“We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!”

SHOUTOUT to Trevor or server for the evening he was very kind and very funny and we enjoyed our meal and his company. “I recently visited Biryani and Bakers and I was thoroughly impressed by both the variety and quality of the food. The staff is very warm and welcoming. This restaurant offers an extensive menu that caters to all tastes. However, what truly stole the show was their chicken biryani – it was absolutely delicious! Guthivankaya biryani is also amazing! The portions were generous, and the accompanying raita complemented the dish perfectly.
I must say this is the best biryani I ever had in Maryland!!”

The noodles are hand pulled and made fresh every day and you can tell by the excellent texture and flavor! My new favorite restaurant! Also we were honored by four songs excellently played on the baby grand piano. Thank you for a delightful dinner, perfect service, and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Chopin Noodle House and look forward to trying more dishes on the menu. ❤”

“First time visiting here. Halal BBQ is a relatively new concept around here and wanted them ncheck it out. Ordered two Halal Beef Brisket sandwich combos with french fries and a canned soft drink each, a Halal Bacon and Brisket combo sandwich with curly fries and can of coke, Mozzarella cheese sticks combo and a chicken tender serving. Overall the family enjoyed the food, my beef bacon was over cooked and the strips of beef brisket were thin slivers of meat with a barely discernable flavor coated with copious amounts of BBQ sauce. First impression was so-so, for me. Seating was barely adequate with people standing over your head to order. It was night time and rainy sonif they have outdoor seating, it was not part of the equation tonight. I will definitely visit again as I like to support small upcoming businesses and I like the concept of contemporary American food for those who prefer to eat Halal.”

“Authentic and flavorful! Got the Bun Bo Hue and sis got the Pho Dac Biet … broth was the right flavor and clean! (Not oily or leftover meat residue from cooking the broth). Loads of meat and noodles… the right size portion for classic Viet soup bowl, which is already a lot! Wish the eggrolls were a tad bigger/a bit more filling but it was good overall… maybe a bit saltier for my liking. Overall I’d keep a coming back here for my Viet food fix!

Don’t recommend the Thai tea though… too much milk and the sweetness is a bit off from a classic Thai tea. Not bad … they have real thai tea not powder or anything… just not exactly the Thai tea portion of tea, sweetener and milk.”

In 6 years I've seen Atwater's with a great track record for hiring and training members of its team. But I'd like to credit two in particular today. Joey, the new manager settled into his role quickly just this year and is very engaging, friendly, and happy to help customers directly alongside his team. Alyssa is another fantastic worker and leader in the team. Always paying attention and focused on keeping everything in order and working efficiently. The whole team performs well. But she routinely performs above the standard.”

I had the soondae tteokbokki and it was delicious but the variety Korean jeon… I’ll be back just for that. Please be mindful that the Korean ‘pancakes’ are savory and not sweet. “I recently hosted a party at my house to celebrate the end of our card season. Some members of our card league wanted to go to a fancy restaurant, but most were happy with the idea of a house party. I ordered pulled pork, brisket, and smoked turkey from Weiland’s and the food was great. The attendees raved about each selection, and the total cost came to less than $15.00 a person. We could not have gone to a restaurant for that amount. Highly recommend!”

“Tried them for the first time today and am sold. Best Chinese food my wife and I have tasted in ages, and we lived in NYC for 4 years. Singapore mei fun - excellent. Happy family - excellent. Combination fried rice - excellent. Shrimp egg rolls - best I've ever tasted, anywhere. Steamed dumplings - very good, but the wrapping was a bit thick and the sauce was a bit scanty. Their shakes are very good, and they use real bananas for the banana shake, unlike most of their fast food competitors. I tried it with coffee this time, but it seemed to come with extra sugar, so I probably won't do that again. But I will get a Banana shake again.”

“This evening July 28th 2025 my wife and I ordered from here for the first time after our daughter was treated here. We ordered off of the website and it was delivered by DoorDash. The food was great. It was easy to order from the website and it gave you a lot of great options to order from.

I did have one issue. I called the restaurant at 930pm to speak with a manager. The young lady who picked up wasn’t too polite at all. When I asked to speak with a manager she got irritated. I knew she was irritated because she gave bullshit responses about getting in touch with the manager. All I wanted to do was give the manager a WELL DESERVED compliment on the food, and the time it took to prepare and have it ready for the Dasher. Instead she was unprofessional.

It will not stop me from ordering from here again I’ll just continue to order off of the website. GREAT JOB to the cooks and to management.”
