“We were just in Dublin this past May and sampled many a pint, so wanted to check out the brewery here in the Baltimore area. We tried some new stuff and had a great afternoon just tasting some brews and getting a bite to eat. We will be back to do the tour!!!“

Because it was a very special dinner, we decided to try something different. So my wife ordered the Lobster Malabar and I ordered the Grilled Halibut. Kai has brought an exceptionally superior Vegan cuisine to our area and even with the Baltimore metro area’s rise in Vegan restaurants Dodah’s Kitchen is clearly one of the best, and absolutely should be the restaurant on everyone’s “bucket” list. Meet Kai, talk with her and one will soon realize that Dodah’s is a literal extension, an aspect of her being. She is meticulous and one of the best definitions: (taking, showing, or involving great care and effort) Synonyms for meticulous: careful, conscientious, fussy, loving, painstaking, scrupulous, and to me, this reminds me of Mama in the kitchen !! and with that, we don’t even have to talk about the food.“

We got tequenos, cauliflower, and hamachi. That was the best hamachi I ever had. It was sweet, tart, and salty. The yellow tail melted in my mouth. The Arroz con Chipi-Chipi reminded me of Paella. The Bienmasabe desert was tasty. It was sponge cake, coconut ice cream and chewy jellies for texture. The punch like a lady cocktail was refreshing not too sweet. Something about having it on the rocks took it over.
