He makes the wait time (because they serve hot food, unlike their neighbors) enjoyable! I have been multiple times to this location and he has taken this chain customer service next level!!“

“Like any other 5 Guys, the food was great.
The reason for the 4 star service is because the order screen was placed in front of the order counter, making it seem like they didn't take orders there.
Halfway through figuring out the order process on the screen, someone went around to the counter and an employee came up to take the order.“

As a Minneapolis wedding and elopement photographer, I’m on the road A LOT, so sometimes I just need somewhere quick to stop and grab food between everything I have going on. This was actually my first time ever going to Chick-fil-A, and I genuinely could not believe how amazing the customer service was.

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Everyone was so polite, genuine, sweet, and welcoming. It didn’t feel forced or scripted either. Everyone I interacted with was just genuinely kind and made my first experience such a good one.

Thank you again to Antione, Artez, Omar, and everyone at the Plymouth location off Fernbrook Road! You guys were wonderful, and I will definitely be back!!“

“The food is good but not my taste. It's too salty for me. The Chicken Fingers are crispy outside and not too dry inside which I really like. The Cane's sauces' were salty. The Crinkle-cut Fried, Texas Toast and Coleslaw were good.“

The young lady had such positive energy and invited me to relax and enjoy the quietness of the restaurant. She wasn't pushy. “Music is so loud that you cannot hear the staff and communication is non existent. I have had to send back every single hot sandwich i have ordered because they never ask about adding cold toppings. A certain manager on duty is very belligerent and rude (male, i did not get his name). The tables are never clean without being asked for them to clean them.

Updating my review. THEY CONTROL THE SOUND OF THE MUSIC NOW! It is wonderful! Take all my money now that I can tolerate being inside your business!“

“I just want to say that this is, without a doubt, the best McDonald’s in Minnesota—100%. The quality here is consistently outstanding. The burgers taste better than at any other McDonald’s I’ve tried, not just in Minnesota, but possibly in the entire United States.
Please keep up this level of quality—it really stands out. The team working here is clearly doing an amazing job. Honestly, the people preparing the food deserve recognition for their work. “Pizza is delicious 95% of the time, always fast service when carried out. Fast with delivery. The right amount of toppings, I find when topping are over done the pizza gets soggy. I've never had that happen here. I like how the pizza automatically comes with a cup of garlic butter dipping sauce. . I would take the garlic butter sauce by itself like a shot. But if I started doing that I think my family would do some kind of intervention on me.“

Parking: Always a couple open out front and the back lot has enough space for the football team.“
