“From drip to espresso, they clearly know their coffee - in the way it tastes and in how they talked with customers about it.The tables offered a nice place to work from. I saw folks mostly grabbing take away, so I felt comfortable taking a table all morning.Seems like many regulars came in. They were greeted by their name and asked if they wanted thier regular drink hot it cold today. While I was there, a couple folks grabbed a books store item, a couple got food items, and most seemed to be their for the coffee!“

“Amazing bagel sandwich with crisp bacon and a perfectly cooked egg with a jammy yolk. Iced coffee was fine but unmemorable. S’mores cookie is a 10/10. One star knocked off because it’s very a cramped space and layout, but understood given the building.“

“Our first visit to Café Los Sueños was truly memorable. After reading the café’s glowing reviews, my husband and I decided to visit as a way to unplug from technology, relax, and enjoy our favorite books; and we couldn’t have made a better choice.
From the moment we walked in, Carlos, the owner, greeted us with such warmth and kindness. We had a friendly conversation with him both at the beginning and throughout our time there, which added such a personal touch to the experience. We ordered a Horchata latte with oat milk and an Ethiopian coffee and both were absolutely delicious.
But what truly stood out was the atmosphere that Carlos and his wife have created. It’s more than just a coffee shop… it’s a beautiful little community. Almost everyone who walked in seemed to know Carlos, and there were heartfelt, lively conversations happening all around. It felt like a safe space to share and connect; a rare and precious thing in today’s fast-paced world.
We will absolutely be returning to Café Los Sueños to disconnect and recharge. And if you visit, be sure to ask Carlos about the story behind the T-shirt framed on the wall. ;)
The story is just as heartwarming as Carlos himself, who makes every single person feel welcome.“

“1:39 4 ..ll 5G§ 83 < Reviews Koba Café First coffee shop of 2023! Koba is a cozy shop on the corner. The young lady at the counter was friendly. She was familiar with the two customers in front of me. It definitely had a neighborhood friendly vibe. The shop was busy. Most of the tables on the first floor were taken up when I was there. Be sure to take a stroll up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was an adorable little spot for two people to sit and chat. The second floor has a great little area to sit and ready or study. The top floor was full of light. I ordered my usual cortado. It was a solid drink. The cortado wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything spectacular to write home about.“

“Stumbled across this place while out for a walk. A friend and I walked in and was instantly greeted and welcomed. My friend is not a coffee drinker and the barista who sadly I forgot to get their name, explained everything to my friend and got them a nice coffee! I am a latte guy and I will began frequenting this shop more! Btw, the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming.“

“Artifact is a cozy coffeehouse with such a fantastic vibe. It is also a fabulous spot for an intimate wedding reception.“
“This coffee shop is beautiful and the quality is amazing. I got a shot of espresso and it was easily the best of gotten in this area Fresh and delicious and the prices are beyond fair. Erica the Barista was sweet and kind. Her service was impeccable. My only thing with this shop (not a complaint) is that I can not order for pickup. There are often mid day moments where I wish I could order prior to my lunch break and go grab a pick me up. If I could just call or order online I wouldn’t fret about not being back on time to see my first patient after lunch. I hope that changes soon because I’d be there much more often.“

“Karen is an amazing baker. She saved the day after we were let down for our wedding cake. She delivered a beautiful 3 tiered cake. The flavours were a delicious lemon with lemon curd, vanilla and raspberry and chocolate biscuit cake. All our guests were raving about it. Couldn't recommend her enough 😊💕“

“Great spot, great menu options, knowledgeable staff. I happened to be walking past and was in a mood for coffee. This place hit the spot, had a variety of food options, along with non caffeinated drinks. Plenty of space to work or hang out. No GF Bagels/Bread but they have jerky, bars etc available.“

“Solid vibes at Ceremony in Mt. Vernon. Staff seem to like to get to know you, the food and coffee were excellent, and the music was fitting for the time of day. It’s clean, well decorated and lit, and obviously a loved spot for locals; Ceremony stands out in the neighborhood.“

“This spot has been on my list for a while! Stopped in and chatted with the owner for a while and learned about the space. Enjoyed my coffee — on the strong side (my favorite!) and found out about their stand at the Mt. Washington Farmer’s Market. I’ll be back!“

“When we lived in Maryland I bought all of our coffee from High Grounds. I have now moved to Georgia and wouldn't consider changing my coffee source. The main reason that one would go to a coffee roaster for the 2nd, 3rd or 99th time would be for the quality of the coffee, and any one who would rate High Grounds less than 5 star“

