“Awesome drinks and even better service. I just wish we could get some espresso. I mean- it’s a coffee shop! I know it’s not the employees fault, though. They still seem pretty positive and friendly despite being down espresso so long and it seems like management abandoned them and are doing nothing to get their machines up and running again. To the girls running the store; You’re doing amazing! Keep on rocking! To corporate/management; Maybe pick up the pace on trying to get coffee back in your coffee shop?“

“Stopped in after walking a few miles to rest and get get some water. The staff that was working there were very kind as well as the manager. One of them approached me and asked if I wanted anything to drink (a coffee) and gave me one for free. Made my day !“

“I did a mobile order with an ASAP timing. As soon as I got there, my drink and sandwich were done! My sandwich was hot and cooked perfectly, and my drink was made very well with all the specifications I had put on there! This is my favorite location in the Saint Michael area!“

“The coffee shop itself was so cool in the inside. Very comfy and warm, plenty of seating. Coffee was great too! When it came to order i got an employee that just stared at me? And I said hi with a smile and just got a lead paint state. Then I told her my order and she just stared at me still and said okay? And I said that should be it 😐 and she told me my total and I paid and didn't say anything else. I mean even at caribou they welcome you into ther stores and go up to the register and tell you they can help you when you're ready with a smile. “This Caribou location is dangerously convenient for my morning commute stop. However, the staff at this Caribou Cabin location always make stopping there enjoyable. They are friendly, accurate, and make for a pleasant experience. I stop by many Monday mornings on the way to work and really enjoy it there. Job well done, Caribou Cabin!“

“I always have a wonderful experience when I stop at a Caribou Coffee and this latest visit was just as wonderful! I ordered through the app and I had hardly any wait time to receive my order. “By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave.“

When there is an issue (no bubble straws) they own it and the apology is sincere. I will continue to visit this store daily even though I pass two others on my commute. “Kiosk inside the government center in elk river. Their coffee is amazing!! Great taste to it! A little more expensive than other coffee places. Wish they didnt charge extra for non dairy milk.
Their cranberry white chocolate scones are also amazing.“

“The coffee shop was very clean and had a warm welcoming vibe. The bathrooms could’ve used a restock, it was 8am, so it was a little surprising to see toilet paper empty.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but unsure about the products (like sizes)

I ordered a caramel cold press, this was a first for me. It was very smooth and creamy, but lacked the caramel flavor. I also ordered the waffle sandwich, the actual waffle was a bit dry but overall great flavor and a perfect small bite.

My husband ordered the campfire blended, he ordered the XL and regretted it with how big it was, but said it was really good and not overly sweet but not a lot of coffee flavor.

“Was here 1/9/2026 from 10am-12:30pm to work. Staff were extremely friendly and personable. I felt very welcomed at the location.

Ordered the brewed coffee which tasted great. The store was clean with plenty of space to sit and work or chat with friends.

“I really enjoy coming to this location at Starbucks. It is the closest to my house. Everyone there is always so kind and inviting. The atmosphere is really nice. I do wish, however that when they remodeled this location, they had left more space for tables and relaxation while drinking your drink. 99% of the time my drinks are tasting wonderful and the food I order is fresh and warm. This location is also very clean and so are the bathrooms.“

They're adding a big addition on that's about twice as was it was originally very close to the Mississippi River and near elk River so lots of good shopping. There's a Target about two blocks away. Home Depot is not far kind of living in the country with a taste of the city“
