“I love this Subway, the people working there are really nice and professional. They always get my orders right and they make their subs perfectly. I’ve read some recent reviews saying ridiculous things like, “the lady didn’t put enough tuna on the scoop, so I had to question it”, like really? Really? That’s what you complain about ?? I’ve been to bad subways before and this isn’t one of them.“

I always order the #8 (Cooked Ham & Turkey w/ provolone cheese) everything with extra hot peppers (which aren’t hot at all more pickled), and oil and vinegar.

“A concept created during the pandemic, I’m so glad it’s back inside Shilling Canning Company. Available inside and to go, there are six sandwiches on the menu and a weekend breakfast burrito. Every part of the sandwich is created in house except for raising the animals for the meat.Trying every sandwich at their launch party, every single one was delicious, especially with the housemade buns. However, my favorite was the “Chivito” with beef, ham, bacon, egg, and more. The “Ampburger” tastes like a gourmet Big Mac and it’s everything.Their wedge fries are crispy and nice. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are chocolate heavy and always warm. So good!They also sell Mexican Coca-Cola and Sprite in glass bottles.Service is always excellent and street or a paid parking lot are nearby.“

“Not sure what happened to the service recently when looking at the latest comments?! We went there 3x in August on our holidays when staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel next door. Food and drink was good and we had no significant delays or mix up of orders. The place is not cheap, that's true - but I think it is good and much better than overprized continental breakfast in a hotel.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by this subway. The shopping center it sits in doesn't look nice, but when you step inside this subway, it is very clean, neat, and smells delicious. It actually made me want to sit in there to eat. I ordered online and the guy who made my sandwiches was like a pro, it was done neatly, correctly, and wrapped perfectly at the end like it was fit for a commercial. Will definitely come back. The employee(but I assume she's the manager because of the humility she displayed & they we're wearing the same uniform) listened my concern to what occurred after I left the establishment from recieving my order. A little rush came in (maybe 6 or 7 hungry customers came in as I was about to get the replace cup to pr my soup in. I humbled myself and waited patiently as the other patrons placed they're order. The young lady employee(she was older than I was but showing respect and gratitude because a man never ask a ladies age) called me to the register and gave me a new soup. I only went back into the establishment to swap soup cups but because of my patience I was rewarded with a new soup and was also warned to be careful this time. Moral of the story is patience brings greater rewards. FYI The Service was excellent which put a smile on my face. You never know who'll brighten your day.“

Not sure if we ventured into Potbelly because we wanted a sub or if it was just the closest place to us when she had to pee lol. She ordered a meatball sub and I got the new farmhouse sub. The establishment was very clean and pleasing. Workers were very friendly. The table booths there reminded us of a vintage cruise ship feeling. Even though neither of us I have been on a vintage cruise ship. Both subs were delicious but I believe my farmhouse was better than her meatball sub. I gave her a bite of my sub and we found ourselves going back as we left for the day, buying another one to take home. Would definitely go back“

I gave a 2 for atmosphere because I had to go to the restroom and they had that section of the restaurant closed off to the public.

This restaurant is located near Catholic University and the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. I had a veggie sandwich and my wife had a turkey sandwich.
