“Okayyy, so we finally went to try Unidos Café at Union Market and honestly… we loved it.
The atmosphere was so good it has that perfect vibe where you can go get some work done, relax for a bit, and enjoy a really good coffee. But what we also loved is that it’s not just coffee. They have amazing food bites, cocktails, and everything we tried was SO good.
It’s literally the perfect mix of cozy café + fun spot to have a chill hang out. Definitely one of those places we know we’ll keep coming back to.“

“Food was yummy (breakfast pita) and their chocolate cruffin was even better! My latte was more milk than espresso shots. The service was great and everyone was kind! They did forget one of our food items so I had to ask, but they solved it right away and the worker in charge of calling food helped us find a spot to sit. That being said, the atmosphere is kind of hectic, it was SUPER busy, which this place is popular so it makes sense. Seating is super limited and it seems like they have more people going for food than to sip on a coffee and work so there were a handful of people sitting with laptops at huge tables working while tons of people ordering food didn't have a place. Feels like they need to just kind of lean into what they want to be and have a order first system then get seating. Other than that, inside is a vibe and very aesthetic!“

“Great food and drinks! Lovely atmosphere! My favorite are the Belarusian and Ukrainian dishes like borscht and bliny. Also, love the light desserts.“

“Decent sandwich and lunch place. Was pretty busy when we stopped in and there wasn’t a ton of help behind the counter. Felt bad for the folks that had been waiting some time while food delivery orders were prioritized.
That said, the food I got was pretty great. The salad was a little too oily but it was priced pretty fairly for the amount of salad I got.
Overall a decent place. Would stop by if I was looking for a safe lunch option.“

“Good shop, good pie. Placed an order for their lemon meringue pie, all went well and as planned. My only complaint was that it wasn’t real lemon meringue pie, it was key lime pie with meringue and lemon instead of lime. Different recipe. It was still tasty, but it wasn’t the real thing.“

“OMG! My favorite place for juice, smoothies, avocado toast and acai bowls now has SOUP! Just had their potato squash soup, and it was better than my homemade soup (which is also delicious). Will be visiting often this winter for soup, cappuccino and "stay away cold and flu" juices. Sooo happy to have healthy options close-by!“

“I was looking for a spot to chill, enjoy coffee, and get some work done on my laptop. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this place. The walnut, chocolate chip cookie was fire 🔥🍪, the orange blossom latte was on point, and the music selection fit the vibe perfectly. Dennis kindly welcomed me from behind the counter as a first time visitor/guest and made me feel welcomed & shared great recommendations.“

“Quick, pleasant, and otherwise attentive, staff members at Colada Shop on The Wharf are consummate professionals. Even when I haven’t yet ordered, and am in line, staff prepares my order [they know my preferences] and swiftly checks me out. Coffee and food are delicious. Wonderful.“

“I enjoyed this place. A-. The food was good, although ordering was a little confusing. I had a Jerusalem bagel which I've never had before, but enjoyed it very much. It's a busy place so be prepared to have to figure out how to do the ordering and then getting a seat. If I lived locally I would eat at this place a lot.“

“Cute spot, good oatmilk cappacino, and fast food made on order. They have a lot of bread options and turkey bacon or sausage as we as the regular ones. Limited seating in winter but enough and looks like a fun patio for warmer weather. It's in a a neighborhood and good for people watching and just being a part of daily routine of DC.“

“My new favorite coffee shop! I ordered a latte and breakfast sandwich online, but forgot to order decaf, so I called the number on the Toast account, and it was the owner's personal cell (whoops!). He said he would relay the message to the cafe, and he did! The latte is great and the breakfast sandwich was also pretty good. The atmosphere is just ok, not sure I would choose to eat in. But overall happy. Special thanks to barista Diego!“

“I got myself the corned beef sandwich and it was good it was piping hot and I only disappointment is it was so chopped up that is you're eating it's all just falling out of the sandwich like a sloppy joe and guess I would have preferred it to have not been chopped up and kind of been more of like a warmer like sliced corned beef to make it a little bit more manageable to eat. But it was good The prices seem reasonable I mean it's a place you go to to get your lunch they try to get to you as quick as you can based upon volume, comparatively I'd rather go to a McAlister's Dell and I enjoy that more but it's close to the work and get in and out relatively quick if you get in early and they have a relatively good selection.“

