“I hadn't been at caribou in a year or more and so needless to say I forgot the lingo foe the drink wanted. She gwve me a couple minutes to describe it then said ohh. Yes you want a chocolate cooler! I also got a blueberry muffin. It was moist and tasty.

The ambiance was great. It has a drove through as well.“

“I stopped in here to catch up with a friend and we sat outside in the sun sipping on a very tasty black coffee. I haven't had Caribou coffee in years as it generally had a strange bitterness to it. Not anymore! I'll be back. It has a very quirky drive up. Quirky but efficient.“

“Came on a Sunday morning before breakfast ended. The team greeted me as I walked in with my kids. We used the kiosk with no issue and went to the play area. We were really excited to see the play area. I really hate that McDonald's has been phasing these out, they're so nice for long travels or cold days. This play area was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the play area had a changing table and was clean.

The team brought our food and drink to the table in a timely manner. Everything was what we ordered.

I tried the medications and it lowered it slightly but the doc told me I still had to take the medicine. 3 years later I discovered Dr MOMOH & began studying his lectures. “I recently bought an espresso machine and a nice grinder and wanted to find a local-ish roaster to buy beans from regularly. We tried two others and weren't blown away but then I did some research and found Roots Roasting. We bought their Classic Espresso beans online and it took me maybe 2 or 3 shots to dial in and when I did—wow! We liked them so much that today we drove from Somerset, WI just to buy a fresh bag and to try their coffee in the shop. I went with a spiced mocha and my wife got "something fun" and they are both absolutely delicious! We will be back and we will continue to order beans online if we can't make the drive. Really welcoming environment and the neighborhood is nice too. Great job Roots Roasting!“

-I prefer to go in the summer or spring because they do have additional outdoor street seating

“This is an update. Caribou Coffee on 7th is a very nice place for coffee. It is a small place but is very comfortable with great views of the hills above 7th. They have wifi, I use my laptop and I see others do the same. They have all kinds of coffee drinks and teas too! They have sandwiches, as well as pastries and other baked goods to go with your coffee. They have a free parking lot. They have a drive-through for ordering. Hours are 5:30am to 7pm,on weekdays. 6am to 7pm on weekends I think it is one of the better Caribou Coffee stores around! By the way the wifi is free! Great employees here as well!! A Clean restroom too! To conclude, I really like their expresso it is very good. The drive-through is a big plus here! On warm days they have an outside sitting area.Make your way to this Caribou you will enjoy it! P.S. this establishment handicap accessible!!“

“This is my favorite caribou in all the franchises and may be my favorite cafe on grand avenue! And it’s all because of the wonderful staff at this location :) Everyone is kind and engaging, it feels like a community experience walking in, plus I get a great dark chocolate mocha and a bit of tasty breakfast.“

“My wife and I joined my buddy Ronnie and his wife Carla for a Sunday jazz brunch. We enjoyed the jazz guitarist and food was delicious...I had the chicken and johnny cakes. I gotta figure out how they fixed that chicken!“

“I've gone to this Caribou so many times now and each experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is so cozy, I'm able to enjoy the scenery and focus on work. There are regular seats, but also some single sofas next to a fake fireplace that gives that good warmth in the winter time.
The service and food is a delight. The staff there are always so helpful with anything I might need. I don't feel afraid or anything to ask a question or two. The food and drinks there are so good, I typically just get the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, but I'm sure all their drinks are a 10/10!“

I know mornings are busy and things can get lost in communication when handling so many orders and it was very refreshing to see her handle herself with grace when a customer wasn't happy with her coffee. She resolved it right away without questions asked, and communicated what Caribou has for creams and extracts, which the customer was unaware of or it was lost in communication/translation when ordering. Nicole, and ALL STAFF, work very hard to complete orders quickly and to make sure everyone is happy. Sometimes, guests are harder to please than others or they have other things going on, which spill over onto the staff. We can all be more aware, speak kindly to one another, and handle ourselves with grace, like Nicole did, when she was confronted with tones that no one would like to be communicated with. Thank you for making it right, relaxing, and realigning with who you are - thanks for not letting that ONE incident ruin your day and we can give that person grace, as they need it, too.“

“I visited this Caribou as a meeting place to visit family. The employees were friendly, polite, and hard working. The drinks were made perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
This is the second biggest Caribou I’ve ever been to. There was a large amount of seating options, which was perfect for the 6 of us. There were also several other groups of people, some visiting, some studying.
Everywhere I looked was a treat for the eyes. Cute little fake plants, beautiful large photography on the walls, little homey decor pieces, comfy seating, I loved it!
If I’m ever back in the area, I’d love to come back again!“

“Love love, love how they make my London fog every morning. I don’t always get their trivia question right but I love answering those as well. The one Caribou by target is my favorite one even though it’s not a drive-through they have the best customer service. They also got the greatest table so my buddies go in there. We can all sit around the table there’s 10 of us and we talk about guy things. I like to go in the morning and network with business people“

Why can’t Caribou workers except credit cards handed to them (like in their stores) instead of using the ANNOYING credit card machine on a long pole? Other fast food restaurants don’t use them. I mention this to the Caribou cashiers and they said other customers also don’t like using them.“

“I got the Purple Lava based on the staff recommendation. This was my first time trying Vietnamese coffee and I am hooked!! The staff were so kind and friendly, and I loved the cozy/industrial vibe of the decor.

I will say this coffee had me WIRED. I got so much done and honestly took me a while to go to sleep, so if you are at all sensitive to caffeine be mindful of the time of day you have the drink.“

“Visited the Oakdale Caribou again after a not so great experience a couple of weeks ,(2-3 weeks) ago. Was happy to see the holiday flavors are available. This time the service was a bit better. 8n my last review I noted that the staff were not calling out customer names when food or beverage was ready. My name was said once and the staff I interacted with were very nice, they were at least calling out the food and beverage orders when they were ready. No names being called out. Hmm.... I do appreciate that the staff was very friendly. The iced cranberry dark chocolate crafted press was delicious. Thank you.“

“Ninas drinks are delicious. But I ordered a bagel and cream cheese last week. Im thinking the bagel was fresh or from a local bakery...it was from a bag like from a grocery store. Maybe Im fancy because I like my bagels to be fresh. But if you end up ordered a bagel just know its a regular bagel you can get from the grocery store. The cream cheese was also from a Philadelphia packet of cream cheese. So if youre looking for fresh bagels look some where else. Come here for the drinks.“
