“I come to this subway a lot, and NEVER had issues. But today, I asked for THE SAME THING and, both of the ladies here gave me and my mom and attitude, they cut the bread wrong that it was FALLING APART! When we asked to speak to the manager both ladies refuse to call him/her, and when ask what their names was, they also refuse to give their names, they just kept on giving us attitude. We had to leave and buy at a different restaurant; is absolutely disappointing that, they threat returning customers like this.“

“Whole wheat bun is great. Veggie sub is packed with cheese and the toppings are great. If you're sensitive about cheese sharing space with meat in the slicer, honestly just ask them to wipe down the slicer before cutting your cheese. They offered the first time we were there and we have asked them a dozen times since and they are always cool about it. Top notch place. We're big fans.“

Note: this is not a full-service restaurant where you sit down and you are served, this is a counter where you order what you want and then you can sit down and eat there or you can take it to go. Located on the side of an office building. Great spot for quick in and out.“

“Really good food! I just moved to the area and I was looking for some good local food spots to check out, came across Wow Deli and decided to give them a shot. I came in and ordered the Washington Cheesesteak and man was it good! Plenty more of meat and veggies, large portion of fries, and not overly priced! I will definitely be back soon!“

“We went here for the first time today (Sunday Feb 9), trying to harness some good juju for an Eagles victory in the Superbowl. I had the Old School, my wife and daughter had wings, and my son had boneless wings. My daughter had the watermelon strawberry lemonade which was very good and both the kids had an ice cream cone. I have to say the cheesesteak was one of the best I have had in the area. Bread was soft and the meat was tender. The Old School has wiz for the cheese. The ladies said the wings were good as well, but I didn't try them. I certainly will go come here again. Parking was easy and the place seems pretty new. There were spaces to sit if you were to dine in as well. Keep up the good work!“

“Excellent Subs! online website for pickup or delivery has been improved so you can select delivery online without any problems. This was partially due to the website connection to Doordash at the same time, even if you do not select them and are doing a delivery, not pickup. The employees at the store never see the directions. That goes to Doordash's website and must be sent over to another delivery company but on the website it is clear that Jersey Mike's prefers Doordash as they actually have it highlighted in blue and call it Jersey Mike's Preferred way to have delivery.
I just had a conversation with someone who was very nice at the Rockville Store. But just about confusion over the vinegar and olive oil which I explain if you keep reading. The confusion about the oil and vinegar if you want to keep an extra sub in the fridge and don't want the bread like it was dipped in water the next day. I was told what I thought was two different stories and the nice man just explained the confusion to me. I was told olive oil and then the vinegar are already together, which contradicts the check boxes on the website. The website is correct. What they do if you want them on the side is: they have already made on the side cups for both oil and the vinegar, both but in separate cups. They will only give you one or the other if you add a note to the "Customization" button. They will always give both to customers together otherwise, which explains the confusion and makes perfect sense to me. If they start taking from the premade pairs then they will end up with having just one or the other so they leave the pairs alone to go out together. What you don't know when ordering online is that they always sent out both unless you say literally "Oil on the side" under the "Customization" part of the order process, for example. Then they will go get an empty cup and pour you a side cup of oil directly from the olive oil bottle, same for just the vinegar. That is why managers told me they were both together at first which is really confusing when the website shows them separate.“

“I ordered online and thought I had placed my order for pick up at this restaurant but accidentally placed it for pick up at another location. The staff at this location were super accommodating and friendly - immediately offered to make the food I had ordered and cancel the pick up at the other restaurant. Great customer service! “Placed a catering order and figured it would be delivered by Doordash. Unfortunately Doordash ia terrible at delivering catering. It charged me $20 for delivery and then the driver forgot to pickup the order and only brought the condiment!
The store manager drove to my home to deliver the order! I am very impressed by their dedication, still very upset that doordash can not offer a reliable service and offer no support whatsoever for catering order they manage for stores.“

“Some of the patrons who come here are rude but the staff are fairly kind and respectful towards its customers, I've never had an issue with the food . It's always still warm when delivered and sanitary conditions in the store are up to par. Usually busy so dont be in a rush just go to McDonald's instead.“

“Went in after work on a monday, and the place was remarkably clean, the staff were quick, kind and very attentive. I ordered a #2 and they double checked with me about what was on it, and asked if there was anything I wanted to add to it. I waited maybe 5 minutes behind 3 people, and the whole sandwich and checkout process was maybe 3 minutes. The sub was tasty, and I left feeling really satisfied with the whole thing. Compared to a lot of subways I've been to, this one definitely stood out to me.“

Jimmy John's. Prices cheaper than Frederick & John Showman, made me the best sub I had in years.

