“Kelly is an amazing employee. Some Starbucks workers are a bit over caffeinated and hyper. But Kelly was an authentically kind, genuine and servant-hearted employee. She really enjoys her job and takes service to the next level. Just wanted to give her a shout out!!“

“Super nice location, large, clean, and modern. I rarely go to Starbucks, maybe once or twice a year, and usually love both, their cold and hot beverage's. The baristas were super friendly, and worked diligently to to serve of drinks in a timely manner.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options for the drinks, and for some of the food.

Parking: Large parking lot, easy to quickly drive in an out.“

But wish they had a matcha bowl and whisk to do matcha right. Takes less time than steaming it to try and get it mixed in (a lot of time steaming it to mix burns the milk / this case oat milk, and leaves it clumpy still)

“This has to be the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! By the time the person behind me in line finished ordering, my order was ready! Super fast, efficient, and kind workers. Even though they were out of my favorite breakfast sandwich, the quality of my food and drink as well as the speed in which it was delivered makes it worth it. I loved the cute atmosphere of the cafe as well, definitely my best experience at a Starbucks!“

“I go to this specific location probably a few times per week. No matter what time of day I come, how busy it is, or the weather, the baristas are ALWAYS nice and go out of their way to ask you how you’re doing and put a smile on your face. It definitely feeds into the coffee being my emotional support drink! Keep it up!“

“Starbucks Are consistent in their quality of beverages and food. This store is very clean. Parking is plentiful and has easy drive through as well as in person service. I strongly recommend using the app for quick service. Pay attention to the location in the app so your order is placed.“

“I always stop by here after one of my appointments. Totally convenient location and they always make great coffee. Although I personally prefer frequenting small-business coffee shops to support local, I never ever get tired of Starbucks.

“I mobile order here frequently and never have any issues. The staff are always super kind and welcoming. My drinks are always made correctly and in a timely manner. Parking can be an issue depending on time of day, but most of the time I am able to park my car and run in to grab my drink(s) without issue. Love having this quick option in GR!“

“I travel regularly for work, and I’m a regular Starbucks drinker. That being said, I’ve visited a lot of different locations from coast to coast, this one is by far the best, here is why… I cycled between a few different orders, but they are always consistent and always good. Their facility is very clean (I propose it often as a meeting place with colleagues/friends). Most important, their staff is incredible. They’ve taken the time to remember me by name (I know it’s on the cup), and truly take the time to look me in the eye and ask me how I’m doing or what I did this weekend (not just one of the staff, all of them). I wish there was a way I could highlight this group further, because they’re truly an incredible staff.“

“Within the past year, the Starbucks at the Forest Hills Foods location has turned into a place that is welcoming and cheerful! Many times I've had the barista write a message on my cup "have a wonderful day", or taking a bit of time to chat. The new manager, Phoenix, is a true leader. Phoenix leads the team by showing them how to be friendly, even under pressure, always has a smile and a kind greeting, and takes the time to get to know his employees and customers. I travel quite a bit and my opinion is that this is the BEST Starbucks location I have been to. The team, the manager, the customer service, it doesn't get better. Great job!“

“Their coffee is always a great way to start your day! If you like the taste of pumpkin, please try the Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte! It is so good, but not overpowering with pumpkin flavor. Crispy grilled cheese is a great choice in days you just feel like having comfort food. Cheese trio protein box is really good as well. Blueberry muffins are great, and also try the blueberry scones. Always happy when a place has PURIFIED bottled water.“

“despite being updated to say 100 Michigan (probably because the Corewell Location is tired of losing customers to their bad-mouthed staff), this is 35 Michigan inside the food court, across from 100 Michigan. The location across the street also told us this location was closing.

Would recommend supporting the GOOD location & not the money grab one! 👀 (unless you like your drink randomized every time you shop)“

“Quick stopped in had a gift card given to us treated to a coffee. Overall standard Starbucks, clean and a very kind and friendly staff. Busy location as right by lots of other shopping Costco, Aldi's and the highway on ramp. Great for strollers and wheel chairs. They have a drive thru that also stays busy. Parking in the lot with other stores.“
