Starbucks in Baltimore

“This Starbucks is a hidden gem. The service is always prompt and the orders accurate. There is plenty of seating indoors with different table styles and sizes for various uses. There is additional seating areas outside as well. Other shopping options nearby in the same shopping center. Plenty of parking available.“

“The visit was excellent overall. The medium hot mocha latte with almond milk was executed perfectly and was quite tasty. I particularly appreciated the good ambiance, the friendly service, and the strong sense of community present. Such positive elements create a truly refreshing environment for the start of the day. The only factor worth noting is that Starbucks' pricing is slightly more elevated than Dunkin'.“

“I had such a fantastic experience at this Starbucks in Baltimore thanks to Dandre. He was incredibly kind and really went the extra mile. He let me try my drink before I left and even offered to adjust it if I didn’t like it. Honestly, he made my coffee run way more special and brightened my day. “I don't get to this location very often, just due to where it is located. It hasn't changed much inside. It was not a bad experience but it was not great. I came in, there was one person working behind the counter. I waited my turn to order after two people before me placed their orders and the barista made the orders. Then, she took my order and the next person. I sat down to wait. Another barista came out from the back, and the first one left on break. The new barista made the drink of the lady after me, took 3 more orders and made all of them. I went up at that point and asked about mine. He thought it was already made for some reason... So, I got it eventually.“

“After a three-hour drive, I stopped at this location and had a wonderful experience. The barista went above and beyond by informing me which items were kosher before I ordered (I wish I had gotten her name!). Her kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, making my visit truly exceptional. The service was top-notch, and I'll definitely make it a point to return whenever I'm passing through. Highly recommend!“

“Update: this time I liked the store much more. My order was prepared on time and correctly, and I enjoyed the decor and ambience.
Old review: Worst Starbucks store I have been to. The assistant did not even print my mobile order until I walked in 10 minutes after placing the order, then discovered (!) they were out of my order and did not even offer to refund the purchase, shrugging it off when I asked. Luckily, there was a more experienced person who took care of it, but picking up a simple order took 15 minutes!“

Stopped by Starbucks for my caffeine fix and left with a smile, thanks to Kristin. Kristin was a little bashful, which only added to her charm, but don’t let that fool you—her customer service was on point. She was fast, accurate, and efficient! My drink was made perfectly, and it felt like she genuinely cared about getting it right.

As for the café itself, it wasn’t the cleanest Starbucks I’ve been to, but it had this cozy vibe that felt welcoming. Clean restroom. They could use more seating surely.

Kristin, you’re a gem—keep being awesome girl! And Starbucks, tidy up a bit! This could easily be a 5-star experience.“

“It’s a pretty good Starbucks. It’s usually very busy during the week because it’s so small and on Loyola’s campus, so the wait for a drink can be up to an hour in the morning. Workers are all very friendly and it’s definitely a big social space on campus. I’ve also heard it’s the highest grossing Starbucks in the region.“

“Friendly, fast, plenty for places to sit. They asked if I was a professor which I thought was funny. It’s within the campus and there wasn’t a very obvious place to park but good for students.

I believe this Starbucks has been here for years and is right next to the main humanities building on Loyola campus. It’s on the other side of the quad (open grass area) from the chapel.

This is inside an academic building and was open on Sunday morning. I got a nice warm chocolate croissant (not part of my diet 😬) and my favorite which is a “Dirty Iced Matcha”. It’s a grande iced matcha with a shot of blonde roast espresso. Kind of has a little bit of cigarette taste but in the best possible nostalgic way! Weird but amazing.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you’re coming in from the center of campus the theater arts building has an automatic entrance and it’s right down the hallway from there.“

“Good food, great coffee, friendly staff, this is a nice little spot. The place definitely has a college café kind of vibe, reinforced by the charging ports available under each table, which are extremely useful. While the seating area is kind of cramped and the music selection is less relaxing café and more corporate approved pop/rock. Other than that, however, this it's a nice spot overall.“

“I truly LOVE coming to this Starbucks. One of my favorites if not the only one since moving here. The interactions with staff have been nothing short of great. They give great recommendations on drinks if you are indecisive on what to drink too! Only downside is that the bathroom is occasionally down due to people being rude and nasty.“

“It is always pretty crowded in here since it is combined with a chick-fil-a so not the best place to go for a quiet coffee. Because so many people do frequent here it seems like they are always out of something which can be kind of disappointing. Other than that though the staff is always nice and everything comes out in a timely manner. They also support Boost so if you are in a rush you can order ahead and have it waiting for pickup when you get there which can be very helpful.“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I took one star away for service today because my order was messed up twice. I clearly repeated decaf about 3 times to be given caffeinated coffee which today of all days sent me into full on cant calm to teach yoga then crash during family dinner. I'm not sure If the batista was so busy but I'm not a happy camper and I come almost daily“

“No lie, I don’t know if they hand select these Starbucks employees from the Starbucks reserve but they are phenomenal. I come at random times so it’s different employees and they’re always golden. “I sort of feel silly posting a review of a Starbucks, but I get coffee here all the time and everyone who works here is always very polite, so I have to stand up for this place since they're getting lots of 1 star reviews. The interior of this location is also very pleasant and very clean. If you want to sit down and take your time drinking your coffee, come here.“

“The customer service at this location is amazing! I went in to add money to a gift card, and walked out with free goodies, and a smile on my face. My only regret is not breaking the $20 bill I had and giving them an enormous, and much deserved tip! Thank you, it is so refreshing to meet people that care about the service they are providing. “Flew out BWI on American (9/3) and was in desperate need of caffeine. I went to the Starbucks and placed an order and the barista taking orders was beyond gorgeous and had the best service ever and I made sure to let him know. He proceeded to compliment my hair which made my whole day because had the most beautiful hair I’ve ever seen so it meant a lot. I placed my order from “Noah” and waited about 6 minutes for my order. Everything was perfect I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken and breakfast sandwich. All the baristas had amazing customer service and were very fast for how busy it was.
