“Stopped in for dinner after another 12-hour work day. Sat at the bar and had a great time.

Dinner was their bourbon flatbread. It was good but not great. I deducted a star based on a pretty limited menu. That said, my flatbread was a flatbread instead of a rectangular pizza and I appreciated that.

My drink is pictured. I only had one because the one the bartender (incredible depth of knowledge!) recommended after our discussion about what I like, what I have on my bar at home, etc. concluded. Absolutely loved it. Peaty but a different style of peaty. That's a bottle I'm going to have to find at a store.

Neat place, enjoyed the keyboardist, pump up the menu a bit for the fifth star.“

“Food was nicely presented and tasty. The dessert was fantastic. Didn't have any non-alcoholic options to pair with dinner.
Biggest negative was how loud it was in the dining room. We felt like our servers were yelling to present the dish. It was uncomfortable how loud the room was with only 20 or so people in there. I felt it really made the dining experience rather chaotic. My companions and I were unable to have an awesome experience due to the noise.“

“Went there today for the first time. Great food, chef kissed delicious! Great service, friendly atmosphere. Wish my youngests food came out at the same time as the other 4 of us (his came out 10 minutes later and he’s 2) but portions were so big we had enough of our food to share as he didn’t eat his when it finally came. “Always enjoy our Red Cow experiences. Food is consistently good and unique. My wife had her fave of turkey burger with sweet fries and I opted for the Ahi Tuna salad. Both delicious and my salad thankfully tasted very close to a California sushi role.“

We were also blessed with an amazing server, Sophie—attentive, quick, and always greeting us with a genuine smile. After reading some mixed reviews, I feel especially grateful we had such a great experience, particularly since we hadn't been back in over a year. The food was excellent. I had the Thai steak, and my wife ordered the chicken rice bowl—both were delicious and well-prepared. They also have a full bar with a solid wine selection and plenty of great non-alcoholic options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back!“

“Just finished dinner at the Better Half to try out the new after dark menu - 100/10 recommend! We had the ahi tuna stack, miso sea bass, and the lobster pasta (can’t remember the name) and everything was INCREDIBLE. We wanted to order pretty much everything, it was so hard to decide! I would officially consider this one of the best menus south of the River - can’t wait to come back and do another round of taste testing until we make our way through the whole menu! Shout out to Michael our server - he always goes above and beyond (I somehow always end up in his section 😂 and he is fantastic!)“

“Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I've ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies. Everything is always fresh, delicious, portioned perfectly and presented so nicely. The staff is friendly, ON TIME, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about this place! You cannot go wrong with them.“

“The Old Minneapolis cocktail is a nice, sweet version of an old fashioned.
Cheese curds are lightly battered and lightly fried. Perfectly melted cheese inside. Very nicely done.
Walleye had good flavor with a nice butter sauce.

“We had Old Southern Bbq cater for our wedding and it was absolutely an amazingly positive experience! The director of catering, Amy, was so helpful and on top of everything. The catering team was absolutely wonderful! All of our guests ranted and raved about the food all night, especially the potato salad and the cornbread muffin tops. Would definitely recommend!“

I cannot wait to go back for dinner with friends and family. In addition to the wonderful food, the space was so beautiful. It was busy, but not at all loud. The executive chef was a master at checking every plate that left the kitchen to make sure it met his standards. It  was fascinating, watching their symmetry throughout the service. Fries were waffle-style and great. Fish sandwich nicely done, but needed more sauce.
