“We went on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. There were so many options to choose from but my husband decided on a pizza from Lala’s Neapolitan-ish Pizza. The size of pizza for the price is good. I got the Cheesy Ramen from Ms. Clucks Deluxe. It was delicious!! My husband saw their chicken sandwich and already decided what he will be getting next time we go and we don't even live in the state (lol). It wasn't crowded at all at the time we went in. “This might just be one of the best bars in Boston - and we’re incredibly lucky to have it in Central Square. I visited with a friend and ordered the Duck and the Fluke, both of which were outstanding and paired perfectly with the Good Dealer and Honey Mousse Espresso cocktails. Our waiter, Langston, was an absolute superstar - attentive, warm, and on top of everything. My only regret is that the management was running such a smooth floor that I didn’t get a chance to personally let them know how great he was before we left. This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a great night out, whether with a friend or on a date.“

“Love love love this place. I’ve been a frequent regular for a few months now and I can say that the drinks, food, and staff are always top notch.

They have one of the best burgers in town especially for late night! The pimento cheese is beyond delicious and at this point the bartender Mika always knows to throw it in for me the second I walk in.

The cocktail and mocktail list are pretty impressive too. If you like the mocktail “1, 2, 3, 4” you should ask one of the bartenders to make you the 5678.“

“Visited fool's errand last week from NYC and i was really happy we found this gem in Fenway. Cocktails were on point, crafted and delicious.

I had the orchard it and the L train ( i have to have it since i am from NY ) both were great. Giancarlo runs the program and boy he was attentive, fast and just easy to talk to.

The staff is so friendly (I enjoyed nerding out about loving Kyle Maclachlan ) 😂 and it really makes being in the city so cozy. The playlist is spot on, and the menu and drinks are so to the show! Pizza Bianca with the tomato relish is delicious bite and the bread is so perfect, the pepperoni pizza with hot honey is probably the only thing we ate that you can skip but it's still really good, clams and guanciale is cooked to perfection and the sauce is addicting, the bucatini with chilli anchovy butter is one of my favorite dishes I've had, perfect chew and flavor. The sausage cavatelli was a delicious change of pace again a perfect cook on the pasta, finally the taleggio signature dish, absolutely delicious, if you're going with a group I'd probably get it as a shared plate because it is so so rich. “I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.“

Stone Pot Green Pepper Fish was absolutely amazing! 🔥

It arrived at the table still sizzling, and the aroma instantly made everyone hungry. The fish was incredibly tender and fresh, with no fishy taste at all. Every bite was soft, flaky, and perfectly cooked.

The green peppers added a bright, fragrant heat — spicy but not overwhelmingly intense. The broth had a subtle numbing kick from Sichuan peppercorns, but it didn’t overpower the natural flavor of the fish. Everything was well-balanced and layered with flavor.

It pairs perfectly with white rice, and honestly, I couldn’t stop eating it. So happy to find such authentic Sichuan flavor in Boston. Definitely a must-order dish and one I will come back for! 🔥“

“I stopped in here while traveling. Wow, I happened upon a great spot! The place was packed when I walked in around 6pm. People were frequently in and out grabbing to go orders. I knew I must be at a good restaurant and boy was I right! I sat at the bar that was well stocked, unfortunately I couldn't drink this night. I ordered green chicken curry and went to the bathroom, by the time I got back it was sitting on the bar already. I couldn't believe how fast they were. The food was great and staff was friendly. Most restaurants could learn from these folks.“

“We would like to give a higher rating and hope to in the future but there were several areas that could be improved:

1) My husband and I sat on the patio next to the front door. We used to come here alot when it was Petit Robert. They have done a nice job of changing it from French country bistro to modern upscale Italian, still very cozy. It was a lovely evening but it was disrupted by 2 young boys running in and out of the restaurant yelling the score to some game. They continued to yell up and down the sidewalk and climbed the lamppost. It really ruined the vibe. It was surprising that their parents (inside) nor the staff said anything to them. We could over hear the table next to us also commenting about this raucous behavior.

2. The service, although super friendly was slow. We waited for quite some time to place our order and for the bill. I never got the ice that was requested. Perhaps this is because of thr busy crowd on a Friday night.

3. The majority of our dishes were outstanding. The grilled squid appetizer was the best we have had in awhile. The squid was very tender and went perfectly well with the sliced fennel and lemon vinaigrette. My husband's wagyu dish was also beautifully executed. It was cooked to the perfect medium rare and paired nicely with the garlic sauce. Sides included lightly seasoned crispy fingerling potatoes and broccolini also cooked to perfection. I ordered the house special, lobster in vodka sauce with house made pasta. This was the biggest disappointment when the other dishes were so well delivered. The pasta was over cooked and mushy. The sauce was a bit sweet and there were only a few small pieces of lobster claw meat. This was surprising since the dish was more expensive than the wagyu. When the hostess checked in on us, she was gracious in offering to get us something else. I went with the black truffle wheel since we had seen other tables ordering it and the waitress had said it was her favorite dish there. Indeed it was incredible and did not disappoint! The pasta was not overcooked and the sauce was to die for! I loved it and would come back just for that dish alone!

When the bill came out, we assumed that they would have comped us for the lobster dish since that was what we didn't like and had sent it back despite their offering us to take it home. But instead, they had comped us for the truffle dish ($26), which was just over half of the lobster dish ($44). Seemed like a strange unprofessional practice.

Overall we still loved 3 out of 4 dishes so would still come back. Hopefully there won't be screaming kids and perhaps the wait staff would not be as slow.“
