“(2026 Update... This place used to have the best service and the best tasting Pho in town. The broth is no longer flavorful, the spring rolls are soggy and greasy, and the service is not as great. They are still nice to customers, but not attentive and forgetful of orders.) (2022...The Pho is so delicious 😋. It's very small inside and very clean. We arrived when they first opened and we barely got a table. Try to get there early if you're going on a Sunday. The staff's really nice and the food is so good. The broth is very flavored! “I usually order the pizza “Bianca” at three Brothers always with these ingredients ( cheese, oregano and slice of tomatoes on the top) and always request it not to be crispy. On my last visit, it was extremely overcooked and dark on the bottom. The staff kindly remade it, but the second pizza had garlic added, which is not part of the pizza “Bianca” that I use to eat,and not something I eat.
After clearly explaining my preferences, this felt unnecessary and left a poor impression. I chose not to complain again, but I was unable to enjoy my meal. Disappointing experience overall“

We are working our way through many of the DC Michelin Star restaurants (and we try to visit at least one when we travel to other cities): it is incredibly rare to immediately start making plans to come back again. Sure, plenty of them are delicious and would be enjoyable again, but don’t warrant the price tag or are too slow and elaborate to repeat with any frequency… some just aren’t worth returning to at all. But the value, the flavor, the experience and the ethics at Oyster Oyster have us wanting to return each season as the menu turns over and they weave in new seasonal, local, sustainable delicacies.“

“We had an early dinner before attending a performance at the Ford’s Theater. We made reservations through Open Table and were immediately seated upon arrival. The service was great. Our server recommended several dishes that we loved. There were abundant vegan and vegetarian options. Chilorio de Res tacos were mouthwatering as were the Hongos en Milto ones. In fact, every dish we ordered was delicious. One dish (chilaquiles) never arrived from the kitchen but we were pressed for time so we opted to have it taken off our bill instead of waiting for them to prepare it separately. Dessert, Cafe de Olla, was phenomenal. Pics are only some of the items we tried. Great atmosphere for date night and a milestone birthday celebration. Highly recommend.“

“My girlfriend and I went for her birthday and they already had a card prepared for her when we got there because I selected birthday under the event tab in our reservation. We both decided it was the best place either of us had been. I do not write reviews for restaurants but this one deserves it. All of the food was delicious and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. We can't wait to go back.“
