“Always love Jersey Mikes, best fast sub shop in Minnesota BUT let me tell you this location has the best customer service ever! Their assistant manager Ashley was so helpful when * I SCREWED UP** and ordered at this location (the last JM I had visited, last week) rather than the intention of ordering near my home. She went out of her way to call me back and get order cancelled and refunded. Such above and beyond and she was so kind! Thanks! Will be back soon!“

“I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“The store is wonderful and clean. The only issue is a worker Lacie. She is always very crabby and snotty. She forgot something and we told her and she said, “ I know!” I’m a very snotty tone. She didn’t listen that I didn’t want tomatoes and she put them on there anyway.“

“My daughter and I got sandwiches to go. She got the steak flatbread and I got the tuna on Italian. We expected Subway and we got Subway! The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! “I am a vegan so I cannot say much of a review for their sandwich options, but I work at the mall and I occasionally come here for French fries. They always make them fresh, and they give you a really decent serving for the price. In this image this is a large size, and I had a handful already. 😆 The fries are always so hot and delicious!! 🤤😋 They have a decent selection of condiments & seasonings. I really recommend their lemonade it is bomb and definitely hits the spot on a hot day. Services always super quick and on point, employees are always extremely friendly and accommodating. Play overall have a very good vibe and good food. Definitely recommend if you're a french fry lover LOL“

“Definitely depends on the worker. One calls people “honey” all the time and spends more time talking about her personal life than making sandwiches. A few others are just slow and don’t know the difference between mayonnaise and pickles. Some of them are fast and super helpful. Definitely better off going for lunch during the week. Wouldn’t go at night on weekends.“

“This very hard working beautiful young woman named Maya, gave me the best service I have ever had at any subway, I've been there a couple times before that and she's been the best employee that has worked with me. “10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“I love this place and I’m surprised it doesn’t have more positive reviews. I go here about 1-2 times per week and have a pretty specific order; sometimes I change it up, but they always get it right. This place is clean and the employees are always friendly. I’m so grateful to live close to this Jimmy John’s location.“

“My office is nearby so I order from the app to pickup from here a lot when I need something quick. It is always ready when I get there and is always made well. Those are the only two things that really matter when you pick up food. The one thing that could be better is that hot subs never seem to be toasted quite long enough, but overall it is one of the better Subways.“

“Normally go to 4th street subway with no complaints. But on the subway app this store supposedly honored 6.99 foot longs with code 699FL. Problem is total never updated and over charged me. 11:25am pick up time, so I came in 10-15 minutes early to see if they could advise me on how to fix. Then everything took a turn for the worse. Not only did staff show no interest in helping me and looking at my email to show them my concern. Staff person kept cutting me off and didn’t give me the time of day. Saying I would have to talk to manager that was not there. Asking her “would you just look at email”. I guess this was her last straw and told me she would not proceed with my order. Wow, ended up going to 4th street and having excellent service. Now I get the hassle of following up with credit card company and management to see how they correct poor customer service.
Update:
Management called back, listened and explained. Simple explanation that applied to only one sandwich per order. All could have been avoided with patience to customer. One star to 4 stars.“

“I know how people feel about Subway, and generally I agree, but if you want to have an actual great experience at a Subway, then this is the one. My sandwich artist was Max and was delightful. They were attentive and efficient while maintaining an incredibly friendly demeanor. Everything was clean and fresh and I would definitely come back. Loved it!“

“The food was great for the amount i paid, the restaurant was clean and despite being the only person working at that point the worker Melonie was super happy and did a great job making my meal if i were her manager i would give her a raise, i will gladly go back and eat here again“
