“I placed a very large order every day to be picked up at a specific time the next morning for one week. We had a big event at Oakland Family Services in Pontiac (Gifts of Hope) and we needed food for our volunteers. The staff were very kind and our order was correct and on time each day!“

“Got my usual, the $5 value meal deal (which was $6 for the McDouble) and a mini McFlurry. Not a fan of the whole kiosks, but aside from that the service was good. They forgot my fry but it was also busy so I didn’t mark that against them. The food was all up to par, so no complaints there. I did wish they hadn’t got rid of the drink fountains. The interior had some good seating and I like that the dining room was broken into sections for a homey layout. I will say that it did feel very sterile and I felt like I was in an IKEA or some hip coffee place instead of a restaurant. I did like the old photos they had hanging and wished they were bigger. The music was generic copyright free stuff and was a little loud, creating an oddly calming yet slightly unsettling vibe. The TV in the dining area was off as well. I did not see the bathrooms or playplace so not much to say about that. Overall I felt like I was in some fruitier aero dreamscape born out of an IKEA. It was kind of calming and nostalgic, yet felt very corporate. A neat little place to take a break from the world, have a nice bite to eat, and be thankful for the little pleasures in life.“

“Whoever was working the 1st window at 6:45 PM on July 29th, 2025 deserves a huge raise. Awesome customer service, was able to confirm my online order while still helping another customer while remaining exceptionally friendly. Best McDonald’s in the area, would highly recommend“

“Mallory, who I believe is the manager, is THE BEST! She is always kind when I'm in there super fast with getting orders together and so patient, even when customers are horribly rude to her. She is the reason that this is my absolute favorite McDonald's. Not just for delivery orders I do, but I also drive further to this location for my personal orders. Mallory deserves praise, and a raise 😉😊“

“Randomly was looking fir a nearby coffee place, didn't realize it was at the mall, but fortunately I found decent parking, and it was pretty close to the entrance GPS led me to. SUPER friendly service, a certain intimacy despite being in a mall. My coffee drink was WONDERFUL!! That in and of itself would bring me back next time I am in the area🌞“
