“First time visiting. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken, Combination Lo Mein, and California Sushi Rolls (8 pieces). The total came to $33.

TIP: any oder of $30 comes with one complimentary can soda.

Any order over $35 comes with a complimentary regular (no veggies, no chicken, etc.) Lo Mein.

The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced for the quality of the product. We will be visiting again!“

“I go here often and order delivery. Food is great! Very fresh! Could use a renovation inside a little more fancier with fish tanks inside to look at while you eat. Nice atmosphere music playing. Nice after eating, to bring a scoop of orange sherbet with fortune cookie on top and a hot wash cloth to clean hands. I’ve been to one in Odenton that does it. It’s very nice inside.“

It’s just what H st needs, a classic Japanese restaurant with delicious food, cozy environment and kind and friendly staff. I got the salmon bento box, something I usually don’t go for but WOW am I glad I did! Everything was cooked/ prepared perfectly! It's a hidden gem, the quality and taste of their food is worth more than the price they charge so when I don't feel like cooking or I'm just too tired, I know I can go there and get couple of days worth of food for a great price.“

“This place is kind of difficult to find as it is in the 3rd level on Union Station. I dined here at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and the place was empty. I had the curry laksa noodle which I had never tried before. I'm not sure if this is how they serve it normally but it had two different kinds of noodles. The soup was a bit salty to my taste but it was filling and overall quite good. I would definitely go again if I have to wait before a train.“

“Red Maple is a must-visit Chinese restaurant in Silver Spring, MD—I had an outstanding meal there. The Mongolian beef was rich, savory, and cooked just right with bold, well-balanced flavor. The egg roll was crisp and fresh, and the pork dumplings were tender with a great filling. The chicken satay stood out with its rich, well-seasoned taste, and the fried rice tied everything together perfectly.

Service was just as impressive. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-kept inside. The food delivery was fast, which made the whole experience even better.

Easily a 5-star meal. I’ll definitely be back.

“Quick service, yummy, one roll was plenty for me! They even brought it over to my table! I got the orange dragon roll, which perfectly combined shrimp tempura, tuna and salmon with spicy mayo! Those are my fave rolls! The place is near the ice rink and not a ton of seating. But overall, I would eat here again!

Edit: I walked around, got hungry and came back for a second roll!“

“I went at noon and it was not crowded at all, and it was quiet, a big bonus for me these days. No loud music and people shouting in order to converse over it. The food was very good, very fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant for Asian fusion cuisine and sushi.“

“The best Chinese food in Maryland. Their chicken corn soup is amazing with some of their chili vinegar on the tables, don’t miss out on the soup as a starter. You could literally pick any random item and get it with your choice of fried rice variant as a side and you’d be happy no matter what.“

I’ve been living in this area of the dmv now for about almost 5 years now .. but long story short the vibe in this place is dope .. the customer service is great as well .. after I read some reviews I decided to try to combo Baltimore style yakmein .. and imma be honest I DO NOT understand the hype .. I don’t know if what I received is how it’s supposed to taste but it was OKAY .. I believe ordering it spicy probably would fill in for what it’s missing taste wise .. but overall that meal was cooked well .. I’m eager to the their Baltimore style yakmein options that do not have noddles .. I think the sauce and your choice of protein over rice is probably the better option for that type of cooking and flavoring .. I also ordered a steak and cheese egg roll .. I feel the egg roll was cooked too hard and lacked cheese within it .. it was kinda dry ., overall it wasn’t too bad .. and then lastly I ordered a shrimp fried rice lunch special .. to be honest I’ve had way better fried rice from other places but the way they make it here is okay .. not bad but will get you through a long day of starving if you’re down bad and can’t find another spot to get you out the way .. overall I do not think this places makes bad food even though my first experience wasn’t how I anticipated .. but I’m willing to give them more chances by experimenting with some of their menu items that are sort of unorthodox and unusual to be on at a Chinese carryout .. overall I wasn’t too pleased with my meal but it was okay .. I feel like place has some hidden gems an I cannot wait to figure out what other menu items are great ! It’s like I can tell this place has more to offer but I don’t know what to get yet ! My whole point about this review is please do not believe the hype .. everything is not what it seems with reviews .. if you want a real answer sometimes you have to take the risk and figure it out for yourself !“

“Absolutely delicious food! I first came here six years ago for my husband’s birthday after hearing about the restaurant from a foodie. It’s an unpretentious spot with incredibly good food. We ordered 10+ different dishes that first time and loved everything, especially the dan dan noodles and the pork bun. Nothing can ever compare to their Dan Dan noodles no matter how many times we order them from different restaurants!

We moved far away after a few years, but when we came back to visit friends this month, this was the first restaurant we wanted to return to. The food was just as delicious as it was six years ago. Highly recommend!“

“I had a craving for sushi and checked uber eats and they had a buy one get one free deal on a few items! We took advantage of the bogo deal and chose the sashimi appetizer (salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) and the spicy salmon roll. All of the fish were so fresh and tasty. We also grabbed an avocado salad which comes with ginger dressing. In my opinion, the dressing is a bit on the sweeter side and would have preferred less so. Definitely a winner in my book for quick service that’s dependable regarding freshness and taste!“

“I regularly order sushi from this restaurant and usually go for either the Shrimp Tempura Roll or the Salmon Tempura Roll with added cream cheese inside the roll. However, today was a disappointing experience. I ordered two lunch specials (which should include a total of four rolls) through Uber Eats, requesting the Salmon Tempura Roll with cream cheese inside the roll.

Unfortunately, I only received one lunch special (just two rolls), which I reported through the Uber Eats app for a refund. On top of that, instead of adding the cream cheese inside the roll as requested, it was just placed on top—which really affects the flavor and overall experience. Anyone who enjoys sushi knows that how the roll is made impacts the taste.

While I’m disappointed with this order, I still enjoy their food and hope this was just a one-off mistake.“
