“Drive through fella had AMAZING energy!
But wish they had a matcha bowl and whisk to do matcha right. Takes less time than steaming it to try and get it mixed in (a lot of time steaming it to mix burns the milk / this case oat milk, and leaves it clumpy still)
Coming from another barista with love!
The fella at the window was great for my mom and I's stressful morning we had while I brought her to the airport a few weeks back.“
“Super nice location, large, clean, and modern. I rarely go to Starbucks, maybe once or twice a year, and usually love both, their cold and hot beverage's. The baristas were super friendly, and worked diligently to to serve of drinks in a timely manner.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options for the drinks, and for some of the food.
Parking: Large parking lot, easy to quickly drive in an out.“
“I go to this Starbucks literally every morning and Dixie knows my order by now and always gets it perfectly. She’s usually the only worker there and is always busting her butt and moving quickly with the line. Keep up the work superstar! And thanks for always making my drink perfectly ❤️“
“Starbucks Are consistent in their quality of beverages and food. This store is very clean. Parking is plentiful and has easy drive through as well as in person service. I strongly recommend using the app for quick service. Pay attention to the location in the app so your order is placed.“
“Please note: I don't get food here so my rating is neutral.
I’ve been here many times; I always end up learning something new with each visit. The service has generally been good; most of the staff don’t really interact much with customers. Still, there’s usually at least one person who greets you, which is nice.
Since this location is not corporate owned, you can’t use Starbucks promotional codes or participate in certain campaigns such as the free red cup event. Funny enough, I was able to use app codes here in the past both online and in person; it seems management has since changed the policy. Who knows. Either way, you can still use codes when ordering directly through the app.
This store is also cashless; they only accept card payments. They don’t take PayPal directly; if you load money onto a Starbucks card through the app, they’ll accept it. It’s just how their system works.
One time, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location; they still went ahead and made my drink anyway, which I really appreciated. I also learned that any drinks not picked up within 15 minutes are thrown away.
The store itself is usually clean; the bathrooms are also clean. There’s a small bookshelf where you can take or leave a book for others, which is a thoughtful touch.
Parking can be a bit tricky. There are a few free spots directly in front of the store for 15 minutes; one spot is reserved for first responders. The rest of the parking is not free; the university parking staff do check often and issue tickets. There’s an app available for paid parking.
Overall, this location has its quirks; I hope this review covers everything you might want to know before visiting.“
“About standard for Starbucks.
- White Chocolate Mocha (Venti) - $6.84: I ordered it standard. It is lighter in flavor and boldness than the smaller versions (Tall and Grande).
- Service: Very pleasant and spelled my name right. My coffee was served quickly, correctly, and hot.
- Atmosphere: Light background music from the 80’s (or sounded similar to that). A friend and I sat in comfortable chairs. For an hour to talk. It was a little difficult to hear each other (6-7am) with people coming and going, but it worked alright.
Visited on a Friday at 6am.“
“I always stop by here after one of my appointments. Totally convenient location and they always make great coffee. Although I personally prefer frequenting small-business coffee shops to support local, I never ever get tired of Starbucks.
Parking: Typical amount of parking. Busier at lunch time.
Kid-friendliness: If your kid is “chill” ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Best Starbucks around. Amanda Johnson and her team give excellent customer service. If you are a regular (most of us are) they already know your drink of choice. If they get a line they are already asking the next person in line what they can get started. We love them!!!!!“
“despite being updated to say 100 Michigan (probably because the Corewell Location is tired of losing customers to their bad-mouthed staff), this is 35 Michigan inside the food court, across from 100 Michigan. The location across the street also told us this location was closing.
