My food came out in under a minute, the donuts were fresh and my coffee was amazing. Megan I think who is the manager made it quick and accurately. Good job Guys!“
“Stopped by for a quick drive thru mint hot chocolate to keep warm on this cold winter day. Easy to get to from the one main road leading through Somers from Enfield. Drive thru was ready to take my order as I struggled to pull up my Dunkin App. Had a coffee stopper similar to Starbucks's green one which is nice and either its here or haven't been to a Dunkin in a while. Hot and steamy with sweet flavor can't go wrong on a chilly day like today.“
“Pitstop on our way home south. The ladies were busy but very attentive. We were coming in with our toddler to use the bathroom and the worker had the bathroom key ready for us. I REALLY appreciated that. While my husband tended to the toddler I ordered a coffee and some munchkins. The women seemed busy with the drive-thru and I had to wait BUT their sincere ‘thank you for waiting’ was all that was needed.Great service. Thank you!“
“The staff were super cheery and friendly when I passed through recently, giving me proactive updates about my order, which I'd punched in on my mobile app just seconds before, upon pulling into their parking lot. My order was nevertheless prepared quickly and exactly as specified. The coffee, sugary iced drinks, empty-carb baked goods, or zapped hot items won't be anything special, as this is Dunkin's fast food, but at least it's dependable, cheap, and oh-so New England. Somewhere up above Fred is still shouting, "time to make the donuts!"Still, I'll give an extra star just for the employees, as usually a Dunkin's outlet is a standardized experience that merits no more than 3 stars in my book.And, mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.“
“We appreciate greatly for the welcoming warm greetings and services by the staff. Today, we were stranded at Palmer and our car was towed away because it hit the pothole around 1 pm. We called roadside assistance numerous times and waited for an Uber ride. After 3 hours of continued discussions, an Uber ride came to pick up only 3 not 4 of us. No! How can we leave one of us there? ! There was no Uber or car service available at Palmer; no car was willing to take us home which was over 50 miles away. All staff at Dunkin were very kind. We were able to seat our old parents (over 85 years old) inside and enjoyed sandwiches and coffee inside the well heated Dunkin! Nick spotted our car service while we were waiting at the other entrance. The whole ordeal finally came to a closure after over 6 hours. BMW roadside assistance was extremely helpful. Eric understood our situation and went above and beyond to find us a car service, not an Uber. Thanks Eric army BMW! We are grateful to meet great, nice, kind people like you (Nick, the guy and gal prepared our sandwiches and drinks. Sport that I did not ask your names), especially when we are far away from home! Thank you for your lovely and warm welcoming hospitality! Indebted for your kindness! We are now home. So sweet to meet nice people and memorialize the ordeal when we are home! “My review of the Page Blvd DD centers on two associates: Taleesha and Nicole. They found my Samsung Active 6 cell phone which I lost on 12 23 while walking nearby the night before. They saved the phone and Taleesha returned a call to a friend of mine trying to get in touch with me. Once I replaced the phone, I was back on line and saw my friends text. I then called the number and Taleesha called me back. I picked up the phone yesterday and left a small appreciation for each. It wasn't the phone, per se; but my contact info and irreplaceable pictures that were SO valuable to me. I wish I could have been more generous... I've learned a very good lesson and have taken precautions with the new phone. My wife has now upgraded to the recovered device. ALL GOOD thanks to Taleesha and Nicole! These are two very honest young ladies and I hope their manager sees this review and recognizes them for their good work. #grateful“
“again dunkin messed up my drink, tasted like old coffee and was not made right. when i went back the guy thats there knows me and knows how to make my ice coffee.
