She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“

“I will let you know right now the only Jersey Mike’s I will ever go to is this one in Shakopee MN. Every time I go the staff is so friendly and very accommodating. The food is the best and the service is fast and very efficient. This is the only one to go to.
I have been to other locations Burnsville, Savage and there is no comparison. The food at other locations is not appetizing at all and the service is horrible. This is why the Shakopee location ROCKS. The entire staff should get a raise for all of their hard work. I hope the owner realizes how lucky they are for having an amazing staff that is at that store, especially today when service just about everywhere is horrible and good employees are hard to find.

“Had an absolutely fantastic Super Sub here at Jersey Mike's Subs.
The freshy slice meat cheese is always fresh and delicious.
The bread is always soft with a slight crusty outer texture which I love.
The one criticism is the employees need to pay attention a little bit better.
I always ask for my sub not to be cut into four pieces several times and they still cut it into four pieces.
It was still a fantastic sub.“

“The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me.
Next time I visited had a much better experience. Spoke with the manager who was kind and listened to my 2 cents worth. Love the sandwiches there. Gets real busy at lunch time understandably.

“I was having a really crappy day today, and went in to get a sandwich to make myself feel better. The three people that were working made my day even better than the sandwich could have. They were all super friendly, and I got a really good sandwich.“

“I'd never been here before, and one of their employees recommended a turkey club. It was seriously SO good. I'm so impressed. You could literally taste the smokey flavor in the turkey, and the sandwich overall was seriously delicious. “I have known the store manager Danielle for over 15 years and she is a top-notch lady. She has grown her way up the ladder. She is always in a positive mood even when she has to work by herself. She makes her job look really easy, always makes me feel welcome, and never gets impatient when I'm indecisive. The store is always very clean and the food is always very fresh.

“This is my favorite Jimmy John's to order from by far. The sandwiches can be a little inconsistent that's why I gave one star off on service. For the most part however I would say at least 90% + they hit the mark and the sandwiches are delicious! Stellar sandwich artists at this location!“

“Excellent service! While we were waiting in line for our order to be taken, a small vat of banana peppers tipped over and pepper water spilled out onto the customer side of the display case. The manager on duty got on her hands and knees and cleaned up the spill. She had such a kind attitude about the entire episode and was so friendly towards us.
