“Coach's is a standard neighborhood ice cream place. The ice cream is good which in the end is what counts. There is a decent selection. It's located in the middle of a strip mall as opposed to being it's own separate building and the parking lot is just feet from the building so space can be a little tight there sometimes. You used to be able to go in the store but they have closed the inside so now you can only order from the outside window. There are only a few places to sit, just a couple of benches across the parking lot, so plan on sitting in your car or standing to eat. Prices are on par with any ice cream place in the area. They do have hand dipped ice cream as well as soft serve so that is a plus.“

“The place is a hidden gem. I loved the churros and their ice cream selection. However, their fried ice cream is fried in churro dough, making it a bit of a thicker layer to get through for the ice cream. Other than that it is the perfect place for a cool treat.“

“I once saw a guy (teenager) on the cash register miscount a customer's change by $0.25 so the customer started yelling at him. The customer got one sentence out before a manager told the kid at the cash register to go to the back then she laid into the customer about bullying kids and his total lack of respect and humanity.

The guy running the counter when we normally go is always so friendly and accommodating. “I have always dreamed of having a regular coffee shop, and -320 is exactly that! I come here almost every day and get to talk to some of the nicest people in Midtown. Oh, and did I mention their coffee is AMAZING? The pumpkin spice latte is better than any with their homemade syrups, but I am a fan of the brown sugar matcha year-round. I also can't get enough of the Morning Delight breakfast sandwich. Stop by next time you are on a walk around Midtown, you'll thank me for it!“

“**update12/2/21**I went back today and the manager was the nicest guy!! We talked about the cost of everything going up and I honestly want to say our chat made me want to pay the higher prices. The shake is delicious, as always, way better then any other place, but the customer service is unmatched. So happy I went back!! If you know any hard workers send them there, because they are hiring and need more great ppl working there like the manager!!Just an FYI, the prices have definitely gone up. I usually pay about $6.88 for a small dulce de leche shake from here. Today it cost $8.96 so this is the last time I'll buy a milkshake from them. Shake shake it is for me.“
