Honestly seeing this place for the first time is a breath of fresh air. It’s like dining outside without the blaring sun, the bugs, and the wind blowing away your food. And honestly the prices were not outrageous especially for the atmosphere you are paying for. The service is wonderful and the food was great. Overall experience: 11/10

“I stopped in for the first time in a very long time and had an excellent americano. My wife had a matcha latte that was also very good. One of the baristas had just put on Air’s Moon Safari album (one of my favorites!) shortly before we walked in. We ended up hanging out there long enough to enjoy our drinks and listen to the whole album! The oatmeal cream pie was also wonderful. A great stop that made a good day even better!“

The Caribou may have influenced me into not only taking, but staying in the job more than the job did if we’re being honest. I get an espresso shaker and a random food item at least once a week and it’s the best part of my commute. Every barista is always so chipper and pleasant when I pull up, it’s enough to make me forget the harsh reality that this is no longer 2004. Give these people a medal because there’s no need for all that at 7 something in the morning, but they do it anyway with a smile and they do it well. I’ve been coming here for a few months and the worst thing I’ve ever experienced was a slightly crunchier croissant roll. I literally cannot recall a drink error ever. In fact, one time I ordered a soufflé and they gave me a raspberry scone but the scone was so good I didn’t actually notice I didn’t order it until I was almost done. I don’t know if that’s says more about me or the scone, but I wasn’t even disgruntled, I was just pleasantly surprised. I may be messy, but this Caribou never is. This coffee will heal me.“

“The fact that a COVID-19 card was needed upon entry, along with the fact that it wasn't advertised on the door, were the lowlights. I don't anticipate returning until the policy is changed. “Dairy Fairies Cafe is a hidden gem in Hamtramck. It’s a beautiful place! The cafe was beautifully decorated, and I was amazed by everything. I visited a while ago, so my pictures are a bit old. But even with pictures, it doesn't do it justice.

The staff were really lovely and friendly. I ordered a mango smoothie, an egg and cheese croissant, a boba iced coffee, Nutella mini pancakes, and a lotus shake with an everything bagel. Everything was delicious and came with cute stickers.

I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. Ask for the specialty shakes like the chocolate covered strawberry or the mint chocolate chip ice cream (Both are delicious). I used to go to tropical smoothie but now this is the only place I go to for a healthy and sweet treat
