“I recently did a few drive through orders with burgers and my order got messed up . They were very busy. I wrote a little nice complaint. Kristy the night manager called back right away and apologized and gave me a few free meals for next time. She was very friendly. I get it .. they get busy and things happen. I was happy they made it right! We love this Dairy Queen and will continue to go there!!“

“The menu variety is impressive: beyond traditional ice cream, they offer popsicles, aguas frescas, and snacks like elotes and chicharrón—giving a flavorful nod to Mexican dessert culture. I had a Nutella Crepe that was wonderful!!! My son enjoyed a walking taco and ice cream that was fun and flavorful!! I highly recommend this place!! It is truly a hidden gem in St. Paul Minnesota 😍“

“Rita’s Italian ice in apple valley is the absolute best in Minnesota. Their treats are always delicious and the staff are always so friendly. The owner Julia is so kind and friendly. She is very communicative and is always willing to make our requested flavors for us. She is the best. The water ice is just like it is in Pennsylvania and it is always a wonderful treat for us. My go to treat is usually a gelati with Mint chocolate chip cream ice and vanilla soft serve. It’s the best! Thank you apple valley Rita’s! And thank you Julia especially.“

“A staple on grand ice cream parlor. Wonderful in house made ice cream it is some of the best in the city. Great portions excellent flavors and such a home town feel atmosphere. The smell of their sweet Waffle cones fill the air the moment you hit the door. The strawberry cheese cake is my favorite ? ? so yummy creamy and delicious.“

“Best Dairy Queen in Saint Paul and surrounding cities. The banana splits are cheap and pretty big for what you pay. Workers are friendly, and this is owned by a nice couple. Only 4 stars because area is not great. They close early now at 8pm. Go when it's light out. Also, they accept tips. I tipped two bucks because these young workers deserve it. Grew up in the area and love that they're still open.“

“I had a small issue at the other Dairy Queen on white bear we came here hoping to have a better experience and we did just that ! I believe the man might have been a a manger and he was so polite and respectful! We re ordered the same stuff as we did at the previous DQ and are food here was good and sundae was made with love ❤️ that made my daughters day ! “Why don’t you have a weekly dark chocolate option? Dark chocolate is healthy, lowers blood sugar, has antioxidants & is calming. Also, 1/3 of the world is diabetic , so it behooves you to add a sugar free cookie! You are missing this opportunity to make diabetic people happy too! Also, why aren’t the counter employees friendly or helpful? Why no samples & why isn’t it clear how to order one cookie? Cookies look delightfully delicious. A charming helpful staff would be a welcome change.😎✅🌲. When I see a dark chocolate option , I will order one mini cookie to try your novel store.“

“I love the Woodbury Crumbl! It’s always clean and the staff are always friendly, they never miss a “WELCOME TO CRUMBLLLLL!!” 😆 I’ve never had a bad experience and I’m there at least twice a month! I’ve had not so great experiences at other locations, but can always count on reliability and quick efficiency at the Woodbury location!“
