“The poor guy was working alone and initially I wanted to give 5 stars just for that but after waiting as long as I had, the fact he spoke all of 3 words and seemed frustrated customers were coming in, didn’t listen to my request to modify my sandwich and spread pickle JUICE (not a small amount, the entire sandwich bag smells like a pickle jar) across my sandwich and I still tipped I’m honestly a bit upset. $13 almost $14 in the trash because of it sopping in pickle juice..“

“My son and I stopped by yesterday after a tough loss on the soccer field. I attempted to cheer him up with a #3, Mikes Way. “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“This was my first time at this Potbelly location and my visit was made even better by the awesome customer service. The sandwiches were fresh and the atmosphere was awesome. But what really stood out were the employees, Samma and Dom.
They were both really friendly, efficient and had good energy. Samma made my sandwich perfectly and Dom was quick to ring me up and had a cheerful goodbye! Great food, Great crew I'll definitely be back.“

“Definitely depends on the worker. One calls people “honey” all the time and spends more time talking about her personal life than making sandwiches. A few others are just slow and don’t know the difference between mayonnaise and pickles. Some of them are fast and super helpful. Definitely better off going for lunch during the week. Wouldn’t go at night on weekends.“

I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “Best Subway in all of Minneapolis - hands down!!! I've been coming here every week for the past decade and the crew here blows all of the other franchises out of the water. I always just let them do their thing and put everything on it, and they never ever fail to please. Walk into any other Subway and pretty much prepare yourself to be greatly disappointed when measuring up to this one. One of Heights' best kept secrets in my opinion!“

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

She was even on break and saw me come in and helped me! I cant thank her enough for the service she gave me! “My son and I went here on 8/18/24 for a late lunch. It was worth stopping here. Customer service was welcoming, fast and friendly. The servers chatted with us while making our sandwiches. The sandwiches were made just right and tasted yummy. I had the Oven roasted turkey, provolone and toasted. My son had The Beast and toasted. The dining area was clean. I would go back again.