“Truly regret not finding this warm and cozy restaurant earlier. Everything was so amazing. The music, the server, and more importantly the food. My party got breakfast and lunch and everything was made to perfection. Honestly the best food I had in DC thus far.“

“This place is absolutely amazing! We have tried it several times while in DC for our short trip! The last time we ordered shakshuka one standard and other with mushrooms- it’s tasted and looks great! Definitely will be back next time in the town! Thank 👍“
“This location is very nice. Especially the outdoor seating facing the street. The staff here is excellent, nice and helpful. My chai was pretty good and it's cool that they have a few drinks on draft. I haven't seen that in many coffee shops definitely a neat feature. I didn't try any food so my review is only regarding service and drinks.“

“Went there for the first time and was very surprised. The sourdough cream cheese donut was excellent. The matcha latte was great too, very good latte art. Not the greatest fan of the cherry cake donut.
We came back a second time the next day and tried their coffee, whilst it doesnt taste as good as Australian coffee, its definitely one of the better ones in the USA that we’ve had. We tried the mocha donut and it was fairly good, lil on the sweet side. But the sourdough donut was excellent again, highly recommend. Overall great place to chill, study, have good donuts and decent coffee.“

“We stopped by this place after visiting the Bible Museum. The salad bar and hot bar foods were fresh and nicely displayed, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We had the bibimbap and pho from the deli bar — both were amazing and so comforting for the cold DC weather. Highly recommend this place!“

“A great breakfast and lunch spot in SW. Food is very good and on the larger portion size. Reasonably priced with a large selection, suitable for anyone's taste. Extremely quick service, small seating area - perfect for: order, grab, and go.
I live in the area and this is a good spot to go when I am hungry and not sure what I want to eat.“

“The overall experience was amazing, the food was great, and the service was perfect. The only item that I would offer a recommendation on is the kids' menu. It offered only 2 items, leaving most kids without something simple like eggs. The menu offered bacon or French toast, but no eggs, which seemed really interesting. Overall, my food and drinks were great. We would most likely go again in the near future.“

“Teaism Dupont Circle Washington, DC I am not a great cook and I get too tired of eating the same old thing day in and day out so I decided to try something new after leaving my acupuncture session today. Well, needless to say the creamy curry spinach with cheese cubes and brown rice made my day.“

“This has been my go to place for lunch when in DC. I love the sampler platter with food representing the cuisine of the different native cultures in various geographic areas of the continent. They reflect how the peoples incorporated the available fish and animals and the types of grain and vegetation into their meals. Not inexpensive but a cultural as well as a gustatory experience.“

“Stopped in for dessert after a night reception at Robinhood headquarters. This place was a gem of a find! I can't review the savory foods and the drinks, however, the desserts were to die for! Not only was it affordable, but you could tell they baked with love and real ingredients. It was only .90 cents for their nutella cookies and pistachio cranberry cookies. I would share what I ordered, but it was devoured in 0.2 seconds after purchase. My order: nutella cookies, pistachio cranberry cookies, and chocolate sandwhich cookies. Beautiful space and plenty of room inside and outside. Great atmosphere, service, super affordable, and family friendly.“

“I love the food at EllaRay’s Cafe. I go there every week. I usually call my order in and pick it up in 15 or 20 minutes. I prefer the vegetable platter and an extra side of beans. The portions are enough for two meals for me. I love breakfast there also. Glad I discovered them.“

“It’s an affordable breakfast sandwich and lunch spot offering a wide range of hot or cold deli sandwiches, smoothies, coffee and soft drinks. The service is fast and friendly, run by the owners, and it’s very clean. They use high quality ingredients and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. If you’re looking for gourmet food look elsewhere. But if you a fast, healthy, quality lunch or breakfast sandwich, this is five stars.“
“Take my advice and try EVERYTHING on the menu. My highlights: the bulgogi and bibimbap, shrimp basket, chicken fingers, chipotle wrap, woodstock dream, anything off their breakfast menu, caesar salad from the food bar and don't forget they have happy hour during the week (2-3pm) for specialty coffees!! All the ingredients are fresh and delicious, great environment for big groups, outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the Potomac, and very friendly staff. It's always poppin' around noon FYI.“
“What is it about these Atrium Cafe line cooks where they just absolutely murder (in the best way possible) the bacon, egg, and cheese on toast? It never fails. The egg: perfectly folded. The cheese: melty AF. The bacon: 8 miles high of crisp. These are the heroes I need at 8am.“
