“My family and I love Cape Neddick Lobster pound. We always have 3-5 children with us everytime we go, the kids love getting their kids meals in a cute boat and at the end of the meal the children can pick a prize out of their treasure chest!!! The high ceilings and large windows make for the best views with Super cozy vibes in the winter! Always super clean, staff is always so nice and very attentive! Every meal we had our food comes out perfectly with 0 complaints! Some of our favorites are the warm pretzels, the mussels, Caesar salad with steak, and my absolute favorite is the seafood pasta! 10/10 !!“

“I love Portsmouth for its shops and vibe, but honestly haven’t really loved a lot of the restaurants. Came here and I think it will be by new favorite spot. Food was really good and they have something for everyone. Some of the seating was a little awkward.“

“oh wow... what a find! We were looking for a seafood restaurant when passing thru the area and the name caught our attention. We had an amazing dinner! We both chose the seafood fettuccine, which was heavenly - incredible pasta and sauce topped with succulent seafood. Desserts were lavender creme brulee and white chocolate cake...Holy cow! Dinner and service were both top-notch.. and we can't wait to return!“

“This was our first time here in 8 years since it changed from Maxwell’s to Pepper’s. Maxwell’s was a place we visited frequently when in Ogunquit, and we even had my 50th birthday there. We were very apprehensive about going to Pepper’s, and we did not know what to expect! Wow and cool were the first 2 words I thought of when we entered! The place we came to know and love changed, but it was a great change with an awesome bar! Then, we had some drinks, an appetizer, and then our food came. All of it was great, and all the servers and bartenders are wonderful! We definitely recommend the Firecracker Shrimp and Calamari for appetizers, and the whole belly clams and teriyaki tuna for main courses! Everything was fresh and delicious! We are looking forward to our next trip to Ogunquit, and Pepper’s will definitely be on our dining list!“

“I have been eating there for years. I went the other night because I was craving scallops. I got my usual scallops and tried to substitute o-rings for fries. The girl told me it wasn't allowed. No substitutions. I was willing to pay for the upgrade. No go. I live in the area and there are a lot of other options which I'll be trying.“

“We booked the private dining area and had a great experience. Service was great and we were not rushed at all. Food and drinks were good and the overall booking process with Zoey was easy and transparent.“

“We looked at a lot of different restaurant options for dinner. I’m so glad we decided on Old Ferry Landing!!!! The food was fantastic!!! Drinks were summery and unique 🧉🍹 The lobster bisque was the best I’ve ever had!!!! And there was a great amount of lobster meat in it. I tried a bite of my boyfriend’s clam chowder as well which was also delicious but the bisque was 🤤😍 We will definitely be back!!!! Our waitress was very attentive and so sweet!!! It was so nice to dine at a place that’s been around for 50 years. I hope Old Ferry Landing is around for 50 more!!! 🦞“

“I work at the Moffatt-Ladd House across the street and have been meaning to come over and experience their menu, as we often have overlapping customers. Our host sat us right away, drinks were fabulous, and all the meals were absolutely amazing! (I had the caribbean grilled swordfish.) “Got introduced to “That Place” by Friends last night for my Birthday 🥳 We had dinner there and I am so very happy that we did…the food was excellent and of high quality! “This is our second time staying at the hotel and eating at Surf 360. I love the staff. When reading past reviews that are negative about the staff, I honestly think they might be the rude type never happy. If you see a reviewer that always complains about staff it usually has nothing to do with the restaurant. The many staff I've met are accommodating, knowledgeable about the menu, and make you feel comfortable. Last night there was a gentleman at the bar where I ordered food and drinks. He was very nice when serving others before me. When I ordered we engaged in a funny conversation and he was quick with service. Today I just went over and there were 2 ladies working. Both were so sweet and helped me immediately.
The quality of food depends of what you order. My husband said the fish tacos were some of the best! Our son loved the chicken tenders and I concur. The crab cake was the only thing that didn't taste good. Hopefully they will try new recipes in the future. Macaroni and cheese was hot and delicious. Overall I highly recommend.“

“Very belated review - I was in Maine with friends for a wedding in Oct of 2024. None of us are from coastal areas, so we were excited to try some seafood that would be fresh and this little place was one of our stops!

I don't remember what everyone else ordered, nor can I speak for them - but I got their coconut shrimp and was AMAZED! They were by far, the most delicious shrimp I have ever eaten. Cooked to perfection, breaded just right, and melted in my mouth. If you have the chance to try them - please do! I live across the country and still think about them and wish I could get more.“
