“Went to Biggby Coffee drive-thru today on Friday, February 9 at about 4:10pm. Service was quick and friendly. I just got some Donut Holes and Iced Coffee with caramel only. There was only one car ahead of me and I was able to get what I ordered right away.I didn’t get the young lady’s name that helped at the drive-thru today, but she was really friendly and kind. I asked her to make sure that my iced coffee was actually iced coffee. I ordered the same thing about two weeks ago, but someone gave me Iced Tea instead. It tasted okay, but I was a little disappointed. She asked me if I got a refund, but told her it was not necessary. I didn’t want to make a big fuss and didn’t want to hold up the drive-thru lane. She proceeded to help me and wanted to make sure the issue was resolved; she gave me a free beverage for my next visit. Whoever you are, thank you! It was not necessary, but greatly appreciated!I would recommend people going there and try their iced coffee with caramel only; it’s my favorite! I would definitely be back!
