I can't complain about anything, the prices were fair. The sandwich was amazing, Italian sub for reference. And I ordered on doordash for pickup, it was ready within the 10 minute drive from my office. My order was easy to find and delivered with a smile. I will definitely be back.“

“There is a baseline for a pretty good sub. Penn station meets that baseline easily, and you get a satisfying sub here. You know all the typical sub types, and they have them.

What sets penn station apart from its competitors are really great French fries. If I'm choosing a sub place and they're fairly similar in quality, I'll take penn station because of the fries.“

“Many moons ago, my wife worked at a Quiznos. On top of that, we both ate at Quiznos a couple of times per week because we were addicted.

Unfortunately, all of the stores in our area (Grand Rapids) closed down.

We were lucky enough to find this location on the way to Detroit, and stopped in on the way to and the way home from Detroit.

The owners are super friendly, the food was as good as I can remember, and we will definitely be back any time we head to the east side of MI.

“I work around this place and it’s been almost 3 years since continuously ordering from this place for about once a week. I always mobile order and take out so rarely meet the workers but they usually greet me whenever I enter the place and that’s nice. Some people don’t but not a big deal. “I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful where and what i eat. I came in 11-26-19 and asked about their protocol and was assured they would be careful. I order my wife's regular wrap then my GF Philly Steak. I wish I knew the girls names that were there in the afternoon , but the one on the grill said it was the prettiest Philly Steak she had ever made...lol. “This place is a hidden gem. The staff are super friendly, it isn't ever extremely busy, the food is fresh, fast, and the place is always clean. The original size is a solid portion, and priced fairly. Considering the fast food across the street costs just as much these days, Potbelly is a no-brainer. I also hear the shakes are good!“

Every Monday I check out the weekly menu to choose which day of the week I'll be treating myself. Sometimes, I end up going twice in one week.“

“I go to this location every so often and generally they’re okay. The last couple visits they have messed up my order and unfortunately I haven’t returned since. They forgot the cheese in my sandwich both times. I did not call because going back to correct the order was not worth my time. Very disappointing though, the sandwich did not taste the same.“

“It's been a few years since I've stepped foot into a Jimmy John's. With that said I'm so happy I did. I was amazed at the updating to the restaurant (Location Moved) and the menu changes. Of course the old favorites are still there along with a few new ones to boot. They have really wicked (good) sides and the chips are amazing. My sub was made to perfection and yes it was freaky fast and definitely freaky good. I would recommend Jimmy John's to anyone who wants a sub and has very little time to hassle around. Also remember to use the app. It saves big time and earn awesome rewards. Overall a positive experience the few times I've been back so I know it's not a fluke but truly an awesomely run and managed franchise.

“It was recommended that I try this Subway because of quality and friendly- fast service. I wasn't disappointed. The staff was nice, fast and courteous. I got there around 11:45 a.m. and was on my way within minutes with two separate orders. The food was great. I asked for the works and I could barely close the sandwich. Best Subway experience that I can remember.“

“This place has fresh food made for you every order. The manager is always checking on you to make sure your food is to your satisfaction. Place was clean and they wipe down tables after people leave allowing others to sit at any table of their choice. Some of the employees were yelling back and fourth through the store and being immature. I found that to be unprofessional but other then that great place“

“Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“

Made small chatter with him suggesting she establishes rapport with customers. Food was good but I ordered jumbo and received a standard portion. Cupcake showcase had three in it and was not clean.“
