“One of my all time favorite spots in Somerville never had a bad meal. Great vibe and service always suggests it as one of the top spots in Somerville.”
“Delicious and safe dining experience- the food was unbelievably fresh and creative. All servers went out of their way to be attentive and friendly- the mulled wine was the perfect beverage on this chilly afternoon! We brought blankets- and used them!”

“Had an amazing experience at June Bug! The vibe of the location is cute and unique. The food was amazing we got the verde pizza and the pepperoni pizza both were cooked perfectly and the kitchen sink salad was addicting. I loved that they had NA drink options. The waitstaff was really kind and friendly. I said on the reservation that I have an egg allergy and the hostess handed me a menu when I got there that marked down which items had eggs and which were safe for me to eat. NEVER HAS THAT HAPPENED FOR ME. Omg I was so excited and relieved since I hate having to ask a million questions about what the menu items are so this was so sweet and I really appreciated it. I wished all restaurants did this, I def will return!”
“The staff, service and food were all exceptional. The atmosphere is relaxing and the menu is very interesting, especially the cocktail menu. The presentation of the food is impeccable and the staff is very attentive, making sure the water is filled and that the check is ready when we were finished. A perfect balance and what every restaurant should strive to mimic. A must try if you want to find a place that is unique. Thanks to the staff for a fun evening.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another 6 star business. I felt delighted they were just 2 minutes from my Airbnb .
Authentic French baking , great friendly staff who listened attentively my order and their coffee and baked goods are amazing .
Highly recommend if you’re nearby or want a real deal place 😋😋😋”
“I happen to be working in the area the day I stopped in for a bite. Little did I know this was going to be become my go to spot for the foreseeable future. Not only is the food awesome, the service was great and it was so clean you could eat off the floor. You can tell whoever owns it, truly loves what they do.”
“Hands down the best in Davis. Don't think twice about going to eat here! 10/10 atmosphere 10/10 staff 10/10 food 10/10 drinks Don't believe me? Go and see for yourselves! :)”
“This was my Daughter's birthday weekend and we wanted to Take her to one of the places that Guy Fieri Visited for DDD...making memories. What we got was so much more. Truthfully the Best dining experience we have EVER experienced. The hostess was super friendly and immediately made accommodations due to the fact that I am currently in a wheelchair. The atmosphere was astonishing!!! The food...we truly cannot say enough good things about an are planning when to take the trip from Vermont again to get more. We were blown away . However the highlight of our evening hands down was our Server Kevin!!! He made my Daughter's night ...focused on making her smile and gave her a piece of cheesecake to celebrate. We will remember this forever and simply cannot thank you enough”
“Popular place that needs reservation in advance (likely because the shop is somewhat small). The staff was extremely friendly and kind, offering a sake drink as a start on the house. The golden dragon (?) flower sake was amazing.
However, the shop interior felt a bit decrepit - my stool was rocking back and forth. The egg noodles were well cooked but overall alright. $35 per person with appetizers.”

“Went to Celeste with my wife for a date night. We were only able to get a reservation at the bar. It is VERY tight, like shoulder-to-shoulder-with-strangers tight. It's ambitious placing 6 of those bar stools there. Wish we were able to get a table.
The music was weird - they were playing kids music (Baby Shark, etc???) and kept changing it. Seemed like someone didnt know how to load in the proper playlist?
Service was pretty good. Waitress made recommendations, refilled water etc.
I had higher expectations for the food given how far in advance you have to make a reservation. I now realize it's probably a function of the size of Celeste rather than the food quality. It didnt blow me away but was good and comforting. The price point is high for what it is.
Overall a good experience, but I am not dying to go back!”
“Came for one drink and ended up having dinner here because of the atmosphere. The bartenders were so down to earth and the esthetics were Instagram worthy! The food was great, we had the skewers and calamari for dinner the lobster raviolis 10/10.
Recommend for a nice Friday night out. Drinks I had the espresso martini but the sangria was the special of the week! 👌🏾👌🏾”
“Super great staff and very knowledgeable in their dishes! Mahalo!!”
“Love the vibe! Great place to just get a drink, or eat to your heart's content. I have been holding Twisted Networking- Somerville, MA for a while in the side room- awesome! #askjo”

