Must give high praise to the 3 employees their tonight.
There was orders lined up for door dash plus walk in behind walk in.

The crew still tried their best to get the orders out as fast and accurate as they can. You could see they were a little frustrated (BUT THAT HUMAN, THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS AND CANT CONTROL POOR MANAGEMENT LEAVING THEM UNDERSTAFFED) they still gave good customer service.

My order was done correctly and I just want them to be acknowledged.“

“Right from the entrance, cheechos had my attention. the decor is modern and welcoming, I walked in and was greeted by not only friendly owners but also great customers. the menu had me drooling trying to decide on what to try, I choose the cheechos original sandwich and I was not disappointed! it was literally a perfect sandwich. i noted to myself that the restaurant was very clean, right down to the baseboards. great job cheechos! I'm a returning customer.“

I’m aware of the prices of purchasing meat has gone up, but when I tell you that your chicken trauma has more meat than any restaurant I have attended is so true I ordered my daughter the chicken bite salad. It was so much meat in there that I was able to give two of my adult family members of full plate of meat, even with the lettuce included and still had enough salad to eat later on that afternoon so when I tell you, they quality the way they cook their food. “Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“I've always used the app to place my orders (sub club). For the most part the subs are accurate as far as ingredients. It's hit and miss how well they're put together depending on who's working... sometimes they're sloppily put together. There's a guy that works there who always nails it! But don't believe anyone there reads the comments (can add in the app). I always ask for my footlong NOT to be cut in half but they always do anyway, I think out of habit. I prefer to cut it in thirds when I get home. Aside from that, there are booths to sit and eat and kept clean. It's a small restaurant and there are no public restrooms.“

I have been coming here for years, and come here for a reason - I’m picky. The owner is usually here and he’s pretty cool to talk to. I was reading the reviews and some of them are CLEARLY mixing this subway with the subway further north on Harper, near 15 mile, in Clinton township. Although just a couple miles apart, they are 2 different subways with totally different vibes. By confusing the two locations, it’s giving this (hidden gem IMO) location bad ratings. I’ve never had any issue here, they’re fast, super friendly and the place is very clean.“

“Grilled Tubby's Famous sub is amazing! Everything's getting too expensive, but the prices here are a little high for what you get. However, I see they are stuffing a coupon in every sub going out the door now, so you can get at least a dollar off your next big sub.“

“I haven't been to this place in years because I went vegetarian but I randomly got the taste for the Tubby's dressing today (it is a delicious dressing) and chose to give the hot stir fried veggie sub a try. I am both delighted and upset by how much I enjoyed it. xD It reminded me of when I used to get the mushroom, steak, and cheese sub (which I would recommend to the meat eaters). The people working there were also super nice! I will be wanting to return here soon!

Vegetarian options: Under speciality subs they have the veggie sub with mushrooms. I just ordered it (minus green peppers and tomatoes because I can't eat those) and it was delicious ?“
