“Yes, they’re understaffed. Yes, they’re underpaid. Yes, they may be a bit slow sometimes and don’t have proper training. Though I do appreciate their effort even despite going through all of this. It’s not the workers’ fault for not being properly trained, it’s most likely the manager or area manager. If I were in the same situation, I would feel and express myself exactly how they do it too. It isn’t the best subway, but at least they’re trying. I pray that one day a better manager comes through and gets paid enough to care about the store. I also appreciate the smiling faces I see there despite what they’re going through. Hopefully this subway comes up in better shape and some people can have some more grace and patience with the workers :)“

“Had the Cry 'n Eggy and it was delicious! All the flavors blended wonderfully together and the egg was like a souflee and the bun was fluffy and tasty. It was at once a hearty and light sandwich. Didn't feel greasy at all yet it was appropriately gooey and messy, which I enjoyed. And the price point is not bad. I want to have Egg on a Roll permanently in my life and I'm willing to bump a close relative to make this happen.“

Aaron was so helpful and attentive, I noticed how great he was with co-workers too, training a new employee, giving constructive feedback, all while handling a rush of customers... he was an all-star! “I'm here for work from Florida and I've had the best experience ever in a Jimmy John's restaurant. Upon walking in I noticed how clean the place was and I was immediately greeted by the staff which let's me know they're customer service oriented. While I looked at the menu the two young ladies sold me the Kickin Ranch Chicken Wrap which was amazing. Their smiles and personalities made me want to sit here and eat instead of taking it to go. “I am very impressed! They have sandwiches simple as PBJ and up to hot sandwiches such as Rubans and Cubans. They are amazing and be sure to accompany it with their soups. I personally love the wild rice but the loaded potato is a close second! The staff are very friendly, fast, and excellent at their craft. They made my sandwich perfectly the way I requested it with the ample amount of onions, tomatoes, and pickles on it not just three onions and two tomatoes like at most locations where they’re afraid to put any more veggies on as if they might get in trouble? “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. “10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“Subway was great. The property own sucked. After eating I was on my phone in my vehicle he approached and told me to leave. The phone conversation lasted 7.35 minutes. I even showed him the cup and cookies I still had. He said loitering is not allowed cannot just sit out here. Leave or the cops will be called. The guy was a dick.“

“Definitely depends on the worker. One calls people “honey” all the time and spends more time talking about her personal life than making sandwiches. A few others are just slow and don’t know the difference between mayonnaise and pickles. Some of them are fast and super helpful. Definitely better off going for lunch during the week. Wouldn’t go at night on weekends.“

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“I am a vegan so I cannot say much of a review for their sandwich options, but I work at the mall and I occasionally come here for French fries. They always make them fresh, and they give you a really decent serving for the price. In this image this is a large size, and I had a handful already. 😆 The fries are always so hot and delicious!! 🤤😋 They have a decent selection of condiments & seasonings. I really recommend their lemonade it is bomb and definitely hits the spot on a hot day. Services always super quick and on point, employees are always extremely friendly and accommodating. Play overall have a very good vibe and good food. Definitely recommend if you're a french fry lover LOL“
