“If Google would let me give 10 stars, I absolutely would — all thanks to Tim. I don’t know what kind of employee training they’re giving him at Subway, but this man works like he’s the Gandalf of Sandwiches.

I came in fully expecting a basic “grab a sub and go” kind of trip, but Tim turned it into a whole experience. He greeted me like I was a VIP, built my sandwich with the precision of a heart surgeon, and somehow managed to keep the entire store running smoothly while cracking jokes and being genuinely friendly.

The man remembered ingredients faster than I can remember my own birthday. He layered that cheese like he was crafting a masterpiece. And by the time he toasted the bread, I was like, “Okay Tim, I see you—Michelangelo could NEVER.”

Even during the rush, he stayed calm, professional, and hilarious. You could tell the entire line was in a better mood because of him. Employees like Tim are rare. Subway, if you’re reading this: protect this man at all costs and give him a raise, a medal, a crown—something.

If you want your sandwich made right and want to leave smiling, go to this Subway and pray Tim is working. He’s THAT good.“

“My 1st time here today for lunch while shopping at the mall. My daughter comes here twice a week and highly recommended it. I got the Wreck sandwich which was THE BEST sandwich, it was toasted and I added cucumber and lettuce and mayo. The have 3 different sizes to chose from just like at any other sub/sandwich shop. My sub was $9 which I feel is the standard price, I also go a cup of broccoli soup which was soooo good. Service was so friendly as well & they were patient and answered my questions as it was my 1st time there. Oh also tried the brownie cookie also so good this is my new favorite place!“

“Normally won't call out a staff member unless they're "above & beyond" or subpar. However, the manager here needs to learn two things:1. Not to be trash talking/gossiping about fellow employees when they aren't around, even if it is work-related.2. Her voice carries really, really well (and she can be heard everywhere in the place). I was able to follow her part of every conversation the entire time I was inside. And considering how loud the music was playing, that's a considerable feat.The gentleman who took my order was a delight: we joked - I was the only customer at that moment - and generally had a good time at both the ordering station & again when I moved over to pay.Got the Chicken Cordon Bleu on multi-grain bread today. A tasty & very messy sandwich. Nearly needed a fork to get all the bits when I finished.

Parking: Shopping center so, lots of spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Unless your kid needs a leash they'll be fine here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Tight from the start but there are a few tables where a chair can park easily & without fear of blocking others.“

This particular location was okay, I still don't think you should have somebody in there working by themselves for x amount of hours. The poor kid just did not want to be there and it was obvious. I had a four sub order and he went through the motions of making them and just kind of, blah. The parking in back was kind of creepy! but the parking in front was under construction so; I'm guessing that's why the place was dead. and if I wasn't in a "need them" kind of situation, I probably would have walked out and found a different location. It was just dark and not inviting at all. Idk.
So with that experience; and lack of yumminess, plus ridiculous prices; I don't see myself returning. Sad, because I used to LoVe subway!“

The staffs were efficient and friendly.I was surprised to see they had received some poor reviews on Google because my experience was excellent. Additionally, I appreciate that they don't charge extra for water cups and bags also providing all the utensils without asking for footlong cookies and salads.I'm giving them a five-star rating and highly recommend them!"
