“I love this restaurant so much! The food is amazing and I mean everything on their menu! I especially love the fried spring roll with the chilli sauce. Their broth is so delicious and rich in flavor. The Thai tea is amazing. I was never one to get beef pho but when I did I was greatly impressed! All in all Great food, Great service, Great people.“

“My Family and I stopped here because we love Greek food and heard this was authentic Greek food. First thing I tried was the calamari appetizer, as we are from Louisiana and love our seafood. The calamari hands down was the best I have ever had. The texture, the flavor, everything about it was fantastic. You can get that kind of quality in a 5 Star restaurant. Next home made fry’s, absolutely delicious. Don’t left me forget the Spanakopita, first time hearing it and eating and also fell in love with it. I had the Big Fat Gyro lamb, as well as my son and wife. Again another fantastic dish. Full of flavor and the size of these are huge so you’re getting a great deal. My wife also order a platter of Souvlaki and a Gyro platter as well for us to try. Completely delicious. Hands down such a great place. I will definitely be coming back my next trip. “Hadn’t been back here in years, but came recently Saturday night, and it was just as good as I remembered! It was packed but we got one of the last tables available and were seated right away, others that came later had to wait. Service was great—staff were friendly and attentive.

My favorite dish here is the Fried Chicken Wings with Garlic Sauce (Bone-in)—lollipop style wings, the flavor is unique and delicious, and the portion is huge! The Noodle with Pork & Black Bean Sauce and Noodle with Veg & Beef Spicy Seafood Soup are my top favorites noodle dishes here. We also got the Fried Dumplings, which were just okay. For drinks, they have a variety of Soju, another drink favorite of mine lol.

“Came here with my partner to get some pho. These days I feel going to restaurants isn’t worth it unless it’s for food that is difficult to make — pho is one of those. The place had one or two other people seated for lunch on a Friday. We were told to sit wherever we liked.

My partner got pho with extra meat, and they brought the extra meat out in a small bowl, which was great to see that it was indeed extra. I got pho without meat (their only option for pho <$10). They gave plenty of the classic toppings (bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime, chilis). We also got the fresh rolls as well. The rolls were not as good as I’ve had at other Vietnamese places — there were no herbs in it which would’ve really improved it. The pho itself was delicious and definitely worth getting.“

“I visited Swahili a few weekends ago and I enjoyed my time. I normally order the basket (i loveeeeee samosas lol) Princess is an amazing server. She always makes sure my food comes out right and her drink recommendations are always delicious!“

“The 12-course prix-fixe made for a memorable special occasion meal. At $135 pp, quite a splurge, but can imagine the 6-course version is also quite satisfying. Each dish was presented in an interesting way -- with coins and currency, art by Colombian painter Botero, on stones and cactus slices, paper, etc. Even the check returned inside a book. Each was so tasty we couldn't pick a favorite. Staff was intimate and friendly, explaining every dish, without being intrusive. Aficionados might appreciate the extensive and varied wine list (also not cheap), though we were no experts. Also close to Metro (8-min. walk), which we always appreciate. “The best vegan dining experience I’ve ever had, and “I’ve been around the block”. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by the hostess, from the server, the sommelier, the food, ambiance- everything was perfect. The food was unique, and delicious. (even my non vegan friend loved it) however, the presentation and service is what put the cherry on top. Just a one of a kind dining experience that will be very hard to top.“

“Went to Kitchen +Kocktails for the first time last night. The decor was very nice, and the music was good and not obnoxious. Our server Ally was terrific! I’m not a drinker, so when I asked her if there were any cocktails that didn’t taste like alcohol, I thought she would look at me like I was crazy, but she didn’t! She seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and immediately had a couple of suggestions. I went with the mixed berry lemon drop and it was perfect for me. The crab cake appetizers and shrimp and grits with lobster tail entree were amazing. We had a great time and we’ll be back!“

“I stopped in with friends before a event Sunday evening. The staff was warm and welcoming. I had the lentil sambusas and a peanut-infused coffee at the staff’s recommendation. The food was fast and delicious- the sambusas were warm and spicy, and the peanut coffee was delicious! In a kind gesture, the chef sent over a sampling of sushi to our table. Fresh and refreshing, the sushi was a nice complement to my sambusas and hot beverage. I’m not on this side of town often, but now I have a reason to come back.“

“Finding a Filipino restaurant isn’t easy. So learning about Purple Patch thru Jo Koy—has ended this search! Literally, Filipino cuisine heaven! “We had an early dinner before attending a performance at the Ford’s Theater. We made reservations through Open Table and were immediately seated upon arrival. The service was great. Our server recommended several dishes that we loved. There were abundant vegan and vegetarian options. Chilorio de Res tacos were mouthwatering as were the Hongos en Milto ones. In fact, every dish we ordered was delicious. One dish (chilaquiles) never arrived from the kitchen but we were pressed for time so we opted to have it taken off our bill instead of waiting for them to prepare it separately. Dessert, Cafe de Olla, was phenomenal. Pics are only some of the items we tried. Great atmosphere for date night and a milestone birthday celebration. Highly recommend.“

“I think Old Ebbitt Grill are one of the best grill joints around Washington and they got the most warmed atmosphere and I also enjoyed their service a lot. Their waitress and waiters are well trained with great sense of humor and they always smile to their customers/buyers.. You all can give it a try and thank me later hehe 😜“

“Wonderful first experience. Invited to attend "Seniors Don't Eat Alone" waiter Kevin was very attentive, knowledgeable and understanding of Seniors!!! Our second experience, was again great. We joined "DINE OUT MARYLAND" and saw Libs Fulton was on the registry. Four of us had reservations at 4:00 we asked to be seated at a 6 top and the hostess just smiled and seated the 4 of us. Then noticed that Kevin was once again our waiter. He took the drink orders perfectly. Unfortunately, my BEEF & BURRATA was tepid at best. Kevin nicely removed and had remade without issue. The MOD brought my diner back pipping hot and apologized with a smile. Prior to ordering, we had inquired if the Dine Out MD was accepted and provided our ID. Keven again handled. Next another personable young man brought back the bill and spoke with us. He was informing us of the upcoming expansion of the Libs restaurants. He stated he was going to be at the new location in Towson. Great experience. All three individuals showed great customer service. BTW - our food was delicious....“

“I haven't been in a minute. However, from the locations that I did visit- New York Ave NE and N Veitch St, the staff, service and food is worth return trips! The Cauliflower Steak is my favorite but I am also a fan of the Greek Potato Salad. I have tried the Confetti Bowl and there is another bowl similar to the Confetti Bowl that I am not recalling at the moment. Y'all need a location in (around) the Navy Yard-Ballpark area!“
