“Mike K. is AMAZING!! This was my first time at Panda Express. Mike went to the trouble to Explain Everything to me. Even though I was still deciding what I Wanted, Mike assembled my Order Efficiently & Was Very Polite! I had a very pleasant experience & will come back again, especially if Mike is working.
Thanks Mike K.“

“Chinatown really exceeded my expectations.

My wife grew up in this town and always went to Mui's for Chinese food. Mui's is great, but one day they were closed and I decided to try Chinatown. I had a craving for a chewy noodle dish and chose the Beef Lo Mein.

The noodles were EXACTLY what I wanted and were cooked perfectly. Nicely sauced, but not drowned in something overpowering like other restaurants sometimes do.

What might have impressed me even more than the wonderful noodles was the brown fried rice that came with the dinner portion. You know how there's usually some tiny pieces of chicken in the rice? Often times they end up dry and hard. But not at Chinatown! They were soft, moist and super flavorful.

The beef in my noodles was the same way. I didn't find a single piece that was overcooked. All of them were velvety soft and juicy. That's not always easy to accomplish when stirfrying small pieces of meat that will naturally cook very quickly.

Needless to say, I'll certainly be back again for the same dish!

P.S. The Hot & Sour Soup was very good too!“
