“Not really had a bad experience here, sometimes the food is a bit dry but it's not all the time. Or sometimes the burger or buns will be hard. But like i said overall good place to go considering the options around.Parking: Not a huge parking lot but it's not small either.Wheelchair accessibility: I think it is, but don't quote me I could be wrong.“
“9th McDonald's is hands down the BEST location in Kalamazoo for McDonald's period, always on a roll, great crew and lots if motivation, always have delivery orders ready and very polite, great work 9th St McDonald's always looking forward to coming through“
“It's classic fast food. The spicy chicken sandwich is better than Chik-fil-a's. And I love that they have added bagel breakfast sandwiches back on the menu. I drive there - past several other McDonald's - because they have frozen coke and the staff is awesome!“
“I had an issue with my order yesterday, but Carlos was able to exceed my expectations in helping me out. He deserves a raise or a promotion. I would drive further out of my way to go to this mcdonalds, instead of the one a few minutes from my home.“
“Best darn McDonald’s hamburger I’ve ever had. Perfect general and meat prep. The ingredient changes (McMods?) I requested were executed perfectly, too.Why can they make them like this at home? Thanks, Counter Lady. You were very pleasant and fast.“
“The service sucks and the atmosphere would be all right if the employees would get off the homeless peopleDietary restrictions: I'm a diabeticWheelchair accessibility: I need automatic doors in this McDonald's. It's hard to push a wheel chair through the doors.“
“Jessica S. (Morning Shift Manager) she is fabulous! she’s always so kind and I have a special bond with her when I have a concern she always is there to make it better. She’s genuinely kind and caring and you can tell she works hard. she really needs a raise!!!! I HOPE UPPER MANAGEMENT SEES THIS!! THUMBS “
“As long as you're not a night owl like myself it is very nice to visit, bit unfortunately if your looking for a quick in and out bite to eat late night it's a nightmare. The proximity to wmu brings in door dashers whom clog up the drive thru because there is no system in place for them to pick up from. Along with cars full of rowdy college kids and marijuana smoke lingering everywhere. I would suggest using the app and scheduling your pick up 15-20 minutes before your arrival as I've been doing and I'm generally told to pull around the line of cars to one of the numbered spots and my order is brought to me. I'm on my way home with only a 5-10 minute wait versus 30-60 minute wait without ordering ahead.Kid-friendliness: During the day there is ample seating for family's but unfortunately no play place, outdoor seating is also plentiful.Parking: More spots available than could be customers in the restaurant, always so many choices along with 3-4 handicapped parking spots directly in front of the main entrance with a low grade wheelchair incline.Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance is wide enough that accessibility shouldn't be an issue and both double doors open straight in unlike quite a few of the other locations that have a narrow 90 degree turn making it an unnecessary ordeal for handicappable individuals.“
“Always fast and always polite! Always busy but can get through during peak hours in not too long of time.Parking: Lots of parking right near the building as well as additional parking off the main lot.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids play place.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level with easy entrance.“