“I come here once a week w/ my roommate. We are obsessed. On the edge of my seat waiting to learn about the new jam and muffin of the month. I’ve got my mom who lives out of state ordering muffins monthly. People are tired of hearing me talk about how great this place is!”
“For years, I breezed past this spot, assuming it was just and old convenience store. Little did I know, I was missing out on some good sandwich deals. A few months back, I discovered they were slinging subs, so I stopped by a couple times to grab some cold subs.
P&K has been a neighborhood fixture for over seven decades, and you can feel that old-school charm the moment you meet the owner. He’s the kind of guy who’s always friendly and never skimps on the toppings—generosity is clearly baked into the business. While the sandwiches aren’t quite the size of Al’s famous subs, they still pack great value, and honestly, they’re hefty enough that I rarely manage to finish one for breakfast. My favorites so far were the seafood salad and the classic Italian sandwich.
Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for no-frills, classic Italian subs. Just keep in mind that the hot subs aren’t usually available until after 10am.”
“This family-owned Greek restaurant is truly a gem. The owners are incredibly kind and genuinely welcoming — you feel like part of the family the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely amazing, full of flavor, fresh, and generously served. Every dish feels homemade with love. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious Greek cuisine and a place with real heart! 💙🇬🇷”
“This place is unique in that it is one of few spots in town where one can order espresso drinks in the evening and sit and hang out. (And this includes espresso martinis!!!) However, lately the espresso machine has been shut off at 7pm, so be sure to place your order well before then.”
“This was the best night out I’ve had with my husband in a long time. The food was spectacular- I suggest the mezze platter so you can try everything, and of course the koshari. The mushroom fritters they had as a special were divine. The atmosphere and quality of service were top-notch and we will absolutely be coming here regularly.”
“Love assembly row…this is a fantastic, yummy and fun addition! Great ambiance… staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend! :)”

“The most delicious pastries ever. If you love pistachio the way I do you will have trouble choosing and it is ALL great. But I particularly love the savories. The Palestinian bread and the flatbread with the green topping (forget what it's called) is a family favorite. We adore these; the flatbreads are a great quick lunch. But so so delicious, fresh, we are so fortunate to have you here!”
“Hands down best bar in Boston. It's this generation version of cheers. Amazing to watch any game in and if you're not a Pat's even better. Although I miss the OG huevos rancheros the food is always on point and I've never had a bad meal there. I bike from beacon Hill where I'm surrounded by bars but theres only one I'd go out of my way to catch a game or grab brunch. It's parlor sports. I'll fight anyone that says otherwise to the above.”
“We just moved to the neighborhood and we are obsessed.
The sandwiches are like no other sandwiches. The focaccia is home made. The ingredients are fresh, seasonal and locally sourced. It’s not just a sandwich, it’s sandwich art!
There are some rules, such as no eating inside, but they enhance the experience: Davis Sq. is a delightful place to eat outside.
We have yet to eat every item on the menu, but nothing has disappointed so far. Excellent coffee and kombucha are also on offer.”
“First time visiting. We visit a lot of Mexican restaurants in and around the North Shore, and have our favorites. This is for sure a new favorite for us. The customer service at the location in Malden was excellent, our waitress was so polite, personable, and the right amount of attentive. The restaurant was spotless, I mean, SPOTLESS, including the restroom. The rest of the staff checked in, and the food was excellent.”
“I love When Pigs Fly bread! My favs are the Oat and Honey, 6 Grain and Pumpkin Seed, and basically any of the sweet breads! The English Muffin loaf is good too.
The staff are all super kind and helpful. I saw some negative reviews on here that find fault with the service, and to them I say: hello? Are you okay? If you can’t get through a bread order (which should be a simple, short interaction I’d say??) without beefing with a staff member, I invite you to consider that *you* might be the problem. :)”
“I love that they have a combo option where you can get Jjajangmyun & Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour fried pork), and the Tangsuyuk was on point. Very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Jjambbong was also pretty good and the bowl is really huge. The price is really good compared to the amount of food they give you, and the combo comes at the perfect portion for one person (although it was enough for me to share as well). The Jjajangmyun was good but could use more flavor. Overall, I loved this place and would definitely go again.
Note: you need to ask for a parking permit paper (which the workers will give to you if you ask) to park at the lot behind the restaurant.”
“The food was delightful. I love the honey available on all the different items to give a sweet kick to a savory dinner. I ordered the falafel pita which is a solid amount of food. I wish the default was more veggie forward with cucumbers rather then having to add it on. Overall, great vibe and service. Would go again”
“I finally made it to Juliet in Union Square, Somerville — and it was such a treat. The atmosphere is playful and welcoming, and the food is fresh, beautifully presented, and unlike anything else I’ve tried in the Boston area. My favorites were the salmon entrée and the gazpacho. I’ll definitely be back soon to explore more of the menu!”
“I love the concept of having a rotating menu featuring local chefs; what a great way to highlight different cuisines! As a Filipino, I love to see some pinoy representation, so I came for lunch on Wednesday and got the pancit with lumpia and a calamansi drink. The drink was very refreshing, and the food was delicious! I especially loved the lumpia, it was so crispy and cooked perfectly. Pancit was also very good. The staff was super nice as well. I'm very glad I came and hope to visit again in the future 🇵🇭 Sarap!”

