“Great Food and Better Atmosphere“

“I want to give a high five to Ms. Sandy at this "Starbucks" location. Please know not all Starbucks are the same!! I have tried other locations and they never get the drink to taste just right. However Sandy never fails to exceed my expectations. Her great customer service and amazing barista skills are excellent! Sandy suggested a drink that at first I was a little hesitant, but because of her confidence and her experience, I took the plunge and now I am a fan. I ordered it at another location and Yuck...I think I will have to stick with Ms. Sandy. My only suggestion is to consistantly keep "two" employees working there to keep the line down and to help the flow! Sandy is truly has a great Starbuck Brand!!!!“

Baristas go above and beyond to provide service. Always welcomed with big smiles and friendly conversation. If you see a long line, don’t turn around. Stick with them and you won’t be disappointed. “Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less "friendly" baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations. There is one young man in particular (do not know his name but he is brown skinned with reddish hair) who is exceptional and should be a manger (at the very least. I honestly believe corporate should hire him to train employees on exceptional customer service) . There is a Starbucks in my local Safeway 2 minutes from my house and I will drive the 10 minutes up 301 simply for the the service.“

“The staff here will brighten your day, very cheerful bunch that takes care of you! You already know about the coffee, which is wonderful but they also have great food too, that they get out fast! Nice morning breakfast sandwiches hit the spot, along with fresh fruit bowls too!“

“Did a mobile ordertoday.My husband picked it up, but they did not give him the 2 pastries ordered just the 2 drinks. I have been calling in reference to this since 2pm. Called 7 times and no answer. I often have issues like this at this location only.“
