“Went to Gibbs for the first time last night for dinner. Our waitress was so friendly and accommodating, offering to bring out my son’s food first so he could eat sooner (he’s almost 3). “This place is an absolute gem tucked away in York Village. The atmosphere is cozy and casual, and the staff was very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I got the salmon bacon salad and the chicken and gravy and were blown away by both of them. The ingredients are incredible and fresh, meaning that not only does the food taste good, it makes you feel good! They also are extremely accommodating of dietary restrictions and care a lot about the health and safety of their customers! Their homemade ice cream sandwich for dessert was the cherry on top. Will absolutely be coming back and can’t recommend this place enough.“

“Not your standard " meat & potatoes" menu. Small plates, different offerings daily, and a creative delicious menu crafted with fresh, local ingredients. Open 4pm to 9pm, no reservations. I recommend you arrive in the parking lot about 3:45pm. The dining room and bar seats are full in less than 10 minutes. However, particularly on a weekday (this place is open year round) if you arrive around 5 or 5:30 to 6pm or so, you should get seated within maybe 15 minutes or less. The owners bought the next door and after a try at a coffee/bakery, which was wonderful, they've added a full bar with
an appetizer menu. You can walk right thru to The Central now. Forget what new part is called (maybe The Bar Next Door lol). All in all I'd give it 5 stars (or is it 4? Whatever the top # is).

“My wife and I went to Diverge for dinner and little bit ago. I had been looking for something out of our regular and I frequently check the reviews ahead of time. I had seen multiple posts about Diverge, so I pulled up their info, and I have to say, I also loved how the owner replied to reviews (especially the negatives). So, we decided to give it a go. I called ahead to see if reservations were required. They aren't, but they took my info, since I was already on the phone. When we arrived, it was just a short wait for the type of table we wanted (high-top vs low). It seemed pretty quiet for a Friday night. We ordered an appetizer of Pork Belly which was amazing and so tender. highly recommend. My wife got the Cod and I went with the NY strip, medium rare. My wife doesn't eat a lot at once, and after the app, she couldn't eat much of the Cod, but she loved it and was happy to finish it later at home. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and the scalloped potatoes were to die for! My wife doesn't generally enjoy potatoes, but she had a couple of bites of these. We made sure to let them know, too. The asparagus was also perfectly seasoned. I will admit, I'm a bit of a steak snob, and generally prefer my own home-cooked version. This one was well flavored and tender. It did come out a bit cooler than I'd like (might have waited a few for the piping hot potato), but when I mentioned it, they were more than accommodating. Also, there was a party of 12 whose order went in, and came out, just ahead of ours, so I'm quite certain that factored into the timing. It wasn't a big deal, and they handled it with grace. Against our norm, we decided to try the Chocolate cake with ganache and fresh strawberries for dessert. Again, my wife only had a few bites, and I'm diabetic so maybe it was silly of us to order, but it was also very tasty and quite rich. Even though we were sharing it, we brought about ½ of the cake home to finish later as well. Diverge is tucked away, behind Lexie's (one of our kids' favorite burger spots), enough so that you might not know it's there. We recommend giving Diverge a try and we'll be back! A side note dor those who like to plan ahead: like other businesses moving along the trend, their prices are cash prices and do have a small fee for cards to cover processing fees. It is plainly written on the menu, and we knew ahead of time, so there was no surprise. I'd say 4.5+ out of 5. Well done, Diverge!“

“Wonderful Easter celebration dinner. I've been to CR's before but this was my best meal there ever. I started with Green Goddess salad - all ingredients were treated so perfectly; peas, asparagus, greens. My entree was the he Scottish salmon — just great! Served with a sweet base of squash and corn. Finished with chocolate lava cake and a lovely port wine. Lava cake was light yet very chocolatey. Exceeded expectations!“

“We have been to this restaurant several times and decided to go to lunch with a friend from out of town. The restaurant has great food, the atmosphere is very inviting and the waiter was very attentive.

Parking: The parking lot is small out back but there is extra parking in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is popular but we always seem to find a place to park.
