“The food here was so good! They make the potatoes into fries in house omg. I get the chicken teriyaki wrap and you can choose to add sautéed mushrooms or onion. The place was clean (not sure about bathrooms as I didn’t go in there) and the service was pretty quick given a bunch of people came in right after us. It’s honestly my go to sub shop I wish we didn’t live so far away.“

When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.“

But, I was invited in with warmth and incredible customer service as the two gentleman were eager to serve me one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. The steamed meat; with flavor to spare to the crunchy bread on the outside to warm pillow heaven inside. And the mayonnaise they use is fantastic! This is a great location with immaculate service, clean store amazing food and hospitable staff that work hard to deliver you what you deserve- A mouthwatering sandwich made by even better people!

“I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful where and what i eat. I came in 11-26-19 and asked about their protocol and was assured they would be careful. I order my wife's regular wrap then my GF Philly Steak. I wish I knew the girls names that were there in the afternoon , but the one on the grill said it was the prettiest Philly Steak she had ever made...lol. “😍Awhile back Bob's daughter Shelly Belcher brought up Jersey Mike's sub up from Newark. I fell in love with them. So we tried there store on Whipple in Canton. Just delicious. We also tried New Philadelphia and one up by Kent VA Infusion center. They didn't live up to Cantons. When you ask for extra tomato and spices they failed. Come on two extra slices of tomato. Nope. Just stopped at Canton today and they give you more tomatoes. Thank you Jersey Mike's for best sandwich we have ever had.“

“I stopped into this Subway location for the first time, and it definitely did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the team behind the counter went above and beyond with their customer service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting my order just right.
I ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki on toasted bread with lettuce, tomato, and that classic teriyaki sauce—and wow, they did not skimp on the chicken. Even though it might not have looked overloaded at first glance, it was packed and absolutely delicious. You could taste the quality in every bite.
I made it a combo with chips, and everything came together perfectly for a quick, satisfying meal.
One of the best parts about this location is how close it is to my office—huge bonus points for convenience. It’s safe to say this will be a regular stop for me going forward. Great food, great service, and a great experience overall! 👏“

“Shout out to Maya and Gracie at for the amazing customer service and support with my orders. My first experience with Penn Station and a glitch in the system lost my online order. Maya took the time to hand write out the order and make sure it was correct. The second experience my sandwich was not made correctly, something that wouldn't normally be a big deal but for someone who has food allergies it can be. Grace made sure that it was remade correctly even made a note on the ticket. These lady's went above and beyond to make things right along with their coworkers. “Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“

The young man (sadly cant recall his name) who took our order was so kind and helpful.

Then Tristen who made our sandwiches, was so enthusiastic, kind and communicative that it made the whole service great!

We ordered the the sweet BBQ pork and the Mediterranean sandwiches. Both were delicious!

I had not had potbelly in at least 10 years, and truly was a delicious meal and grand service I will be coming back!

Then watching how hard and well the team did at cleaning up for the shop after it closed, they were dutiful and a very supportive team.

“I am not used to coming into subways that are of this caliber. The food was immaculently displayed, and as a chef I know what it took for them to stand there at the slicer and let the vegetables fall that way. I had to give them a compliment on their food table presentation in the overall presentation of the whole store. I believe the owner / GM was there and he said that he really strives to run a tight ship. Thank you sir because I'm usually disappointed more often than not with food establishments now. It's like most of them do not care including the managers but this is not the case with you.“