Would recommend supporting the GOOD location & not the money grab one! 👀 (unless you like your drink randomized every time you shop)“
“I was late picking up my order which included a Nitro cold brew, only to find out they don't prepare the Nitro until you arrive. Clutch. The Barista offered to remake my Americano, which I declined because that sucker is already strong enough. Incredibly convenient pickup location for your natural caffeine on the go!“
“Within the past year, the Starbucks at the Forest Hills Foods location has turned into a place that is welcoming and cheerful! Many times I've had the barista write a message on my cup "have a wonderful day", or taking a bit of time to chat. The new manager, Phoenix, is a true leader. Phoenix leads the team by showing them how to be friendly, even under pressure, always has a smile and a kind greeting, and takes the time to get to know his employees and customers. I travel quite a bit and my opinion is that this is the BEST Starbucks location I have been to. The team, the manager, the customer service, it doesn't get better. Great job!“
“While the volume of the music overhead was a little overwhelming the atmosphere was still quite inviting. The young ladies that took care of my order were equally welcoming. During this visit I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. This drink was prepared both skillfully and expediently.“
“This was our first time here. We came with some of our family to shop and enjoy coffee. What we ordered was very good and the staff was very helpful. I sat, enjoyed by coffee and read a book while others in my family shopped at Meijer. I love having a Starbucks in Meijers. We'll be back soon.“
“I travel regularly for work, and I’m a regular Starbucks drinker. That being said, I’ve visited a lot of different locations from coast to coast, this one is by far the best, here is why… I cycled between a few different orders, but they are always consistent and always good. Their facility is very clean (I propose it often as a meeting place with colleagues/friends). Most important, their staff is incredible. They’ve taken the time to remember me by name (I know it’s on the cup), and truly take the time to look me in the eye and ask me how I’m doing or what I did this weekend (not just one of the staff, all of them). I wish there was a way I could highlight this group further, because they’re truly an incredible staff.“
“Busy location, super tricky challenge with time and anxious travelers.
I enjoyed a kind barista who made the visit enjoyable. This was in the morning but at end of a long shift for her. It’s a busy world but I appreciates the effort to help and determination to make it best possible.
Thank you!

“Quick stopped in had a gift card given to us treated to a coffee. Overall standard Starbucks, clean and a very kind and friendly staff. Busy location as right by lots of other shopping Costco, Aldi's and the highway on ramp. Great for strollers and wheel chairs. They have a drive thru that also stays busy. Parking in the lot with other stores.“

I am so proud to work here and serve you all everyday!During this experience we have seen a lot of transitions in our D&W store location and you all have been AMAZING with the changes every step of the way. You all have been super supportive of each and every new barista that has entered our family and that makes my heart full! They are working so hard to learn about you and what you love to drink. Your smiling faces, words of wisdom and kindness is nothing short of amazing. We do not take it for granted and we are forever thankful for you all!I love serving you all! Whether that's me brewing your coffee, crafting your beverages, grabbing you a quick bite to eat or even just stopping by to say 'hi', is always the highlight of my day. “This is the fastest and most accurate Starbucks in West Michigan! I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app, otherwise you may be waiting for quite a while. This Starbucks is so popular, ordering in the coffee shop will most likely require a long wait. However, if you do walk in, they will bump you ahead of the line as long as the online orderers are not in the shop to pick up.
My favorite breakfast sandwich is the Gouda, bacon, egg, and cheese!“
“Overall a good Starbucks visit. A few barista’s were smiling and cheery and a few of them (including the order taker at the register) were not. No big deal as overall a positive experience.
This location was nicely decorated for the holiday and while it was dated and worn, it was kept clean.
Tip for parking, don’t park in the spots closest to the building as you can see I did in my picture. The drive thru line is really long and you will get blocked in; people need their coffee in the morning!“
“This has to be the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! By the time the person behind me in line finished ordering, my order was ready! Super fast, efficient, and kind workers. Even though they were out of my favorite breakfast sandwich, the quality of my food and drink as well as the speed in which it was delivered makes it worth it. I loved the cute atmosphere of the cafe as well, definitely my best experience at a Starbucks!“
