“We just moved to the neighborhood and we are obsessed.

The sandwiches are like no other sandwiches. The focaccia is home made. The ingredients are fresh, seasonal and locally sourced. It’s not just a sandwich, it’s sandwich art!

There are some rules, such as no eating inside, but they enhance the experience: Davis Sq. is a delightful place to eat outside.

We have yet to eat every item on the menu, but nothing has disappointed so far. Excellent coffee and kombucha are also on offer.“

“This location is getting way better than past. I see one employee in night sift. She is very nice. I live near by here & because of work I usually get late in night. I like to eat hot right away, many time I reached here around 8:45 and this nice girl let me seat in restaurant and let me eat my sub in restaurant only. Some times because of me she close 5-7 min late. Who does these thing in this real world Who ?Very few and she is one of them.On basis of my experience the staff is changed and one of the best location in this area to go and grab your sub.“

“Always fast and good. They recently updated their soda fountain. Space is currently a bit more crowded (looked like they were waiting for their old beverage cooler to get hauled away so it's by the door). Staff is always friendly.
Take note that while this location accepts most coupons, they don't take the buy one, get one free type.“

A few other customers came in to order while I was waiting, and the manager was obviously a bit understaffed but so professional, apologizing for the wait to everyone, and helping to get the orders out as quickly as possible. Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. It's really nice to know that these non pretentecious simply good food places still do exist.“

“Mike & Patty’s is a staple in Boston. Everyone is so welcoming and the food is to die for. Don’t try to be healthy and make sure you order the Bfast Grilled Crack with a big cup of coffee. Eat at the counter (only two seats) or take your sandwich outside and stroll the village.“

“Visiting our daughter and boyfriend and went here for Saturday morning breakfast to take to the park. Friendly service who took the time to explain different menu items—all had uniquely delicious flavors! Banana nut muffin - yum! Pistachio coconut milk latte was such a treat. Would definitely recommend to others !!“

“I honestly can’t recommend this place anymore. They have a frequent customer punch card which once completed grants you a free sandwich. I went and redeemed my card and purchased 2 bags of chips and a Diet Coke. When I get to work I check my account and he charged me $11.77. I assume he forgot to give me my free sandwich and go back. He then goes on to tell me that the bags of chips are $2.50 each, he charged me another $2.50 because I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich. He then says the 20oz soda is $4.25… I know he arbitrarily made up these prices on the fly as I was obviously a frequent customer and none of this matches up to my previous purchases. If you don’t want people to get a free sandwich don’t have the card.“

My parents were here for my dad’s surgery and we stopped in for sandwiches that we all loved (and mom is PICKY). We ended up coming every day while dad was in the hospital and Nick and Georgia asked us how he was doing and were so kind that we are all seriously going to miss them. They have great sandwiches, smoothies, ice cream, milkshakes, pasta and salads.
