“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“Had the Cuban and the Zamboni Dip. The Cuban was one of the best I have had in years, perfect bread, generous meats, and great taste. The Zamboni was also excellent. A bustling little place with a few counter spots to eat. Lots of hockey memorabilia, fun environment. Worth a bit of a drive. Prices are reasonable considering the quality.“

“I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“I was having a really bad day and stopped to get a late lunch. The staff was immediately engaging when I walked in. They explained the menu, suggested how to order, and were on the ball. The gentleman that made my sandwich was funny and kind and said he was going to make me a “masterpiece”. He did! I got a turkey and provolone with all the fixings and it was picture perfect! “This subway is literally the best my partner and I come up here often and each time we do we have the best time the worker named Leslie is truly amazing and knows how to make us feel welcome and has great conversations with. She makes our experience great. She is the reason why we come to this subway on our way home at night after working a long shift at work. I would recommend for her to move up in the chain because she is great at what she does and we love coming up here :) we also have the best subways when we come here compared to others. “We ordered DoorDash today and the driver delivered the wrong order, blaming the restaurant and it being busy. DoorDash gave us a full refund and I called the restaurant to let them know about the mix up in case the other person called wondering what happened. Ms. K answered and was nothing but kind and patient, offering to bring us the food herself once the lunch rush died down. 30 minutes later she arrived at my house with the food, and extra cookies! I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated her going above and beyond. What an amazing manager!“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

“I have been coming to this specific subway for almost 6 years. Never once have the workers at this location ever gave me attitude, nor have I seen them give another customer attitude. Its the same 4 women I always see and they always are working hard, and putting smiles on peoples faces while dishing out some killer sandwiches. The food you get is always what you create so anyone complaining about subways food says a lot about their own character LOL. I honestly love this subway AND the women who work here. Never ever EVER have they ever given me a problem. But they have left me with a full belly! Keep up the good work guys“
