“Great Food and Better Atmosphere“

“I want to give a high five to Ms. Sandy at this "Starbucks" location. Please know not all Starbucks are the same!! I have tried other locations and they never get the drink to taste just right. However Sandy never fails to exceed my expectations. Her great customer service and amazing barista skills are excellent! Sandy suggested a drink that at first I was a little hesitant, but because of her confidence and her experience, I took the plunge and now I am a fan. I ordered it at another location and Yuck...I think I will have to stick with Ms. Sandy. My only suggestion is to consistantly keep "two" employees working there to keep the line down and to help the flow! Sandy is truly has a great Starbuck Brand!!!!“

“As most Starbucks' are, they have a decent atmosphere, decent product, but the thing that sets Starbucks apart from the competition, is their people.

I had the pleasure to work with a person by the name of Sophie, it was a quick interaction, but a pleasant one. She not only gave me a great suggestion on PSL and a Blueberry Muffin (Yes I am basic, so sue me! lol). But the part that was very kind was that she went out of her way to bring me the muffin when it was done. It was a simple act, but with the week I have had with my phone needing to be fixed(why I am in the area), car repairs and everything else that comes with life, that simple act was very much needed.

So thank you Sophie, sincerely.

And for anyone else reading this, do yourself a favor and get to this Starbucks, whether needing to study, work or just relax, this is the place to be. I will see you there!“

“Clean bathroom. Clean eating areas. Staff at the register seems to prefer that you place orders at the kiosks.Sometimes, you get your food before those who stand in the line to order. A benefit when you are in a rush.

“Very nice place to take a break on JBAB.I am not a coffee fan. I have friends and family members that are, very much, coffee fans. That means that they like Starbucks. So I have been to many Starbucks over the years. I wanted to put that in context before I said this. This is a very nice Starbucks! It is located on the north side of the parking lot from the Exchange on Joint Base Alexandria Bolling. It is a corner store and has large windows along the front of the store. The inside of the store has limited seating options. It has a tile floor and a slatted wood counter There is a single large tall table in the center and some seats along 2 walls to the left as you enter. The store was very inviting and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The counter is located straight ahead as you enter. The menu is behind the counter and they had a good selection of food and drinks that you would expect at these stores. You order at one end of the counter and pay and your drinks are delivered at the other end. I got an iced tea and was pleased with the results. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to travelers in the area both as a respite from a busy travel day or just a place to get a good relaxing drink. Enjoy!“

“2024 update: Still a 10/10. Other Dunkins in the area don't hold a candle to this place. Looking crisp since the remodeling, too! Hat's off to all the folks I always see getting my regular in the drive thru lane, y'all are fantastic.

Yeah, it's still good. I go here fairly regularly for breakfast and coffee before work, and I haven't had an order issue in a long time. Service is still punctual, employees are still efficient and kind. I've only gone inside once since the pandemic (I'm mostly a drive-thru customer), but the place was perfectly clean when I did. Still a solid go-to.

I mean, it's a Dunkin. You get what you're expecting and that's just fine by me. Coffee is solid and the options are fun and varied. My go-to breakfast is the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with a side of hash browns and whatever coffee experience I'm vibing with that day, and I think I've only ever had my order flubbed maybe once in the several years I've been going here. Drive through is fast, too--I've stopped by when the line was backed up onto the highway and still got through in record time (often under 10 minutes) compared to other drive-thrus in the area with similar backup. (Y'all over there waiting 30min in the chik fil a line for some homophobic chicken?? Can't relate.)“

“Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less "friendly" baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations. There is one young man in particular (do not know his name but he is brown skinned with reddish hair) who is exceptional and should be a manger (at the very least. I honestly believe corporate should hire him to train employees on exceptional customer service) . There is a Starbucks in my local Safeway 2 minutes from my house and I will drive the 10 minutes up 301 simply for the the service.“

“**Review for Local Starbucks:** 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I came into this Starbucks hoping to find a pick-me-up, and left realizing that while my caffeine needs were satiated, my heart still longs for a grande-sized romance! The barista managed to spell my name right on the cup (a rarity), but alas, no phone numbers were scribbled alongside it. It seems they mastered the art of brewing coffee but not the art of matchmaking. But I remain hopeful! So, to the next person who's reading this: if you're at this Starbucks and happen to spot a dashing individual sipping a caramel macchiato and looking pensively out the window, come say hi! “I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks inside Safeway recently, thanks to the fantastic customer service provided by Caroline. She was incredibly kind and super helpful at the desk, making sure my order was just right and even offering great suggestions. Caroline truly goes above and beyond for her customers, and her warm smile made my day. Plus, I couldn’t help but notice the adorable cat pins on her hat—they added such a fun and personal touch!
