The biggest highlight was the duck fat poutine, and it’s totally worth adding the fried egg and the duck confit on top! The duck fat milkshakes were thick, creamy and so delicious. The ONLY reason I didn’t give the atmosphere 5 stars is because the inside has the stools fixed to the floor and you can’t move them, which makes it very hard for a larger individual to sit anywhere comfortably. Fortunately, we were able to move outside and sit where the chairs could be moved, and it was perfect!“

“Some like old antique places and find them charming. I do not. Our server was wonderful in my opinion and the food runners. All food was prepared well. My issue was amount of options and flavors. Interesting flavors did not love. Quality preparation. Very few drink options if you aren’t drinking alcohol. Their menu rotates so maybe it’s better on a different menu.“

“Loved this spot! It was magical and cozy during the Christmas season. Mikey was a fantastic bartender and gave awesome drink recommendations then ensured we were happy with what we ordered. Let me tell you, WE WERE! I had the spiked salt yard latte and it was absolutely delicious, the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. The espresso was freshly and ground and you could tell! We also split an order of fries that were super fresh, and we were obsessed with the garlic dipping sauce. I look forward to visiting again next time I’m hanging out in Portland!“

“We had our wedding at Grace, and I’m still speechless when I think about it. The venue itself is so unique and absolutely stunning — it truly speaks for itself. But what made the experience even more special was the incredible team behind it. Kate and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large wedding and made the entire day smoother and even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Every detail was handled with care, and their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed — they made us feel supported from start to finish. I honestly wish we could do it all over again. “Got super lucky and was able to get a table on walk-in! (Was 7:30pm on a Saturday). Most delicious food ever. All fresh! Farm to table! so cool you can see the chefs making it right from practically the farm and delivered right to your table! Sourdough bread was a delicious and delightful complementary course- baked right downstairs! I got the spinach & feta pie (10/10) and my mom got the braised chicken (10/10). Such good quality food. To top off the night we got a crème brûlée and scoop of malted cider ice cream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!“

“This is my favorite restaurant. My favorite meal here is the clams & linguine. I have been obsessed with clams & linguine for decades and have had it a ridiculous number of times, all over the world, including at least 20 times in Italy. And Street & Co makes it the absolute best, by far. It goes beyond my ability to articulate its amazingness but I will say it's for garlic LOVERS. Service at Street & Co is also extraordinary. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is it's open today (during the ICE shutdown) and not donating money to causes supporting immigrants! You basically get to choose one or the other to not be an awful company.. and yet here we are. So disappointed :(“

“Last month our flight to Portland was delayed a considerable amount of time due to weather issues and it looked as though we would not be able to make our 5p.m. reservation. My daughter called from the tarmac in Boston where we were rerouted and refueled and explained the situation. The hostess, Susie, was very understanding and compassionate And said that even though our table was booked for another party a 7, we should come in and she would see what she could do. We got there late but Susie greeted us warmly and told us not to worry about being rushed that she had arranged things so no one would be inconvenienced. The atmosphere was warm and cozy; the food so very delicious and our waitperson, Anika, was the best. Atmosphere, impeccable service, food and warmth all rate 5 stars and another visit next time we are in Portland.“

“One of my favorite croissants that I have eaten. Really delicious flavour and flaky exterior. The inside was chewy and things were good. The almond croissant was also amazing and different from others I have had. It was like a snail with almond paste. I enjoyed that it wasn't super sweet and heavy like the twice-baked almond croissants soaked in simple syrup that i am used to. The rustic loaf that I have been slowly working through is also amazing. When I am in Portland again I will certainly be returning to try other breads and pastry. The server was very helpful and friendly which made the whole experience pleasant. The smell of fresh bread and pastry inside the bakery is intoxicating.“

“I am blown away by the food I ate last night at the Armory! I've come here for years for the fancy cocktails and one time I had an impressive charcuterie board but never came for dinner. I saw the Maine restaurant week menu and knew I had to visit. The bartender informed my husband and I that they have a new chef from Boston and let me tell you, he knows what he is doing! I had the seafood cakes to start and my husband had the arancini. Both were on point! For my main course I had the parsnip risotto. OMG! The risotto was cooked perfectly. It was creamy with a sweet sauce, some crunch, fresh spinach, salty Parmesan, just the right balance! My husband had the pappardelle bolognese which he loved. For dessert I had the raspberry cheesecake. It was rich and smooth with the perfect amount of sauce and fresh raspberries. My husband had the flourless chocolate torte and he devoured it. Our server recommended a bottle of Malbec which was delightful. A fantastic experience!“

“Our Valentine's dinner at Union was delicious! If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Service was excellent: prompt and available when needed without being overbearing or disruptive. The atmosphere is very nice, a mix of brutalist lines and natural materials, and managed to keep volume levels low.
The food was excellent - good portion sizes that left us pleasantly full without being overstuffed and didn't feel overpriced for what we got. We chose the Prix Fixe Valentine's menu and both loved our entrées. My husband's scallops were perfectly cooked, and the delicata squash that came with my cod was some of the best I've had.
Drinks were good, with a diverse menu that had something for everyone. We both enjoyed our cocktails and they complimented the meal nicely.“

We were full with three small plates especially since the fried chicken (not what you would expect) was a substantial portion.