“Cute local cafe to bring your laptop to work on
Inside was really cute and modern at the same time. I think it is connected to the hotel so it was really clean and nice.
The cafe was really cute. Relatively small (max 30 ppl). I ordered strawberry matcha latte but it was different from what I had before from other store. I didnt see strawberry but i tasted strawberry which was very confusing to me.
My friend said cold brew was quite strong like she wanted the ice to melt for dilution.
I recommend if you are nearby here. Idk if I want to come here for the matcha latte but I will try different drinks with food next time.“

“Pizza was great, didn’t love that you could only order online and it was a minimum 1.5 hour wait. I thought maybe they were busy but I showed up early hoping it would be done and it was empty and cashier told me pizza guy had to step out … lol what? Not great first impression.“

“Randomly ordered this morning through DoorDash, and I found this place. what a gem. The food was absolutely amazing and super quick delivery into the city. sandwiches were still hot and gooey. So thankful they are not right down the street for me as I would probably give them all my money. keep up the good work.“
“This place is freaking amazing, I don’t care what anyone says. If you’re gonna be a little cry baby cause they don’t give you lid please grow up. This place is a gem, especially being surrounded by overpriced and mid places to eat. Prices are very reasonable compared to other coffee shops. Every time I’ve been there service has been great. Some of the drinks do take more time to make than maybe your favorite drink at Dunkin Donuts but that’s because they are crafted with love and care and ARE NOT EVEN COMPARABLE! If you are in a rush, make coffee at home in your keurig like a competent human being. They are clear about the way they do things and it admirable. The taste and quality of the product is unmatched by any other local coffee shop in that area and any chain for that matter. Biscotti’s are fire. Their specialty drinks are exceptional and very unique. Drinks come out at perfect drinking temperature. If you don’t feel comfortable driving with your beverage lidless in the car, just make a little extra time to sit and enjoy it before you leave. It’ll be worth it. I recommend the pistachio cappuccino, golden milk with a shot of espresso or two and the cafe con negroli.“

“If you want a great cup of coffee, this is it. The owner roasts Ethiopian beans in house and serves the coffee from a French press. The latest cation is in the heart of Locust Point. “The food was good. The donuts were good but not as good as other Dunkin Donuts I've tasted. The croissant sandwich and hashbrowns were delicious and made right the first time, which is rare for other Dunkin locations I've visited. The line was very long because the location diwn the street is being renovated. Getting the food took forever. The customer service was great, very kind, and professional.“

“Some of the best cold brew (coffee ice cubes) and breakfast I’ve had in Baltimore since moving here from DC almost 4 years ago. Pancakes are out of this world - light and fluffy and their syrup is this heavenly concoction of melted butter infused together.

“The Missus (bless 'er) and I had the opportunity to visit Cafe Campli recently- and we can't wait to return.
As we entered and sat down, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had returned to Italy and was in a small, but well-crafted local ristorante. At no point during our visit was I disabused of this feeling.
Our server was personable and professional- who could ask for more?
The room was spotlessly clean- as was the bathroom.
The food? Ah yes, the food:
We opened with the antipasto platter, which came with a selection of salume, proscuitto, honey, and cheeses. The crostini was lightly charred, which added a complimentary note to the flavors on the board. My only quibble would be that the cheeses weren't tempered, but that is easily overlooked.
The Missus (bless 'er) went for the 'Porchetta Camplese,' a slow roasted boneless pork shoulder drizzzled with an unusual but tasty parsley chimichuri. She said it was delicious and after a bite, I had to agree.
I myself went for the 'Agnello Arrosto,' another boneless shoulder cut. It was cooked a perfect medium rare and had that slight char we had met before on the crostini. Again, it was full of flavor and very tender. It did not get dusty sitting on my plate...
Together we shared an 'Insalata Mista' to have some extra greens on the table. The salad was lightly dressed (thank you) and the vinegrette was above average.
I could not resist the 'Affogato' for dessert: White chocolate gelato topped with a double shot of espresso.
I had a 'Stappi Sprita,' a non-alcoholic beverage (I was driving), but ordered a bottle of excellent 2022 Montepulciano D'Abruzzo from Colle Corviano for the Missus (bless 'er) to enjoy with dinner.
Every element of the experience was well above our expectations. Sicuramente ci torneremo!“
