“Christopher does an amazing job managing this Caribou located in the Securian financial building in Saint Paul's skyway system. Their friendly staff will remember your name with a smile. Once a regular, I no longer frequent their MSP Caribou due to the change of their loyalty program. With nearly 7,000 points, Caribou devalued my point value. No Bueno.

“Stopped in for coffee and was not disappointed. This place is bright and clean when you walk in the door. The smell of the coffee hits you when you open the door, it is amazing.

My order was taken quickly and we sat down to wait. Someone waiting for their drink grabbed mine when it was placed in the counter and walked out with it. The staff quickly made another and we had our drinks.

The drinks were delicious, service was great, the prices are good. I really like Caribou Coffee and this location is exceptional.“

“The staff here are super patient, quick and kind! We came here with two families, ordered LOTS of coffee multiple times and each experience was pleasant. I have two babies and still didn’t mind getting them wrangled out of the car and into the building because it was so nice.“

“We took to go coffee. We also tried hot chocolate from a different Caribou location. Love the fact that they actually have a dark chocolate hot chocolate option ( milk and white are other two ). Both Mocha and Hot chocolates are must try ! I did not tried any food items.“

Seeing other reviews comment on “noise of blenders” or “amount of ice” is actually really irritating since it’s out of the staffs control and they are just doing their jobs.
