“The food here is AMAZING. I'm actually glad this place is far from me and on the expensive side because if it was closer and cheaper I'd be eating here constantly. My table got the waygu egg rolls, Mac and cheese, broccolini, Hawaiian steak, jerk crab cakes, and the jerk lollipop chicken. All of it was on point. Drinks are pretty expensive for what you get. That was probably the only disappointment. Music is a little loud for my liking but it is a minor nit in an absolutely amazing experience.“

We were very pleased to have chosen the Ottoman taverna. The food was phenomenal. The service was impeccable and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a dining experience in Washington, DC. While it is certainly not cheap, it is not terribly expensive either. The food was unbelievably delicious. Oddly, our Lyft driver who delivered us to the door happened to be Turkish and was telling us how great the place was as we arrived.“

“This was my first time visiting Kenny’s Kale and it was just okay to me. I had the UnCraba Kale with the Thee VanKale flavor. The crab meat was backfin meat not lump. It was too much kale in comparison to the amount of crab meat that was on the salad.For the cost it should have definitely been more. I was able to take a third of the kale and place it in the oven to make kale chips which came out great! As I reached near the bottom of the bowl it was a lot of oil and seasoning. Now the crab meat was full of flavor!The service was on point as soon as the young lady finished up the order on the phone, she greeted me, asked if this was my first visit and explained the menu. The space is cozy and inviting, but small. They do have a bar for you to grab a spirit while you wait for your order.I probably would not return on my own, but would definitely take the offer should someone be ordering from here and ask if I would like anything.“
“Went here with a friend on a Thursday. We made reservations online which I recommend because it can get crowded around dinner time. Then started bread was good. I got this gnocchi truffle pasta and my friend got bolognese. She really liked hers! I did enjoy mine but it felt like it was missing just a little extra flavor. It was still a good experienc. We really weren't going there because the food is top tier, we went because it has a great family atmosphere which ends up making the food taste. Little better. The service was superb for our party of 25 and I would definitely come back just for that. Even when we were leaving the manager (or who I thought) was the manager greeted us all goodbye and made sure our service was good during ordering. Just an added touch of care. From the exceptional counter service comparable to any restaurant, to the fresh delicious food, variety of offerings, and even packaged market selections like chocolate covered nuts and raisins, to some of the best cookies I've ever had. We had a wide variety of foods from burgers to coconut rice to deli salads and wraps to desserts. The guys working the grill are so nice and helpful and totally work with you giving you what you want. At 12$ for a burger and 3$ pastries and the BEST iced tea selection with guava I've ever had!!! The service is very good, friendly and efficient, so even if you see many people in the store, you won't wait much. For a wrap, I could choose a wrap type so I had green spinach rather than regular wheat or other types. The ingredients were super fresh, and the portion was also great. Way way way better than going to Subway, which doesn't have fresh ingredients or offer this price. There are a range of sub menus so I would try another one again. There are two tables inside and many outdoor seatings outside.“
