“Whole wheat bun is great. Veggie sub is packed with cheese and the toppings are great. If you're sensitive about cheese sharing space with meat in the slicer, honestly just ask them to wipe down the slicer before cutting your cheese. They offered the first time we were there and we have asked them a dozen times since and they are always cool about it. Top notch place. We're big fans.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite after a long morning at Butler's Orchard. Great service, sandwiches were delicious, and it was prepared quickly. There is a cute little outside seating area.

Note: this is not a full-service restaurant where you sit down and you are served, this is a counter where you order what you want and then you can sit down and eat there or you can take it to go. Located on the side of an office building. Great spot for quick in and out.“

“We went here for the first time today (Sunday Feb 9), trying to harness some good juju for an Eagles victory in the Superbowl. I had the Old School, my wife and daughter had wings, and my son had boneless wings. My daughter had the watermelon strawberry lemonade which was very good and both the kids had an ice cream cone. I have to say the cheesesteak was one of the best I have had in the area. Bread was soft and the meat was tender. The Old School has wiz for the cheese. The ladies said the wings were good as well, but I didn't try them. I certainly will go come here again. Parking was easy and the place seems pretty new. There were spaces to sit if you were to dine in as well. Keep up the good work!“

“Great subs. The veggie is generous with cheese and this time the slicer wiped down the machine before cutting my cheese and the sub maker changed his gloves, both without me asking. I thanked them both. FYI, you can ask for those touches but not having to made me feel respected in a place that mostly sells meat. Five stars earned. Don't sleep on the whole wheat sub roll here, it's delicious.“

I am concerned because the Managers I normally interact with are so happy to be at work. I had to remind him to please give me my order as all he cared about was yelling at a patron and being on his tablet.“

“It's a small deli mixed with a corner store for wine & beer. Friendly, fast service, clean dining area. Menu - mostly sandwiches & combos. Pricewise - OK for downtown Silver Spring.
Not sure if it's worth to drive to but if you're in the area - solid choice for a lunch or quick bite. YMMV.“

“I go here almost religiously for lunch everyday. The food, prepared with dedication and a smile. The service is very good. The people who work here, are amazing and actually care about clients and the service they provide, it's top tier service for fast food service. This one time they burned the bread and the service around them burning bread was impeccable, outstanding! They took the time to let me know what the bread situation was, let me look at the bread, feel the bread and decide if I wanted the use the burnt bread or if I wanted a wrap to substitute for something that was a mistake on their part. Above and beyond customer service. Every where there's customer service should be like this!

“I cannot tell how happy I was to suddenly discover this gem. Run by a Mother/daughter team with 1 helper , they have the best chicken salad and barbeque sandwiches. They are always extremely nice and ready to serve. Please do try if you are in the area. I do not eat beef or pork so cannot tell you about the other sandwiches.“

It's always still warm when delivered and sanitary conditions in the store are up to par. Usually busy so dont be in a rush just go to McDonald's instead.“

“Recently discovered Jetties and it’s now a regular lunch spot for me. Despite the wait, the soups & sandwiches are great! The turkey looks “real” and not processed. The sandwich combinations offer a break from tradition and provide delicious choice of variations. The clam chowder is really good and could be a standalone meal. I highly recommend!“

“I came here for lunch and was pleased overall with what I got. The restaurant appeared to be clean. The line moved slowly and was a little confusing because, I think, some people required their sandwiches to be made on a flat top grill. The person that helped me was friendly and got my sandwich prepared the way I wanted. The price, overall, was a little higher than I thought it was 'worth' but the food was really good. If I were hungry for a good, local hoagie I would definitely return.“

This time I put the wrong address in… somehow added the Subway store address as the delivery address instead of my home. The dasher promptly contacted me and graciously remedied the issue. “I'm rewriting this cause I read that restaurants can't see Uber Eats reviews. I'm grateful that Uber allows me to pick a different Subway other than the one closest to me. The Subway near me spreads Tuna like butter even if I order double. This Subways ingredients taste fresher and they actually add double when you ask. The attention to detail when they not only put it in a proper paper delivery bag and not a thin transparent plastic one. They also doubled the bag I guess due to the weather and weight.
