“I gave this caribou a 5 star rating for doing what was right when the order was not correct! The manager is extremely friendly and efficient when he realized our order was in correct! For this we will be coming to buy our drinks here when coming through 94 to the twin cities!“

“By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave.“

“I really enjoy coming to this location at Starbucks. It is the closest to my house. Everyone there is always so kind and inviting. The atmosphere is really nice. I do wish, however that when they remodeled this location, they had left more space for tables and relaxation while drinking your drink. 99% of the time my drinks are tasting wonderful and the food I order is fresh and warm. This location is also very clean and so are the bathrooms.“

“I’ve been here many times & it can be inconsistent at times. I am understanding because it gets busy & they’re trying the best they can. I ordered a breakfast sandwich & coffee (with oatmilk) and just had to say this time around they got it right!! My coffee was good & not bitter. Can actually taste the oatmilk! Sometimes it does taste bitter and like no milk was added so I usually take a chance everytime I go. Keep in mind that not everytime is going to be a good time. Only 4* just because it can be inconsistent but how it was this morning - 10/10!! Be kind & understanding to the workers, they get busy in there.“

It's freakin' McDonald's, we know this. I went through the drive-through quite quickly and the food was cooked fresh. This is a good one to stop at.“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“
