“I didn't catch the name of the young man who helped me today. He was the only one working around 330. He was very helpful and extremely kind. Thank you for making this one of my favorite locations again. To the young man with colorful hair.“

“They were closing in half an hour. Their lobby was closed. I asked if it was okay for me to sit in the lobby to feed my baby and they said sure. We were able to feed our baby and enjoy our coffee inside. We were not rushed. Staff was super nice.“

“This is hands down one of the best McDonalds I've ever visited. The food was prepared so fast it was to us before we even fully say down, everything was fresh and in stark contrast with the service we very oftenly receive at most chain fast food locations it was accurate, nothing missing or misprepared. Workers were very friendly and the restaurant dining room and play place was pretty clean.“

“Mallory, who I believe is the manager, is THE BEST! She is always kind when I'm in there super fast with getting orders together and so patient, even when customers are horribly rude to her. She is the reason that this is my absolute favorite McDonald's. Not just for delivery orders I do, but I also drive further to this location for my personal orders. Mallory deserves praise, and a raise 😉😊“

“Customer came in asking for a manager, manager came and she started cussing him and the staff out. He responded very calmly and professionally asking her to stop cussing out the staff. He seemed to have every intention and desire to deescalate the situation and make everything right while still standing up for his staff. 10/10 manager, Byron. Food is as good as any Micky d’s I’ve been to (which is a lot). Service is well above average: always polite and as quick as possible. If there were ever an issue with my order I’m confident it would be addressed and quickly resolved. This place will lose a customer for the rest of time if they ever let go of that great manager (outside of him wanting to leave). Manager seriously deserves a raise for his calmness and amicability with someone swearing in his face.“

“This place is soooo cute!! I got an iced matcha latte with their maple brown sugar syrup and it was amazing! The man working was very nice and explained everything very well. If I had the time to sit down there, I would because the atmosphere was super cute. You can tell the matcha is high quality based off of the taste and the syrup paired with it made it even better. I’ll for sure be back! :)“

“Cute, comfy, and eclectic spot! The staff here are such a delight, which is definitely the highlight (aside from a vegan friendly establishment in Waterford/Clarkston). I’ve been here twice so far, and we ordered the LA Garden and Picasso, which are breakfast scrambles (tofu sub $1.50 and vegan cheese sub $1). The lattes are also nice.“
