One of the managers, Phil, ensured that the requested tv channel was on and continued to check in to make sure our meals and drinks were tasty. I made the mistake of forgetting my leftovers, and we went back and explained what happened. Phil made sure to take care of the situation and provided me the meal that i had. A lot of places call a piece of fried bread with some crab meat ij it a crab cake, but not Vola's, they are the real deal! Matisse was our waitress and she was great!“

“Can I say EXCELLENT! We searched for dinner options on Saturday night and found SPs Cuisine through Google. I called to ask questions and the customer service was impeccable. I had a large order (10) and was understandably nervous, but the person on the phone was patient and knowledgeable. The food was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Everything was correct, the food was hot, and the chef did an outstanding job. We will definitely be back. “Today was my first time in S&S. Very clean when I entered. Everything was easy to read. They showed me the food and I ordered the Turkey Wings, green beans and sweet potatoes. “Love this place! Dinner is always 10/10 but service, we had Alena or elena and she was just the sweetest young lady and she knows was shes doing, and she was honest too with her recommendations! We always have a tuna and oysters! They didn’t disappoint this time. Usually you don’t get the same amount of food you would if you were to dine in. That was not the case. “The most delicious, authentic Indian food served by a most gracious gentleman. The Nan, of which there are several choices, was warm and buttery. The homemade cheese was exceptionally delicious. Another diner had butter chicken and was raving at how tender the chicken was. And the samosas were wonderful. Everything at our table was a 10 out of 10. “Today I ordered doro wot, alecha beef, veggie combo, special kitfo and special tibs. It was delicious! I drove from MD to pick up my order and it was on time and on point. Everyone in the restaurant was very welcoming and nice. I felt I was back home. I don’t know if it was the owner but he was so nice and offered me to help me carry my order to my car. They have a life time customer. First impression matters and I was not disappointed from the food to the customer service. Thank you!!“

“The food was pretty okay. I liked the atmosphere and how the restaurant is decorated. The restaurant is very small, so I'd suggest doing takeout. The restaurant sells trinkets, which was fun. The trinket I bought wasn't expensive. There's a free parking lot that wasn't too full. The restaurant seems to be run by a dad who both cooks the food and mans the register/phone. His kids were there too (not disruptive or anything though). He seemed to be a dad putting in a lot of work to make ends meet. I hope his restaurant continues to be successful. The trinkets and decorations were very endearing.“

“this was the best experience i had for my birthday and 1st time being here and Timothy was our server and he did an excellent job with his smiles and friendliness and our wonderful bartender Jay zehring was very friendly and kept the smiles going and both were fantastic so whenever you go in greet Timothy and Jay and the drinks were very very good and food was excellent. the whole crew was very friendly and kind and greeted you will lots of smiles and the place is well cleaned and if you have never been to manchester lakes in springfield please do so. i rate them 5 stars 🌟“

“Loved our experience at Mt Vernon Restaurant. The restaurant fits the aesthetic of the rest of the property and feels like a step in the past. Has proper southern fare at a good price. Only disappointment was the wine selection. Even though Virginia has a great wine selection, there was only 1 bottle on the menu.“

“This is one of the best locations! I always get Cajun grilled shrimp with dirty rice. Then five hot lemon pepper wings, all flats, fried hard. My food is always PERFECT. Seasoned well and just the way I like it. The customer service is nice and to the point. They give what you ask for but will also make valid suggestions if you need them.“

“Well I get 3 shrimp and chicken lomeing and it was delicious. And 3 wins with French fries which it was super.
I did try hunan chicken before, but it doesn't pass my taste.
So service was fast less than what ever they said it will be. So I will keep getting different choice and I'll let you know“
