to the Starbucks drive thru. They drive far to fast. Starbucks will be there and it’s not worth hitting someone to get to it“

“Everything I've ever bought was delicious. So far I've had the chicken parm calzone, slices of pepperoni pizza and Greek salad and they were all great. The bread they give on the side of the salads is also delicious ? I don't usually crave salads but when I do, I get them here“

“The food and drinks were top notch, however, the lamb shank was still frozen in in part of it. Not sure how that could happen, but they were very apologetic and rectified the issue. The waitress took our drinks off the bill, which was almost the entire price of the lamb shank. We would definitely return as the experience was wonderful!“

However they really outdid themselves with, what I would call, the new “it” dinner option- the birrio burger. Every bite has flavor & every bite melts in your mouth. “We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, and honestly, it couldn't have been more perfect.
First off, let me tell you about Jeff, our server. This guy is a rockstar, plain and simple. Not only was he super sharp on all the food and wine, but he was also just incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly. We had our 3-year-old son with us, and Jeff handled it all like a pro – making sure our little guy was happy and comfortable, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy the special occasion. He really went above and beyond to make the night special for all of us.
Then there's Danielle, the dining room manager. Seriously, she's incredible. You could just tell she was running the show flawlessly, making sure everyone was having a fantastic time. She even stopped by our table to chat and wish my wife a happy birthday, and you could feel how much she genuinely cares about her guests. It's clear she sets the tone for the whole place, and it just radiates excellence.
And the food? Oh my goodness. Every single dish was spot on. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious, and the birthday dessert was the ideal sweet ending. The whole atmosphere felt elegant but still totally comfortable, which was great for a family celebration.
If you're looking for an unforgettable meal in Providence, especially for a special event, you absolutely have to go to The Capital Grille. Definitely ask for Jeff to be your server, and you'll see firsthand the amazing job Danielle does running the show. We left feeling completely pampered and can't wait to go back! “My husband and I went for the first time on Saturday and sat at the bar. We ordered apps and cocktails and of course oysters. Best oysters in RI by far believe it or not. Drinks were ok but food fabulous! Would have given 5 stars if not for the bartender. She focused solely on my husband the entire time even gave him a free drink. It was very obvious and blatant disrespect to me. My husband even commented on feeling uncomfortable. As a former bartender the general rule is to pay more attention to the wife than the husband out of respect but also because most often the wife is writing the tip. We will for sure be going back but will sit at a table and maybe only order sparkling water.“