“Stopped for an early dinner on a Friday night, and built my own bowl. The salmon and tuna were very fresh and tasty. The toppings were generous and great quality. Portions were generous. Service was friendly and helpful. Very good experience overall. Would definitely come back again.”
“Picked up some excellent (very reasonably priced) Portuguese bread loaf earlier today.
Will drop by for some additional breads to take away tomorrow too.
Good service!
Curiously, was told not to take pictures inside the store, even when I mentioned that I will pit up a Google review - of their excellent breads. My son in law, who had accompanied me shared a couple he had taken inside the establishment
Obrigada!! For the excellent breads.”

“Thank you to Chef Jon for allowing us to pick up a package of frozen dumplings during our visit to Artifact on Memorial Day. Cooked them up tonight and they were delicious, as was the edamame salad!!”
“Outstanding Indian food, we are so lucky to have Masala in Union Square.”
“First time in Nee England and my buddy joined a bowling league. So I told him lets go and I’ll just chill at the bar. This place is awesome! Great flatbread, great beer and great service! If I’m ever up this way again I’m for sure making a stop here.”

“Utterly delicious! Got a spicy beef bowl and it fixed me. I was meeting some friends and didn't have time to research any gluten free options in the area. Took a chance on this place and the hostess was very considerate of my dietary needs. Will definitely order again in the future!”

“We are in Cambridge for a few nights and found Dali being a restaurant nearby. It turned out to be an unexpected surprise. Luckily we made reservation as the restaurant was packed. The menu was extensive; the service was friendly; the meal was served quickly and delicious and the atmosphere was great. We ordered 4 tapas plus an order of focaccia and a bottle of wine. All come to less than $100 not including tips. A must try in Cambridge, MA.”

“Wonderful experience on Saturday night with Jessica. She was so friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. Our runner was very friendly too. Everything was just perfect. I usually don't get a coursed/set menu but they had a wonderful option with add ons/upgrades that made it so much fun to splurge. Can't say enough good things about the staff and food. Too bad going out isn't what it used to be in terms of the clientele wearing decent clothes. I'm old school ... no baseball hats or sweatshirts at the table. Have some manners and pride.”
“Excellent ambience and the table was prepared nicely to accommodate and engage the kids. Main Lobster meal was excellent. However their signature lobster roll was a disappointment. When we escalated it, explanation was that it was prepared earlier today and that may be the reason. Except the lobster roll and the response, every was outstanding.”

“Our 1st dining here, we had chicken quarters & chicken wrap with mile spiciest. We both enjoyed them & definitely will be back. We took other reviewer suggestion to try mild & you can always add more hot sauce.”

“Had an amazing experience at June Bug! The vibe of the location is cute and unique.
