“I recently went to this location being my second time and I must say customer service was extremely excellent. Food was fresh and tasted great ! I even asked for xtra garlic spread once my order was ready they were soooo nice they charge after I tried to pay for it !!!! Building was very clean and just spelled like grandmas kitchen you that heavenly smell when you walk into a restaurant and the food just smells good I past up 2 other bellacinos to come here and I’m glad I found them !!!“

“Came in later than I’d hoped for a sandwich. I hate coming within 30 minutes of closing. When i entered i was greeted by Dominique. She had great energy and was super kind training a new employee. Loved the way they communicated with each other. Amber was super kind and patient too. I know it’s not always easy working with the public. “I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful where and what i eat. I came in 11-26-19 and asked about their protocol and was assured they would be careful. I order my wife's regular wrap then my GF Philly Steak. I wish I knew the girls names that were there in the afternoon , but the one on the grill said it was the prettiest Philly Steak she had ever made...lol. At any rate, it was delicious and best of all no issues. Thank you so much and I will be back...soon!!!“

“Haven't had them since they fell off years ago, had the original chicken sub combo. Amazing flavor, portions, and good quality. The bread was toasted great and was perfect. Fries were lightly seasoned and was perfect. This was a childhood favorite and is now my fav for lunch at work!“

“The food here was so good! They make the potatoes into fries in house omg. I get the chicken teriyaki wrap and you can choose to add sautéed mushrooms or onion. The place was clean (not sure about bathrooms as I didn’t go in there) and the service was pretty quick given a bunch of people came in right after us. It’s honestly my go to sub shop I wish we didn’t live so far away.“

“I stopped into this Subway location for the first time, and it definitely did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the team behind the counter went above and beyond with their customer service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting my order just right.
I ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki on toasted bread with lettuce, tomato, and that classic teriyaki sauce—and wow, they did not skimp on the chicken. Even though it might not have looked overloaded at first glance, it was packed and absolutely delicious. You could taste the quality in every bite.
I made it a combo with chips, and everything came together perfectly for a quick, satisfying meal.
One of the best parts about this location is how close it is to my office—huge bonus points for convenience. It’s safe to say this will be a regular stop for me going forward. Great food, great service, and a great experience overall! 👏“

“The staff, one woman and two gentleman, were absolutely amazing. It's been a very long time since I've witnessed customer service like this, and I say this as someone who worked in fine dining the last 7 years. They were unbelievably giving and warm to a customer ahead of me in line, willing to remake her order when she realized she might prefer a larger sub. In a situation where most restaurants would have maintained it was too late to switch, or allowed the change but been nasty and rude about it, the staff here was overwhelmingly accomodating. They made it very clear their singular objective was that customer's satisfaction. It made my experience richer to witness that kindness.

The food was good, I tried the Turkey club and the Firehouse Captains Club. Got double meat on both, and they absolutely delivered on that front. The sauces were a bit heavier than I'd like so I ended up having to eat one sandwich with a fork and knife lol. As far as sandwiches go, I definitely prefer Potbelly or Penn Station. But the service here is absolutely worth a visit!“

“My beef in my shawarma was tougher then I recall but they follow my instructions correctly. They use to not remove items out of their shawarmas which makes it easy to make them but now that give you the option to edit each one that you order. This is a great option for those who don't want or is allergic to certain items on there.“

They are gracious with filling the sub up with quality meats and toppings and the mayo is so delicious I always order extra. “It was recommended that I try this Subway because of quality and friendly- fast service. I wasn't disappointed. The staff was nice, fast and courteous. I got there around 11:45 a.m. and was on my way within minutes with two separate orders. The food was great. I asked for the works and I could barely close the sandwich. Best Subway experience that I can remember.“

“This place has the nicest employees however when trying to call and inform them that all of their cookies today 12/19/24 tastes like cleaning detergent I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I just kept getting placed on hold then disconnected. DO NOT BUY THE COOKIES! I had to trash them all.“

“Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“

I've been coming to this subway for 2 years now and never have I ever had to wait 30mins for a samdwhich to be made and to sit there and watch the workers dance and sing along to the radio while the lobby if getting full of people waiting to order there meals. “😍Awhile back Bob's daughter Shelly Belcher brought up Jersey Mike's sub up from Newark. I fell in love with them. So we tried there store on Whipple in Canton. Just delicious. We also tried New Philadelphia and one up by Kent VA Infusion center. They didn't live up to Cantons. When you ask for extra tomato and spices they failed. Come on two extra slices of tomato. Nope. Just stopped at Canton today and they give you more tomatoes. Thank you Jersey Mike's for best sandwich we have ever had.“

“Shout out to Maya and Gracie at for the amazing customer service and support with my orders. My first experience with Penn Station and a glitch in the system lost my online order. Maya took the time to hand write out the order and make sure it was correct. The second experience my sandwich was not made correctly, something that wouldn't normally be a big deal but for someone who has food allergies it can be. Grace made sure that it was remade correctly even made a note on the ticket. These lady's went above and beyond to make things right along with their coworkers. “Workers were very friendly and the sandwich was hot and fresh. I didn’t realize until after I paid for it that they use white American cheese versus the provolone. The difference in cheese dramatically changes how it tastes and I didn’t like it. I hope the other locations don’t do this.“

“Visiting home (Novi and surrounding area) for a week we thought we'd pick up a Little Caesar's Pizza but when we shockingly learned they only make LARGE PIZZAS we hotfooted it across 10 Mile Road and ran right into the (new to us) Subway...yay! The lady was lovely and made up my 6" BLT right away and then she was kind and gracious when hubby was trying to make up his mind (he likes almost everything! The lady made perfect sandwiches and we so enjoyed them back in our hotel room!“
