“What a great new spot! I’m always on the hunt for good ramen and this place certainly hits the mark. It’s a small place with a cozy atmosphere and an open kitchen so you can watch the magic happen. The food isn’t cheap but it’s not exorbitant either, and you certainly get your money’s worth. Service was speedy and we didn’t feel at all rushed taking our time over our food.

“Very good pizza, especially the pepperoni one, we were very well served by Gigi, very friendly and attentive.
The only thing that bothered us a little was the hostess, a bald guy with glasses, who welcomed us at the entrance to the restaurant, seemed uncomfortable with our presence, constantly looking at our table suspiciously. We were dressed the same as everyone else and our behavior was the same as everyone else there, so I really don't know what the reason was.

“I have been going here for a while, and while the food is always good, it has felt a bit chaotic since the new owner took over. I think she just needs more time to work out a better system. I waited a while for our food the last time I was there (on a Saturday night), and she was clearly overwhelmed. The food, however, is always delicious, and I really enjoyed the special. The tacos are always good, and they have gluten-free options.“

“Very small place that can't Accommodate more than two customers at a time. Tough on customers during snow/rains with zero provisions for shelter outside.
The pastries are a saving grace, by the way. Nothing distinguishing about their sourdough and other bread varieties though good (slightly expensive). Their flour-free chocolate cake takes the cake for innovation and taste.
If only they would make an effort to combine the coffee shop next door (also owned/leased by clearflour mgmt.) they could customer convenience that bit more amenable.“

John's guidance was primordial in terms of food experience. The special with the Linguini, Black Bass and Calamari it's out of this world. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors.
