Also there was another worker in the store she was just as friendly and polite. Most people complain when they get terrible service but never acknowledge great customer service. They were really patient with us and explained all of their different menu options. My husband had the lettuce wrap and I had the braised beef bowl and both things were fantastic. “I recently ordered a smaller catering lunch for my friends at a veterinarian clinic. Ordered wraps, fruit salad & cupcakes. There were a couple "special dietary requests " with the wraps & I needed to change the date. Everything was delivered absolutely PURRFECT! The cupcakes, white frosting with a black cat face outline,were so darn CUTE ! Angela was great to work with ! And by the way, their Dill Pickle Soup is really delicious“

I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “Best sub place around! I'm sensitive to both gluten and dairy, but I would not consider myself highly sensitive since I don't have issues with cross contamination. That being said I have never had a problem after eating at this Tubby's. They have gluten free sub buns! Only sub shop I know that has them. And their website has an allergen chart so it's easy to figure out what you can and can't eat. At this location they always clean the grill and change gloves since they know I'm sensitive to dairy and gluten. The food is always good and it takes a little longer than fast food but is worth the couple extra minutes. Highly recommend eating here.“

This particular location was okay, I still don't think you should have somebody in there working by themselves for x amount of hours. The poor kid just did not want to be there and it was obvious. I had a four sub order and he went through the motions of making them and just kind of, blah. The parking in back was kind of creepy! but the parking in front was under construction so; I'm guessing that's why the place was dead. and if I wasn't in a "need them" kind of situation, I probably would have walked out and found a different location. It was just dark and not inviting at all. Idk.
So with that experience; and lack of yumminess, plus ridiculous prices; I don't see myself returning. Sad, because I used to LoVe subway!“

“Normally won't call out a staff member unless they're "above & beyond" or subpar. However, the manager here needs to learn two things:1. Not to be trash talking/gossiping about fellow employees when they aren't around, even if it is work-related.2. Her voice carries really, really well (and she can be heard everywhere in the place). I was able to follow her part of every conversation the entire time I was inside. And considering how loud the music was playing, that's a considerable feat.The gentleman who took my order was a delight: we joked - I was the only customer at that moment - and generally had a good time at both the ordering station & again when I moved over to pay.Got the Chicken Cordon Bleu on multi-grain bread today. A tasty & very messy sandwich. Nearly needed a fork to get all the bits when I finished.
