This is the place you go to for great authentic Vietnamese food, and friendly customer service. Portion sizes are very generous, the staff is fun and chatty, and the establishment is clean. A new favorite for someone like me who usually travels to Dobson and Main for my Vietnamese food fix. This place is right around the corner from where I live, well priced, and great quality food. There's no reason for me not to come back! I'd recommend you try it too.
Amazing amazing! Service was great. The price for two fantastic. Pho was amazing. I would definitely return. Nice quiet place easy going staff and very friendly
Went several times so far. So course to home, I will be there more often! East valley clay pot is one of my favorites! The kids enjoyed their food as well. Great place to go!
This place has the absolute most amazing delicious food! The price is very reasonable and the staff extremely Pleasant and the restaurant is very clean. I highly recommend this place to anybody!
I had the most amazing dining experience. The food was amazing and the customer service was outstanding. Me and my husband will definitely be coming back and telling all our family and friends :-)

I've been here twice now. First time was to purchase some restaurant grade tuna since the typical grocery stores don't carry it. It was seriously some of the best yellow fin I have had in my life! Even in a restaurant!! The second time, I ordered the Hawaiian poke. Ridiculously substantial and a lot of tuna. The staff and service are always knowledgeable and friendly. It is however on the pricier side, but we are in the desert! The fact that I can get fresh, and well prepared seafood, I don't care how much. Totally worth it! I will always for back to this place.
Chula is a step above your average poke place. Every dish is well balanced. I have tried everything on the menu and a few of the specials and there is something for everyone. The Hawaiian is probably my favorite followed closely by the Tuna Confit sandwich. The Salmon Bagel is a real winner but only available on Saturdays but it is perfect. The raw scallops are incredibly good and if you are a scallop fan not to be missed. I have also purchased fish from here for use at home. The product is here the quality fresh and really turned out amazing. The staff is more than happy to provide suggestions on preparing the various fish they carry in the case. There is plenty of parking and it is fairly easy to find. This place is heads above any other "fast food" lunch option in the area.
I found this place a couple of weeks ago and have been here three times now. Holy cow the Poke bowls are awesome. The guys at the counter are polite and friendly, when I asked about a low or lower sodium dressing he gave me two choices that are not soy based and I loved them both.
The food is fantastic. Having today's special which is a lobster roll. My daughter is having the sweet and sour salmon poke. Everything is great
Fresh fish. Fresh fish. Fresh fish. The menu highlights the seafood while combining it with great fresh produce. Confit tuna sandwich, spicy tuna bowl, ponzu salad were all excellent. Always take home some smoked salmon and fresh fish for dinner.

Baby K's is a good little Cajun joint off of Dobson Rd in Mesa. Nice ambience, live music, smiling servers and very good food makes the place definitely one of the best representatives of southern food in the east valley. I tried the fried chicken special on Thursday night and it was excellent. Huge portions, moist breast meat, crispy chicken skin, lots of spices including perfect helpings of cayenne on the chicken made the dinner great. The dirty rice is a perfect side. I also tried the gumbo and jambalaya from a friend's plate and they were very tasty as well. Definitely a place to check out if you like southern comfort food.
Very friendly and energetic staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic food with spice levels for all. Best catfish I've had west of Texas. The green olive coleslaw was amazing as was the rest of the food. If you like Creole and Southern foods, I highly recommend stopping in, and letting your taste buds be blown away.
The food was amazing! And service was great too! The bread pudding was good but not incredible... But you don't go to a Cajun place for dessert.
Gumbo very good, although thinner than I grew up with. Hush puppies excellent. Service exceptional. Very good blues guitarist provided lots of ambience.
The chicken gumbo is my favorite restaurant meal in the whole city. I have been coming here for 20 years. Different location, same amazing food. Everyone loves Baby Kay's.

I have been here 10+ times and am still discovering great menu items. The reason I first went is for the hamburger, it is supposed to be one of the best in Phoenix... still haven't had it because of all the other distinctive New Mexico style dishes. Service can be slow at times but I will put up with that for the quality and taste of the food!
My wife and I absolutely love this restaurant! Fabulous food every time we go. Specials that are actually special in that they aren't just regular everyday dishes the chef wants to sell. I am guilty of finding one thing on a menu that I like and ordering it every time...AT OTHER RESTAURANTS. At Blue Adobe I am always finding something new and different and amazing!
Very fresh food and the flavors are so amazing. Had the blue seafood enchiladas. A friend's salmon was great and another ordered the meatloaf. We were impressed. Not your grandma's meatloaf! Order the guacamole. You won't be disappointed with anything here.
Great food and service! I decided to try something a little different and ordered their lobster tamale. It was amazing! Try it out I don't think you will be disappointed.
Food is amazing! Pecan-wood grilled shrimp and other grilled options are incredible. Unpretentious with an upscale culinary twist - NOT "Mexican food". The portabella mushroom enchilada with amaretto cream sauce is beyond delicious, as are many other menu options. This is the best restaurant in Mesa, and really for many more miles around. Shhhh, don't tell anybody - it is a small dining room and gets crowded at peak dining hours. Reasonable prices considering the level of delectable cuisine.

The food was amazing. They were a little busy but the staff hustled to make sure I was taken care of. Can say enough good things about the bartender Stacey. I'll recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be back!
We don't come here as often as we would like only because it is a bit out of our way. We came out tonight and was reminded of what we were missing. Exceptional food and service like before. Alli at the bar was very attentive and just plain awesome. So many other places start out good and then let their guard down resulting in poor attitude creating a uncomfortable environment. Nice to see pride in the employees at Baja Joe's. Worth the trip!
First off, its a nice place, good atmosphere and friendly service but the food is atrocious. The salsa they give you with the initial chips and salsa is extremely watered down. The rice and chicken did not taste fresh at all, rice actually tasted as if it had been frozen and de thawed. The shredded beef burrito had the same problem with the rice. Also i ordered a beer in bottle which was not really that cold and was told thats as cold as they get from the fridge, if i wanted a colder beer i would have to get it in a mug.....not really a complaint, i just thought it was kind of strange.
This place has horrible customer service I came here for the first time with a group of friends (5 adults total) and I can gaurentee we will not come back again. Two of us ordered margaritas that were horribly strong we asked if they can be remade because they were undrinkable, the response from the waitress was "I can't take them back because you already tasted them and stuff" the margarita was still full and yes we tasted them and they tasted horrible. We asked to speak to a manager and was told he was too busy to come speak to us. When we received our tickets we were charged gratuity and it was almost as much as the price of our bill. When asked why she said "you took two tables so we charged gratuity" first of all the restaurant was not busy, we could have sat in any of the booths because they were large enough, but the WAITRESS chose to seat us at a table. When asked to speak to the manager again she said he was too busy and couldn't speak to us. This place is full of crooks and judging by the replies on behalf of the restaurant to the comments left by the patrons they are unprofessional. We definitely will not come Back here.
Bartenders for Sunday afternoon are awesome. 5 starS all the way. They gave us the best experience.
