I called in and spoke with Lucky and the manager Olman. They both were extremely professional, pleasant, and assured me that the order would be filled correctly. They walked me through the process of changing the order and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was correct and my questions were answered. From start to finish the experience was 10 out of 10 - from ordering online, to making order modifications, to picking up the order (shout out to Alec for helping take orders to the car) - I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. And best of all the girls were happy with their meals! I can’t say enough how fantastic this experience was and how grateful I am to Olman and team for coming through for us. The shop itself was quite dull in atmosphere, and while I don’t expect every staff member to act like they work for disney, I did feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. “Best sandwich I’ve ever had. I got the turkey and Brie. You can see the cranberry sauce/relish brewing right there in a big stainless steel pot on the stove right behind the cashier. Everything was warm and melty and delicious.

“Holy Moly, what an awesome sandwich! I had the italiano, the focaccia was soft, airy and flavorful. The sandwich was a perfect balance of salt, fat, acid, heat. Salt and fat from the meat, acid from the vinaigrette and heat but not too hot from the hot pepper.

“This place... is so... GOOD. I can eat 30 pork wontons by myself. The worst thing about this place is I don't want to share with the rest of my family (it's Pentagon City prices but the only place around here that's actually worth the money).

It's a little hole in the wall with small area for seating. Also has some imported asain grocery items.“

The flavors work well together. The ribeye is tender, the bacon adds a little smokiness, and that cherry pepper mayo gives just the right amount of heat without being too spicy. It’s messy in the best way, the kind of sandwich you need both hands (and a few napkins) for.

“This place has never disappointed me over 3-4 visits at this specific location over 3 years. I’ve tried the one at I think Wheaton or something and Baltimore near Johns Hopkins and this place is always at least a 4/5 and the other locations really paled in comparison.
