“Small traditional coffee place. Great quality of coffee and most importantly how the owner carefully crafts the drinks he prepares. Absolutely amazing his attention to detail and how consistent the presentation is.
Hopefully all the baristas appreciate the owners dedication and imitate his precision making drinks.“

“Love y’all! Thanks for the fantastic drinks and kind service—my fave coffee shop in Baltimore!
I also appreciate that you offer real mugs and plates to those of us staying around to enjoy the space or the outside seating. I like that I don’t have to make any trash while having a cuppa.“

“1:39 4 ..ll 5G§ 83 < Reviews Koba Café First coffee shop of 2023! Koba is a cozy shop on the corner. The young lady at the counter was friendly. She was familiar with the two customers in front of me. It definitely had a neighborhood friendly vibe. The shop was busy. Most of the tables on the first floor were taken up when I was there. Be sure to take a stroll up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was an adorable little spot for two people to sit and chat. The second floor has a great little area to sit and ready or study. The top floor was full of light. I ordered my usual cortado. It was a solid drink. The cortado wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything spectacular to write home about.“

“Hella expensive, but worth it, considering the quality (literally the best cappuccino I’ve had in Baltimore, and the finest egg/bacon/cheese this side of Chez Panisse)“

“I had the biscuit and sausage gravy—to die for! Every bite was pure comfort. And let me tell you, my caramel macchiato was EVERYTHING—sweet, smooth, and perfectly made. The service? Absolutely outta this world. Friendly, fast, and made me feel right at home. Zeke’s, you’ve got a fan for life!“

“This is an amazing space. I felt so close to the coffee process. Their cookies are homemade and delicious. The coffee is smooth while offering a rich flavor. They also share the space with Sophomore Coffee who also roasts beans there.“

“When we lived in Maryland I bought all of our coffee from High Grounds. I have now moved to Georgia and wouldn't consider changing my coffee source. The main reason that one would go to a coffee roaster for the 2nd, 3rd or 99th time would be for the quality of the coffee, and any one who would rate High Grounds less than 5 star“

“Just bought my first coffee beans that weren’t covered in chocolate here! I recently got my hands on a French Press & have been doing tons of online research with the hopes of putting things together in real time. Garrett (hope I spelled that right) is so knowledgeable he walked me through the beans & my flavor profile & what I hope to accomplish (which is to stop spending $5+ a day on Americanos that I believe will be more rewarding to brew at home.) I am so glad I wandered in & I can’t wait to take that first sip at home!“
“Wonderful local coffee shop. I have been coming here for a couple months now and the coffee is always flavorful and smooth and the owner and regulars are extremely friendly. Be sure to try the Spanish tortilla de patatas when it is freshly made in the morning.

“The owner is a kind, community-minded person with deep investment in the neighborhood. I'm a big fan of the breakfast burritos, which are filling, tasty, and reasonably priced, and always interested in trying the Filipino specials. And of course, great coffee!“
“Beautiful people, atmosphere, hand made gifts, and espresso drinks & teas are at Hon’s Honey Marketplace. There are a few tables and warm window-side seating for those who want to sip and read. I’ll absolutely “bee” back! If you’re not in the area, they often have a table at the Maple Lawn farmers market in Howard County, too! I swear their honey has helped my spring and summer allergies.“

“Reverie coffee is my go to spot for a morning coffee or breakfast sandwich. The staff is so kind and clearly cares about the community, their ingredients are fresh, and the atmosphere is wildly welcoming. I love getting some work done here and chatting with the staff during breaks.“
“Stopped by when passing through the neighborhood and am now obsessed. It’s cute and quiet inside—and they gave me the best iced vanilla latte I think I’ve ever had in Baltimore. Prices were also lower than many other coffee shops (and they don’t charge more for alternative milks!). It’s easy to miss as it sort of blends in with a bigger building, but definitely worth trying.“

“It's a bit cramped, but the staff are friendly. Their selection isn't huge, but what they do offer is pretty tasty.
Paying fifty cents for whipped cream to only get a very little bit crammed under the drinker lid was a bit of a bummer. They should really get some of the dome-style lids.“

“If you want a great cup of coffee, this is it. The owner roasts Ethiopian beans in house and serves the coffee from a French press. The latest cation is in the heart of Locust Point. There’s outdoor seating that is welcoming to anyone who wants to slow down and enjoy the richness of their cup of coffee.“

“The barista answered all of my questions about the coffee. He also asked about the qualities that I like in my coffee, so that he prepared something that I would enjoy drinking.“
“My favorite tea, ever. And I am VERY picky about my tea. AND it is very difficult to impress me. AND most tea companies do it wrong. But these people do it Wight 👐 I was initially enchanted when gifted Jasmine tea balls and found out the Jasmine I'd been drinking all my life was trash, haha. Wight changed my life. Since then I have tried a few other varieties including their Marquess Grey which went above and beyond and I completely fell head over heels for. Wow. These teas are so FRESH, fragrant, soothing, and they feel the way tea should in your body: relaxed, happy & fulfilled. I was just gifted their Evening Tisane and am equally enthralled with the product. I can't wait to buy more & gift to my friends & family. Everyone I've ever made a cup of tea for with Wight tea has been amazed by the flavor and aroma. Wight does tea right 🫖“

“I wasn’t disappointed in the pizza - it was very good, but with this being my first time ordering from there, I was disappointed that the pizza wasn’t hot. You can’t call in to order and have to order online. It tells you a pickup time. We arrived exactly at the pickup time and the pizza was warm but not hot. The app doesn’t seem to properly track the order, as it said the order was not yet even being prepared when we tried to track it (pizza was ready). I’m not sure if I’ll go back for this reason.“

“Very swanky coffee and tea shop. The instrumental music and hip patrons made the vibes. I ordered the classico vegano with vegan sausage on ciabatta and a matcha oat latte. The matcha oat latte had just enough sweetener (you have to ask for it). The classico vegano was good as well. The staff was very delightful and pleasant. They knew their customers and although they had a rush they handled it with ease and remained calm and pleasant. The price was reasonable for what I received and to have the opportunity to dine-in. Overall, this is a great place to visit alone or couples for a nice cup of java or tea.“

We are thankful to the owners who accommodated our large group. If you want a cozy Greek restaurant with great Greek food you definitely want to try this place out! I got the pork souvlaki platter and the tirokeftedes- Καλή όρεξη“

“This place made my whole day better. Brooke the barista was awesome and kind, the vibe of the place was chill and retro, the bathroom was super cleans, and THE FOOD! I got the breakfast sandwich with sausage and bacon on chiabatta and I cannot speak highly enough of the preparation. The meat is super high quality and each half of the sandwich has its own real egg, its own sausage patty and three pieces of bacon. The bread was crispy and delicious. It was worth every single penny. The warm words of encouragement from Brooke for my upcoming cancer treatment was definitely an added perk! Seven and a half stars out of five, will be back soon.“

“Nice place! Food and drink were great. Only reason I'm taking off a star is for the company because for whatever reason there was only one barista making the food AND drinks when the line was at the door. Like come on Dunkin, do better and hire more people please“

“This is an absolutely delightful place. It has indoor and outdoor seating with a very cozy atmosphere. The food was very good and the service very pleasant. The buttermilk biscuits sound simple, but they’re a delicious and filling option if you’re looking for something that’s not too sweet. The neighborhood (36th St) offers a lot of interesting places to check out, too.“
