We got there on a Saturday morning and ran into a pretty decent line, but the staff were super friendly and it moved along quickly. I’ve been coming to 193 Barbecue for over ten years, and it’s still my favorite spot. The quality has never changed — it’s always consistent, always fresh, and always hits the spot. Their steak is honestly the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked every single time.

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food portions are worth every penny. This is one of those rare places that’s stayed great for a whole decade. Highly recommend!“

“My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day to celebrate our anniversary and ordered the $89 menu. Overall, we had a really nice experience. The wagyu and oysters were amazing, and the drinks were so good. The desserts were honestly some of the best I’ve had at any KBBQ spot, which really stood out to me.

We had about two or three different servers helping us, but the Asian woman who mainly took care of our table was especially great. She was super kind, attentive, and made sure we got everything we needed. She really helped make the night feel special.

The only downside was that the food took a while to come out between courses. At one point it seemed like one of our dishes might have been taken to the wrong table or forgotten. It did not seem like it was her fault though as it was a different server who took the order.“

We were new to the restaurant and the server took time to answer all our questions with great detail about the menu. Food came out fresh and piping hot. I had the build my own bowl option which was delicious and the portion fed me for two meals. Also sampled the empanadas which were also delicious.
