The custard shop has a variety of sorbets, three different custard a day, bakery items, and a fabulous sparkly wand for the dairy godmother in all of us. You can enjoy your ice cream in the shop, out on the benches, walking the Mount Vernon Ave. strip or across the street where you can look at the different dog murals.“

I don't like flavored ice cream that much so I usually get plain (not vanilla!) when I get ice cream, but you shouldn't do that at this place. The flavors actually add to the ice cream instead of take away from it. The texture is good too, but that's true of a lot of places.