“The reviews recently had me worried, but since I remember this place fondly back from when it first opened in Bethesda, I gave it a try upon my return.

The sandwiches are expensive, but high quality. Yes the staff mostly ignore you unless you indicate that you want their attention, b/c there are kiosks for you to order at. They do seem to be quick to make the order, and show attention to cleanliness.

The amount of food for the price seems entirely standard - the attached pictures are of a whole Surfside but this is only half of the Broad Street (after I ate the other half:-).

Parking: standard for Bethesda - this is meant for walkability not parking

Wheelchair accessibility: there is a gentle ramp incline at the door and everything else is level“

This time I put the wrong address in… somehow added the Subway store address as the delivery address instead of my home. The dasher promptly contacted me and graciously remedied the issue. “This is an excellent subway shop, everything is clean and looking fresh ( literally, the veggies looked fresh). Everything was great, with my only critique being the sub could have been loaded up a bit more with veggies and meat… a little too much bread : meat and veggie ratio. “It's a Subway, so no atmosphere, no decor, but the place was super clean -- possibly close to closing time at 4:40p on a Tuesday. Easy parking in this large strip mall parking lot. I purchased two foot-long chicken and onion teriyaki sub combo meals, which included a small soft drink and choice of chips or a cookie for each meal. No other patrons in the store at the time, so very quiet, and the gal who helped was quick and pleasant... particularly when my newly-downloaded Subway App had to be re-downloaded to get it to work. But, as this was my very first time scanning from the Subway App, when I was told by the employee the scanner was ready I apparently held my phone too close to the scanner face because it didn't scan until I pulled my phone away in frustration...then, it beeped as scanned. But the store employee watched me as I kept trying to scan with my phone right up against the scanner and I even said it's not working but she didn't suggest that I was holding my phone too close. Also, when I asked to instead provide my phone number to get points -- because when I initially signed up for the rewards program, it stated that my phone number would suffice for in-store points accrual -- the employee indicated that wasn't doable. As the only staff member at the counter, she didn't seem like a new employee -- she certainly knew how to make the subs and ring up the combo purchases -- so, it could be that some additional scanner and rewards program training/information is needed. However, to rectify the scanning problem, she might have consulted with the other employee in the back, who passed through the front for a second when I first arrived at the counter, especially since they weren't busy. And, to add to the experience, both heavy foot-longs were placed in the same bag, which handles broke off and the thin paper bag crashed onto the rain-soaked ground spilling out the chips just as I reached my car -- those flimsy paper carry bags aren't strong enough to hold two foot-long subs, which should have been placed in separate bags. Anyway, though a few frustrations, when I finally got home, I thoroughly enjoyed my sub.“

The Subway near me spreads Tuna like butter even if I order double. This Subways ingredients taste fresher and they actually add double when you ask. The attention to detail when they not only put it in a proper paper delivery bag and not a thin transparent plastic one. They also doubled the bag I guess due to the weather and weight. This Place is Near a lot of restaurants In the Downtown Silver Spring Square area . Not that far from McGinty's Public House and other places . The Only place where you can find parking when coming by car is at the Wayne Avenue Garage area . then You will have to walk some to get to this place in the square . Once you enter int this place It has a Huge Dining area compared to most other potbelly's I have seen . Then On the right hand side when coming In they have a huge counter area where they have a open concept Kitchen where all the magic happens to prepare your favorite subs that you all love. I Love the Ham and Cheese Subs The Pizza Subs and More . They v=even has a rack with Potato Chips of your choosing . at the far end of the counter near the open concept Kitchen they have refrigerators full of sodas and more for drinks or they have fountain drinks too In this place . But the sodas I Like most there are the IBC Root Beers I get there once In a while . The customer service is prompt and professional and I Love The family atmosphere there too . They have live Musical Entertainment every now and then But not certain which days to entertain people there . I Look forward to one day Having a Job there as a cashier since I signed an online application 2 weeks ago now . If they have me, I will Ride for The brand .
