“Went on Sunday. Was a bit nervous because of the varied reviews however, we are so glad we tried it. The iced tea was fresh and strong, my pancakes were big and fluffy loaded with blueberries. The staff was attentive but they do seem a little frazzled. The restaurant is clean and spacious and again the food was great.“

“Just had an amazing dinner at Walkers Maine in Cape Neddick! Our waitress Brook was fantastic, helping us navigate the delicious menu. We started with complimentary bread & oil, then devoured fried oysters. I enjoyed the short rib kofta with zucchini & German potato salad, while my friend savored the salmon entree. For dessert, we had to try the in-house-made sarsaparilla-glazed donuts & ice cream. Everything was top-notch!“

Within ten minutes, we had 4 different people check on how we were doing. We were in a rush to make the theater. They handled that very well too. A truly special place. “I only give five stars after the experience on Saturday. The night before I dined in, I already was having lousy service through out my stay, started with no napkin wrapped utensils (this came _after_the entree) water had to be asked explicitly after ordering a White Russian, the meal came out OK. I ordered a desert to go and walked back to my hotel to only realize i didn’t ask for them resulting me in already a difficult couple days to be worse to the point I’m breaking down in public the hysteria bounced off the buildings. By the time I turned to the alley corner by the 110, I automatically regained composure I walk back in - hostess wasn’t to be seen, but a waitress named Lydia answered me at the door remembering me from my visit almost a year ago. I explain what happened and after addressing it I told her “you made my day” she told me she’d be in all day on Saturday so I go to the bar and expierence was literally night vs day. She earned the twenty-five-pct extra on the check. Keep Lydia there at all costs she’s a special person in customer service when many places in the port city seemed to be lacking that of late.“

“I work at the Moffatt-Ladd House across the street and have been meaning to come over and experience their menu, as we often have overlapping customers. Our host sat us right away, drinks were fabulous, and all the meals were absolutely amazing! (I had the caribbean grilled swordfish.) My mom had been here with her parents in college in the early 80s and clearly Casey is carrying the mantle well. Thank you especially to our server, Rachel!“

“Excellent food and drinks! A fun spot to go for martinis. I've lived in the area for over 4 years and hadn't stepped in until last night. The pecan crusted chicken is SO TASTY. I would order that again in a heartbeat. We also had the buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken was crispy and hot and the sweet potato fries were a nice accompaniment. They also brought out rolls with strawberry butter.

I tried 2 martinis, the grapefruit cosmo and the lemon drop (but I switched the blueberry vodka to raspberry vodka). Both were really good.

The place is split into 2 sections. The right side is the bar, which was packed and we weren't able to get a spot there. The dining room area to the left is a little bit quieter.“

He followed his appetizer with a robust portion of Beets and Buratta salad that included mixed greens, spiced pecans and topped with a traditional New England Maple balsamic vinaigrette. For our entrees I chose the Stuffed Acorn Squash served with an ample portion of Almond-Cranberry rice. of note: I declined the the Curried apple chutney that was offered with this dish.) My husband swooned over his choice of an entree, the Grilled Statler Chicken Breast. He reported it being Grilled tonPerfection. It came with a Herbed veloute sauce, Sour Cream and Chive Mashed potatoes and his favorite snipped green beans. He savored every morsel. For drinks I enjoyed my traditional New England Prosecco and Cranberry Cocktail garnished with frozen Ocean Spray cranberries and a McCormick cinnamon stick while my husband sipped on his usual Aviation Cocktail. The pianist offered holiday selections very appropriate for the holiday season. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable about their menu offerings and cocktail and wine listings. They were also very friendly and engaging. Reservations are a must especially during the holidays, but also on Weekends, Friday Saturday, and Sunday all year through as it is an extremely popular restaurant destination for Maine and New Hampshire residents.“
